Totally updated condo with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico!!! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Madeira Beach is bright and spacious with plenty of room to accommodate up to 6 guests. New flooring, granite countertops, new furnishings, completely renovated kitchen and bathrooms…the list goes on! Centrally located in Madeira Beach with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, John’s Pass and everything else the area has to offer!. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property.

Direct Beachfront on Madeira Beach and close to everything is the Trillium. This condo complex is a smaller building have only 15 condos that has direct beach access with a heated pool. The condos have large balconies with direct Gulf view… its perfect for the beach lovers!! There are several restaurants with live entertainment within walking distance as well as a Dunkin Donuts, Winn-Dixie grocery store, miniature golf and more. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45-minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   We spent a week in mid June. Though it was very warm, the accommodations were great. Located right on the Madeira beach and within walking distance of John’s Pass. Great view of the ocean. Could see dolphins and even watched a turtle lay eggs right in front of our condo. Also, the sunsets were spectacular. We rented three other condos occupying one entire floor for family.

    Yes, Florida is very warm in June. Pleased you enjoyed your stay Albert at Trillium 4C. Glad you liked the accommodations and the proximity to the beach with being walking distance to John's Pass. That is awesome great views of the ocean whilst watching dolphins and watching turtles lay their eggs in front of the condo.   Great vacation and loved the property! Condo was recently remodeled with high end finishes! Completely outfitted kitchen! The only draw back for me was the beds were not very comfortable for me. I know this is different for everyone which is why I gave it 4 star instead of 5. This is not a show stopper and would book there again!

  So comfortable and relaxing we stayed an extra day! Condo is very large. Beds are super comfortable. The view is incredible with the sunsets and dolphins every day. Sliders in living room open all the way and it’s a dream. Just to hear the Gulf water crashing against the sand is music to my ears. Couple negatives- could not get ice maker to work but store across street with ice so that was fine; beach chairs rusted and fell apart so they need to be replaced and street noise is constant but you are on smaller part of island. We got use to it but it is all day long. Loved that they contacted us to extend our stay and we were able to cancel our hotel in Tampa. We will be back again!

  Condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and fantastic view. We highly recommend and would love to come back in the future. Smart tv’s were excellent , a plethora of beach equipment and very comfortable bedding. My only recommendation is to stock the unit with basic supplies : hand dish detergent, scrubby and tissues to name a few.

  We always enjoy our stay at the trillium. Minor repairs needed: Verticals are deteriorating so had to make repairs on the fly with electrical tape. Sliding door screen in bad shape plus door itself needs lubricating or rollers replaced. Had cockroach problem this year that we hadn't seen in the past. Usually they spray once a month, but this year we actually had to call to have an application.

  This was a great rental and we will come back. The condo is equipped with everything you would ever need. There were only a few issues we experiences. The twin beds squeaked so loud when your moved the slightest and the bar fridge was iced up when we got there with a strong electrical smell and the sliding door was so hard to open and close. Overall though we loved it. The gentleman that takes care of the condo does a fantastic job.

  BEAUTIFUL REMODEL DONE ON THIS UNIT MAKING THE STAY MORE COMFORTABLE THAN PREVIOUS YEARS. WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. COULD USE MORE TOWEL BARS IN THE BATHROOMS. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE WASHING MACHINE THAT WOULD NOT COMPLETE WASHING CYCLES. OWNER NOTIFED BY RESORT MANAGEMENT, BUT RELUCTANT TO HAVE REPAIRED OR REPLACED DUE TO BEING "ONLY 4 YEARS OLD". MAY HAVE BEEN ONLY 4 YEARS OLD, BUT CONSUMER RATINGS ON THAT PARTICULAR MACHINE WERE TERRIBLE. LUCKY IT LASTED 4 YEARS! THE 2 WEEK DELAY IN GETTING THE WASH DONE WAS A LITTLE UPSETTING, NEEDLESS TO SAY.

  We stay for 2 weeks (15/08/2018 to 29/08/2018)at the Trillium 4C and our friend were in the 1C and both enjoy the apartments that were directly on the beach. Talking more about the 4c were I stay, this apartment was amazing and includes everything you need to cook, eat(plates, glass, wine glass, plastic glasses/plates for the kids and a lot more. This condo was newly renovated and the apartment with all beds and towels were very clean. The location is fantastic. And finally, a big tanks to the team of RR Rental that make our stay more enjoyable (provide chairs for the beach, etc.)

  Nice vacation at this beach front condo. Right on the Gulf! The unit is clean spacious. Just did not like mirrors and the metal sliding doors. Location was ideal.

  The location was excellent near restaurants and convenience stores. The beach was just steps away from the condo. I just wish they would have a drop off box for the keys on the
  premises. I would recommend Trillium rental to anyone.

We can appreciate the inconvenience of having to bring the keys back to our office and we are in the process of trying to get that in place as each condo's association would need to give us that approval.   we spent the last week of January,2016 in this rental. Overall we were very comfortable here, although the weather was often cool and rainy. We cooked every day and never lacked for kitchen equipment. The second bath with the tub is small and I didn't care for the showerheads in either bath: large rainfall type, but that's my preference. The shower in the master bath does need some shelves to put soap, shampoo,etc. I would be willing to stay here again but I like to try a different place each time so I probably won't. Resort Rentals was terrific. Will use them next time for sure.

  This was not where we originally intended to stay. It was recommended to us as an alternate location since our original location was no longer available. The condo needs a lot of updates. It also needs some attention. The screen door to the balcony would not work. The hallway and elevator area were very hot since there was no windows or air-conditioner in that area. Parking was very tricky due to the structure and support beams that were in the way. Lock. On the door to the parking area was actually broken for several days. The location was okay. I was a little disappointed how long it took to get to the closest full grocery store. The beach was awesome. Definitely the biggest plus.

  We were moved to this condo due to work being carried out on our original choice. The property is very small with only 15 condo's on the site. The condo itself was clean and well furnished with an excellent kitchen, dining area and lounge. There were also a good selection of games, CD's and videos if you were staying with a family. In the evenings the balcony was excellent for watching the sun go down and we spent most evenings there after returning from a meal. Unfortunately the bedrooms face the road and you don't have the pleasure of waking up to the sound of the waves on the Gulf. One area of design concern was if you were in the bathroom and someone was at the washing machine etc your exit was blocked by the folding doors at the machine. We were disappointed with the pool as it was very small and the deck had only 6 loungers. When you swam to the edge of the pool you could not see over the decking which was a good foot above water level.

  Wir hatten über die Jahre schon mehrfach Condos über Resort Rentals gebucht. Die Abwicklung ist immer einwandfrei und seriös. Das Trillium 4C hat eine 1A Lage= Meerfront Balkon, gut isolierende Fenster- was vor allen wichtig ist, wenn die Schlafzimmer zur Strasse gehen und eine insgesamt gute Ausstattung. Die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer ist allerdings sehr quietschend. Sich leise drauf zu legen, gelingt gar nicht. Anscheinend ist der Weichmacher raus... Was wir uns wünschen würden beim nächsten Mal: ein oder zwei Kaffeefilter, damit man nicht gleich losrennen muss um ein 100er Pack zu holen. Ein oder zwei anständige Liegestühle und ansonsten den alten Schrott in den Wandschränken mal entsorgen. Und mal die Öffnungen zur AirCondition sauber machen. Dennoch: Zu Resort Rentals gerne wieder und in dieses Condo gerne auch wieder!!

  We stayed there for 3 weeks with 2 children (5 and 1.5). The condo was very clean and had everything you need. The balcony is not for children (the little one could fall trough the railing). We missed a shower outside in order to remove the sand before entering the condo. Property management very helpful.
