From the moment you enter, this totally renovated north corner condo will take your breath away. Enjoy sweeping views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Inside your condo, the contemporary décor creates the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. The spacious living area has plenty of room to gather with friends and family. Or if you prefer, curl up with a good book in the separate sitting area. Care to dine in for the night? The state of the art, fully equipped kitchen will awaken your inner chef. Direct Beachfront on Madeira Beach and close to everything is the Trillium. This condo complex is a smaller building have only 15 condos that has direct beach access with a heated pool. The condos have large balconies with direct Gulf view… its perfect for the beach lovers!! There are several restaurants with live entertainment within walking distance as well as a Dunkin Donuts, Winn-Dixie grocery store, miniature golf and more. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45-minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   This unit is amazing !I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony the view was amazing and has a breeze.The master bed was very comfy only complaint is the unit was Hot even with ceiling fans on and blinds closed .I did'nt like that the thermostat was locked so the air could'nt be adjusted any lower than 72.

  The place was awesome. Furnishings and decor just like home. Lots of space. Could use a drawer or shelf for a few spices left for renters to leave for others. Beach towels I understand, maybe the building could rent them somehow? The beach chairs and bags in closet were great!!! Something we didn’t have to buy. Family rented 1st floor and saw two other units, 5C by far was the nicest.

  This property is within a 10 mile radius of all the food and drinks you could want. There was a small beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and 2 beach loungers provided. There were some cleanliness issues that need to be addressed, however, overall the condo was in good condition. There is only 1 parking place per unit!! The lobby, elevators, and hallways need to be updated to match the level of the condo unit.

  All aspects of our rental went very smoothly. It was easy to pick up the keys. The codo was very clean and prepared for our stay. We loved the location. We had a leak in the dishwasher, but the agency sent a repair person the day we called. They were not able to fix the problem during our stay, so we did not have a dishwasher. Not a big issue, but they were very helpful during our stay.

  We had a great stay in unit 5C of the Trillium. The condo was very nice and spacious just as on the pictures. We once had to call service for a very small matter and it was taken care very rapidly. The condo was overall clean but it would need just a little more attention. We had to clean the ceiling fans before use for they were really dusty. A "Spring cleaning" would do it. We loved the place, the view was fantastic. We would certainly return. If you are traveling by car with a baggage compartment on your top... you will not be able to enter the parking under the building! The ceiling is really lower than all the other places we have rented so far. We had to park the truck in a visitor's space, unpack the container and take it off the top of our vehicle. And bring the container inside the condo lol!

  This unit was very clean, updated and included the basic necessities to get you started on your vacation. The pictures are true to what you get. The ocean view is amazing. You have the amazing view from the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The rooms do not have ocean views, but do have somewhat of a canal view. We really loved the fact that we didn't have to wash any of the linens, as they are taken care of by a service. The building is a little old and there is no one available on premise to assist with questions, but you can call the vacation rental office and they are able to assist. The pool is quite small, as it only allows about 9 people in at a time, but it is a small building so not many people used it while we were there and besides having the Gulf a few steps away, there is no need for the pool. Overall had a very nice stay and would recommend.

  The complex is small with a total of only 15 units. It is directly on the beach so just a few steps and you are in the sand. The unit is spacious and recently remodeled/renovated. The layout is a little strange but easy to get used to. Parking is covered and assigned with very little parking for visitors but it did not cause us any problems. The unit is well appointed and stocked except don't expect trash bags, or coffee filters etc. that we usually find in condos we have rented. Check in/out was not difficult but was somewhat inconvenient because you have to go to the rental agency office to check in/out and get the keys. We are used to finding a lock box on site which makes it more convenient. Overall, we had a very nice stay and will consider this property again the next time we come to Madeira Beach.

  Very noisy compared to indian rocks beach area. Pool was ok. Needs some care. Key's were very hard to use on the main door and the condo. Called the rental on call (was nice) and was addressed on the next week day. But the locks basically need replaced.

  The condo was wonderful...very spacious, great views, and a closet full of beach items, When you look out the glass doors all you see is ocean. TV's were big and had a stereo sound system with the living rooom one. Bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well.
  
  Resort Rentals was wonderful. As you can already see, the website gives you fantastic information and I can confirm the photos are up to date. Checking in/out was a breeze and the folks there acted like we were long lost family.
  
  The condo is someone else's home of course and sometimes things break. The dishwasher broke while we were there, but RR got their maintenance guy there promptly and RR followed up with a phone call.
  
  Highly recommend the property. Enjoy your wondeful week on the beach!

  This is the third time we rented at Trillium.
  First was two years ago in another unit. It was great. Last year we reserved 5C and gave to our friends and this year we used 5C for ourselves. The unit is beautiful and well equipped. We enjoy the view and peach and quite. All the people we meet are friendly and nice to share time with.

  The condo was awesome. So much room for our family of 4. Very clean. The views were to die for. Weather was beautiful everyday. Not a huge complex so not a lot of people which is nice. The condo had a few beach chairs and umbrellas and a styrofoam cooler in the closet.Very close to Johns Pass. The only thing I would suggest is to have a few other necessities on hand. For example...salt and pepper, dish soap, a few spices. Nothing major but it would help. When we left I left a few of those items. Overall it was a great condo, great location and plenty of room.

  We had an incredible week at the Trillium. The location is perfect and being able to have a view of the strip out the master and then that outstanding view of the Gulf gave us the best of both worlds. The condo we stayed in rocked! It was completely updated, towels and linens were clean and of a high quality (I have stayed places where the linens were like paper). The kitchen was so well furnished--we had gourmet meals nearly every night. The layout and spaciousness of the condo gave everyone plenty of room to stretch out. We never felt cramped with six people. The pool was small but really the perfect size and the location right off the beach made it easy for me to keep an eye on the big kids at the beach while my little one and I stayed at the pool. The building is a little older, the elevator a little slow, and we wish there was a key code system so check-in/check-out isn't as inconvenient (have to drive to St. Pete to get keys and then drop them off). But it was all worth it and really not a big deal. I can't say enough great things about the condo, the property management company, or Madeira Beach as a whole. We will be back again and again!

  No one in our party of 4 had ever rented a condo before. I must say it completely exceeded all of our expectations! Very nicely decorated, wonderful view, appliances in wonderful condition. Beds comfortable. Just can't say enough to justify this place. VERY clean. Pool was very nice and really warmly heated. LOVED IT. There is a binder on tv stand to give you ideas of places to visit while you are there. We added a few of our own that we found. Overall.. not a negative thing to say, other than our vacation wasn't nearly long enough! Thanks so much!
