Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you to Florida when you stay in this inviting condo. The warm décor coupled with cooling tile throughout, unite the comforts of home with beachfront living. The stunning kitchen offers granite counter tops and a wide open view of the living area and balcony. In addition to the Dining area there is a cozy breakfast nook for your use. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a flat screen TV and wireless internet service. Building #10 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, boardwalk that raps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access all within this beautifully landscaped community. This property is approximately 3 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   We met up with our kids from Idaho and sister from Hilton Head. The condos were amazing! We didn't want to leave. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with utensils and items needed for cooking. It really was like being at home except we had an ocean view and sunsets that were beyond amazing.

  We love Treasure Island and our favorite place to stay, Lands End, Building 10. We really enjoyed unit #304. The facility was very nice and updated. The beds were comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. There are only a couple of things that require attention: 1. The air flow vent in the master bedroom was putting out ZERO air flow. The master bedroom was very hot, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. We had to keep the shades drawn at all times to try to keep the bedroom from being so hot we couldn’t sleep in there. We couldn’t enjoy the beautiful ocean scene from the master bedroom at all. 2. This is just a suggestion: an updated washer and dryer would be nice considering this is a premiere unit. Our family members stayed in 302 which had very nice updated washer and dryer.

  First time staying here for us. From the time we met with Resort Properties to get our paper work we knew we were going to be well taken care of.
  The staff at the Complex was very helpful and courteous.
  The condo was perfect, great view of the gulf and beautiful sunsets.
  The Master Suite was a little warm but we turned the fan on and shut the vent to the other bedroom while we were there and that helped tremendously. The ice maker was froze solid so we could not get ice.

  Condo is great. Beach is not. There is a restaurant across the bay that plays loud music at night. Any time you step on the balcony or go to the beach at night you feel like you are standing outside a nightclub. During the day, there are several people who bring speakers to the beach to play their own music. I've been to a few beaches and this is the first time I've encountered people playing their own music on the beach. A walk on the beach was always disappointing because I had to pass several people playing loud music. Most of the time when I wanted to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean I instead got to listen to the music from the restaurant across the bay or the music from people on the beach.

  Very nice condo and a great location. The condo itself is great - updated with very nice amenities. Wonderful view of the Gulf and beach. Sunsets are fantastic from the third floor. Parking was good and underneath the building so the car never got too warm. The Lands End complex is very well maintained with a great pool area and a wonderful 0.6 mile long boardwalk around the complex. The condo was very well stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

  We had a wonderful month at Lands End! There were some housekeeping issues and some missing items, to which Resorts Rentals promptly responded. My only negative comment is that housekeeping should be more thorough when preparing for the next tenants and not take shortcuts with regard cleanliness.

  Private location at the south end of Treasure Island. This facility is excellent for those looking to walk the beach, hang out at the pool, and have a relaxing vacation. There is a full service supermarket within 2 miles, and many great restaurants within a short distance, some a short walk.
  The condo was comfortably furnished, and easy to maintain. It was supplied with all the cooking and dining essentials, and a starter set of cleaning and maintenance items. The staff at the facility and the rental agency were excellent and extremely helpful.
  
  The one recommended change would be to supply larger fitted sheets for the bed, as we ended up tangled in the sheets each morning!

  First of all, the property location is fantastic. The grounds and pool area are impeccably well kept. We were able to capture beautiful sunsets from our condo and enjoyed getting away from the January Northern Ohio winter even if it was only for a week. The first couple of nights we had heating issues with getting any ciculation to the bedrooms. We called the first night because of the smoke that came out of the vents when the heat was first turned on which actually triggered the smoke alarm. The first few evenings the temperarure was in the 40 degree range outdoors. We called on Sunday and reported it to the answering service but did not hear from anyone until Monday. Someone did come to look at the unit and said it was ok. Yes, the furnace turned on, but circulation was minimal in the bedrooms. I ended up closing the registers in the living area to help alleviate the problem. There is also some water damaged ceilings, bed sheets are poor and would pull off the mattress, the toilet seats are worn and should be replaced and our daughters said the guest bed mattresses were not comfortable. In other words, the place needs a little TLC to be considered Premier.

  We rented a total of 4 condos to accommodate 13 people for a week. Out of all the condos, this one was the most dated in décor, especially the blind which were pretty much beyond their useful life. An AC problem occurred, but it was promptly corrected within a couple of hours and the condo recovered a comfortable temperature by bedtime. The couple that stayed in this condo are New Yorkers with fairly low needs regarding modern amenities and air conditioning. However, even they mentioned that the blinds were shot (falling down from clips every time they were used, etc. ) and should be replaced. They were still pleased with the accommodations, as were we and did not mention the problem with the blinds to anyone until now.

  My stay at Land's End was enjoyable. The unit I stayed in was updated and clean. My only wish was a more comfortable bed with newer and "crisp" sheets. Also I tried to watch a movie from a disc, but could not get it started on the TV. I think directions on how to do this would be beneficial. I also wish that beach chairs and umbrella was supplied by the owners. From the outside deck, the view of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful. I was very satisfied with the unit and I would recommend it highly. Bldg. 10 304

  It was a beautiful condo. Great location. The balcony furniture could use some updating. Not really comfortable. Missing dead bolt lock on inside. Night table drawer front was laying on floor when we arrived. Other than that, it was very good. We plan on coming back to the same unit.

  Having stayed many times at this location, We know what to expect. Resort Rentals work hard to make your vacation enjoyable.The location and site are exemplary--on the gulf, private but minutes away from all activities.The grounds, security (front gate) and especially the pool are outstanding. I know from many experiences that the quality of the individual units,--age of furniture, level of cleanliness, supply of dishes,cutlery etc vary from unit to unit.This year we were in a unit that had not been well maintained and was exceptionally dirty.The owners must bear responsibility for this. Resort Rentals--especially Rudy and Janet--work to resolve the complaints--they had the rugs removed and the furniture shampooed. But you can not make a silk purse out of a sow's ear,
  The unit had a semblance of acceptance when the 4 of us(Rudy, Janet, Barb and Lee) were through with it.
  Lands End is a quality property and I enjoy all of it--All staff work hard to have you enjoy your vacation. We are now using it as a vacation retreat 2 times a year

  We had a very nice vacation at Land's End. Great location with easy access to the beach. Superb pool and hot pool with pleanty of sunbeds. Property in good condition and well furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and so on). Quite and safe area.
  We're certainly coming back to spend some more vacations there!

  Land's End is the preferred location for our winter getaway. The semi-gated location on the Gulf feels secluded from the busy area beyond it and the largest heated salt-water pool in the area keeps us coming back.   After staying at numerous places in the Madeira Beach/Treasure Island area, Land's End has become our favorite. Overall, this unit was nice. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were a big plus. The only negative were the couches in the living room. I think they've reached the end of their life cycle and need to be replaced. Other than that, this condo was great. Everyone at Resort Rentals was wonderful and very accommodating. We look forward to returning to Land's End next year!

  #304 building 10 is an updated unit and Kitchens and Baths are very nice. As in other reviews of unit the sofa and love seat in living area are very dirty and stained. They either need replaced or professionally cleaned. Some of the pool side chairs need replaced as are rusted and paint coming off. I saw a couple of new ones, but many more need replaced. Resort rentals is a great Management company. We have already booked two more stays at Lands End with them.

  This unit has been remodeled with a super kitchen and lovely baths. There is a full size stackable W/D which was very helpful while staying on the beach. We love this area, as there is no traffic noise, and the pool is well maintained. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets spectacular!
