2 bedroom, 2 bath south corner condo at The Caprice on St Pete Beach!! This condo has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and St Pete Beach from your private balcony. This light and bright condo has a FL flare throughout with pristine tile and wood laminate flooring, remodeled bathrooms, a fully stocked and well equipped kitchen with open dining and living area. With miles of sandy beach to explore and the convenience of being a short distance from shopping and restaurants this condo is sure to provide a memorable beach vacation! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non smoking property except in designated areas on grounds.

The Caprice features free WiFi, assigned free parking, a sparkling pool (heated in the winter) with a beautiful sundeck, a nice BBQ area and Shuffle Board. Beach volley ball courts are also available right next to the Caprice Resort.

Located on the northern end of St Pete Beach is The Caprice. This beachfront building keeps you near and within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, beach bars and live entertainment that St Pete Beach always has going on! You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 4 miles to the north which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45-minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   Upon pulling up to the condo complex, the area was not ideal. The condo was very nicely updated though and clean so after an 11 hr drive, we decided to stay. Cooking was easy in the kitchen as lots of utensils and pans were included. It was nice that the property had gas grills outside. The amount of towels were inadequate. 5 bath towels and a number of hand towels for a week stay? It would be fine if there was laundry in the unit or free but at $4 to wash and dry? The beach is a public beach and shared by a lot of questionable patrons. The homeless issue near there is quite bad. Several times there were people not at the condos using the pool with no one to usher them out. Daily a homeless man would “bathe” in the pool in his clothes and use the pool restroom. We were told by cops on the beach it’s a normal issue and they don’t do anything about it. We will not be back and we have warned people not to go there. It’s unfortunate given the owners did such a nice job remodeling the unit.

  We found 6 live roaches. The blinds would not open or closes, making it impossible for privacy and to sleep in the morning. The outside furniture had mold and was broken with sharp edges. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen but when we called, someone came to unplug it right away. The location was amazing.

The Caprice is in a great location, with the beach on your doorstep and many restaurants being in walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.

  This is in an awesome location and would be fine for a family of four, but we had 6 and the sofa bed is in horrible condition. not enough towels for six. the master looks like in the photos that there is a balcony off it but it is just a big window. The property and beach were under renovation at the time of our stay. We were told the pool would be closed two days and it was four.

  The condo was clean and the view was great. This is a corner unit so you only look south over a public access walkway. The pool was very clean and well maintained as were the grounds. The furniture in the condo is very average and a bit worn. We like to eat breakfast and lunch in and there were VERY limited kitchen supplies. Only 4 forks and spoons, limited plates, bowls and glasses. So you were constantly washing things. Cookware was adequate but there were no mixing bowls or storage containers.

  The property owners are amazing when it comes to communication. Answered emails very quickly. Had a mantenane issue when we first got there, called the owners, it was fixed within 4 hours. Online pictures of this property are exactly what you are getting. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect size. Might be a little tight if you have more than 4, but we were comfortable. The property and the pool were very well maintained. We did learn that there are a ton of local restaurants within .5 to 1 mile walking distance. That was very convenient, along with grocery and drug store with in walking distance. But we did use our share of the Free Beach rides as well. Beautiful area, beautiful rental property. Will be booking with them again soon! 5 stars is not enough for this location.

  We've stayed at the Caprice before and realize the units are owned separately and the furniture and setting are totally different throughout, however we would think they all should share a set level of being maintained. Upon entering this room we saw large areas of paint scrapes and gouges in the wall in the entrance, and upon further investigating found more paint missing and scrapes along the walls where the beds have hit. The master bath has paint flaking off the ceiling. Aside from these cosmetic issues the condo is nice and has all the room and full kitchen at your disposal. Great views from each room and balcony. Getting to the beach takes minutes. The pool while smaller is well maintained and clean. The grounds are kept clean and well groomed. We used the grills out front and spent every day outside enjoying the best spot on the Gulf.

  Location was fantastic. Condo was spotless. There were great restaurants near by. It was a thrill to watch dolphins from the bedroom window. Sunsets were amazing. Heated pool was a big hit.I have rented through Resort Rentals 3 times and always had a great experience. Can not wait for the next vacation to Florida.

  As I have just gotten married I was able to secure two condos at the Caprice 401 and 501 for my family to celebrate and enjoy our lovely beaches. Janet at Resort Rentals is a jewel and walked us through our rental agreement rule, regs and local restaurants. The Caprice is so convenient a hidden oasis and close to everything. You really don't even need a car because Uber is alive and well. The view is fantastic and the property lovely.

  Whether it's just the two of you or the family, this is a great condo at a wonderful setting. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen and had ample quality time on an outstanding beach. Our second stay since 2013 found many physical improvements to the condo and mercifully a king-sized bed. Highly recommended and a favorite at our favorite beach!

  Great location on the beach. Very nice condo with balcony. Had a very nice stay & was near lots to do. The beds we're comfy, but the pullout couch was NOT. The mattress needs replacing. Needs a place to hang your beach towels. No salt & pepper or other condiments available. Would stay there again.

  I absolutely loved staying at the Caprice. However, I did NOT like that there wasn't a washer/dryer unit inside the condo. I had to work with others in using it and had to stay up late to wait for our towels to dry. Or, they should give us a ton of extra towels. Also, the pull out couch was worthless in this unit! My nieces had to sleep on it and it was AWFUL! The last issue was the condition of the kitchen. Totally outdated and dirty in the drawers. I hated having to cook in there. Besides those problems, we loved the location, the pool, the parking was very was great! Next time I'll pick a different, cleaner unit with a better couch and bring lots of clothes so I don't have to wash anything except bath towels.

  We loved the facility. The only complaint we had was when we had a small gathering on the beach deck there were no signs to indicate it closed at 10:00 p.m. The guard was left to let us know but at the time we felt he was being rude when in fact he was doing his job.

  The property is very nice. Great access to the beach and an easy walk to several restaurants and Corey Ave. shops. The only compliant that I have is that the people staying in #301 were very loud late into the night. According to the property management office they are long term resnters but might be moving out in the near future. Otherwise, a very nice property and place to stay.

  We had an excellent week at the condo. The property pictures and write-ups were true to the actual accommodations. Upon arrival we found the condo to be very clean, with great views of the beach. The property and beach area were well maintained and had seating areas within the fencing. The rental office was helpful when we had any questions. We found some great seafood restaurants within walking distance and attended some of the local events in the area. The only problem we had was that the wi-fi was unpredictable and we could not keep a connection. I certainly will ask for this condo again when I'm coming back to St. Pete Beach.

  We had a wonderful time and a wonderful rental. We arrived and check in took all of 1 minute, we were in the condo within 5 min. It was clean and prepared for us. A great location with a wonderful beach, close to some of the more hot spots; Jimmy B's for music, Tradewinds for kid friendly activities. But away from it all, if you quiet. It had it all. Checkout was equally efficient, 1 min at most and we were on our way
