Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   Land's End is on the South end of Treasure Island. It is a very private, very laid back, low rise condo complex. You almost feel like you are in the Caribbean. The grounds are beautiful. Our condo was well maintained, clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view. It was just what we were looking for. It is a perfect location. Just a short ride up the road are supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping. The beach was very nice. The water was pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

  The photos online are exactly what you get. This unit is right next to the steps which is right next to the path to the beach which was very handy. I wish they had nice beach chairs like in other units our friends had. They did have the camper style chairs which are good if you want to sit high, but I suggest they should buy at least 2 decent low beach chairs too. There was a small cooler. We kept refilling the ice cube trays as the icemaker doesn't produce much. But it worked out for us. Unit is very clean and updated nice. Love the end unit layout.

I was not able to sleep on the mattress in the master bedroom by the end of the week. Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are short for a teenage boy. Upgrade the beds and this condo is a hands down winner.

  Communication was great leading up to the trip. The accommodations were exceptional, besides the fridge leaking there were no issues. The Pool rules remain an issue and we would like to see them relaxed (balls in the pool, kids generally having fun, it's very uncomfortable at the pool trying to make sure you aren't "doing anything wrong"). Had a resident come down one evening and stare at our kids for 15 minutes because they were playing Marco Polo. Ridiculous.

  Overall it was a very good experience. The unit is in very nice condition. The view is fantastic. The kitchen is very nice with updated appliances. It's nice to have laundry facilities in the room.
  Negatives, the master bed needs a new mattress as it is broken down a bit making it difficult to get comfortable. The two living room sofas sag quite a bit in the middle. The wifi was pretty weak, it was useless unless you were in the master bedroom where the router is located. The cable tv was a little frustrating to use. It is difficult to find channels as there is no on screen guide to what is on.
  These are all minor quibbles, but when you pay $2500 for a weeks stay, the expectations are a bit higher.

  Lands End is a great location to vacation, to the west of St. Petersburg, FL. We rented unit 8-301 and it was the best condo that we've stayed in on all of our vacations. It was attractively updated, clean, well-stocked, had great mattresses, and in a beautiful location on well-kept grounds. We liked the automation process used to reserve and pay for the unit. Resort Realtors was very accommodating in arranging late check in and other requests that we had. They also updated us on the status of Hurricane Matthew so we knew what to expect. We would definitely stay here again.

  Weather was perfect. Resort Rentals handled everything efficiently and were friendly. The condo was clean, attractive and most important at the beach in Florida, no bugs! However after staying in many units at this location we will not return to this one. We brought beach towels, but for four people we were provided with only 7 bath towels for one week! The linen closet was locked as were many others. So we had a wonderful vacation with the one dissapointment. Would definitely recommend Resort Rentals and Lands End.
