This great north corner unit offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. With plantation shutters throughout this condo blends a touch of country living with the true Florida lifestyle. Relax in your cozy living area that dons ample seating and a large flat screen TV or whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Additional amenities include a TV in each bedroom and wireless internet service. Building #10 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   Our party of 4 spent a week at Land's End, literally on a dead end with ocean front views on Treasure Island(there is a front yard with a walking path between the condo and the ocean). After picking up our keys at the rental office, we drove to the complex entrance, where we were charged a one-time $30 entrance fee, which we either overlooked in the small print, or were not informed of. Unexpected charges are never appreciated, the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5. However, we were all very happy with the unit--it was very clean and nicely furnished. A little more in paper goods is recommended, as we were out of TP and paper towels half way through the week. However, it was well equipped with kitchen equipment, beach chairs, linen, etc.
  Outside, there was a wooden walkway all around the building and along the canal side, and in front was the ocean, loaded with pretty shells. Overall, we really loved it, and would definitely go again.

  The check in process was very easy. The condo is clean when we arrived. The day after we arrived we had an issue with the front door lock. I called the office and they sent someone over to get it taken care of right away. There were four of us there for a week and we ate 3 meals a day there. The condo only furnished two dishwasher tablets, two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, and three rolls of toilet paper for each of the two bathrooms and no laundry supplies. For the price point of the condo these items should all be well-stocked. There is a combination of carpeting and tile in the condo and the carpet had multiple stained areas and also looked very dirty. It probably wouldn’t hurt to remove the carpet and put all tile in the condo therefore making it much easier to keep clean.

  We booked this condo for 2020 but could not travel due to the pandemic. It was wonderful to be back to Land's End. We have stayed in several units over the years, and this one was one of the best we've experienced. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the view is fantastic. Noise from the late night tennis players was an issue, however. We had a problem with a broken disposal upon arrival, but it was promptly fixed. Kitchen sink was dirty when we arrived (likely because the sink wasn't draining with the disposal broken).

  The rental was nice. The dryer didn’t work. Reported to your office on Saturday. Guy said probably Monday enjoy your time we will let maintenance in to do the job. No one called us, no one fixed dryer. One whole week washing clothes and hanging them on drying rack and over doors. Not pleasant to do or look at all week. Few bugs and m&m’s on living room floor . Other than that it was nice.

  We've now rented three different units in the Land's End complex since November 2019 and have always been thoroughly satisfied. Plus, I can't say enough about Resort Rentals. They make the process completely hassle free and are always wonderful.
  
  Specifics about Unit 305: it is clean, comfortable and as shown in the photos. It is an end unit so the bedrooms do not have a view. However, the view from the living room is spectacular. Also, nice furniture on the balcony. If their are any negatives, it is that the unit needs updating in the bathrooms, specifically the showers. Similarly, the furniture and other decor is rather dated. That said, I'd recommend it.

  We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints, so peaceful, so enjoyable for our family. We love being on the balcony, seeing dolphins, manatee and all other creatures. My only complaint is always the sheets. The fitted sheet never stays on! This time, we brought our own. :) Had a problem with the A/C. It got fixed quickly. Also, would be great if the owners would make a favorites list or recommendation for dining, sometimes we are looking for a new place. Overall, fantastic!

You couldn't ask for a more breathtaking view of Sunset beach or a condo complex with grounds that are better maintained.There's so many things to love about Lands End.. the heated pool, the Board Walk, tennis & Pickle ball courts, shuffleboard & of course the ocean. Lots of great restaurants and shopping in the area. One more plus, Lands End is on a dead end away from all the hustle & bustle of Treasure Island. Note: the 3 star rating is because the kitchen is in need of an update.

A couple of changes could be made. The sheets on the bed do not stay on, this becomes quite an annoyance every night. Also, we had only 1 small hand towel, only bath towel size. Otherwise, all was perfect!

The freezer was tricky to use due to placement in the kitchen, but we managed. Fitted sheets on the beds kept coming off. Property management handled guests in the pool perfectly.   Our vacation was wonderful. The location, buildings, beach were amazing. We rented two apartments since our immediate family consists of seven adults and one child. Apt. 305 was excellent - updated bathrooms and beachy furnishings. Apt. 204 was not. Furniture is Ikea modern, but comfortable. Bathrooms are black slate top to bottom, very dark and uncomfortable countertop and sink (master bathroom). Kitchen cooking utensils, pots, etc. were not in good condition and drawers had crumbs, etc. Not appealing! However, there were plenty of plates and glasses. Fortunately we had the two apartments and did most of our eating in the other one. The only negative of the rental process is having to pick up keys at another location. It's a hassle having to drive to different places because you also need to go to grocery store. You end up losing pretty much your arrival day. It would be so much easier to have the packets already at the condo office. But we will definitely be back. Overall, a very nice vacation.

At this point, the association will not allow lockboxes on the property. There are several companies and/or owners that rent there, so you can imagine how many boxes there would be.   We spent 2 weeks at Lands End and would highly recommend it for people who want a quality beach experience yet be close to the city. The condo had everything we needed. I would have liked access to a gas grill however. Pool, tennis courts etc are well maintained and the staff were very accommodating. White sandy beaches, beautiful sunsets, great company -- what more could you ask for? We will be back!

  Flies/bugs around the pool were intolerable--thank God the weather permitted us to spend about 90% of the time at the beach. Have been staying on treasure island for a little over 30 years--this year first year with a really bad insect problem. We would only consider Lans End again if we were firstly assured that the insect problem had been satisfactorily dealt with. Many other guests had the same problem----killing about 300 insects per hour until forced to leave.

  The condo was perfect for a family of 3. The condo had a wonderful view of the beach, grounds, and boardwalk. The location cannot be beat - close to the pool and steps from the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. Just bring beach towels. Loved having a washer/dryer in unit. We would definitely come back again!
