Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   Overall I found the property location exceptional. The proximity of the beach, the boardwalk trail, the pool facilities and the security at the entrance are all great features. The unit itself was okay but lacked a few important things to consider. First it would’ve been really nice if the screens in the door walls were in place to enjoy the overall beach experience. A keurig would nice and the washer and dryer were quite dated. The wicker piece of furniture was dirty at the base and a lot of dirt balls were hanging from and around the sofa. The master bedroom bed frame had terribly sharp edges that left our shins with bruises.

  The condo was nice, with a renovated kitchen. However, there were issues with the washer as well as with the internet and tv which caused us to be inconvenienced for 2-3 days. Following our complaint to Resort Rentals, the owners declined all responsibility and we have not been compensated by the owner or Resort Rentals. Having said that, we appreciate the quick turnaround time by Resort Rentals in getting the repairs done. We will not be staying in that particular unit again nor recommend it.

  Friend who had stayed at Land's End for several years talked us in to trying it out. We stayed the first two weeks of May and the weather was perfect. Very little rain, highs in mid 80's lows 65-70. The beach was not crowded except of Sundays when locals kind of took over. Sundays is a good day to plan on something else. The kitchen was well-equipped. Bedroom had an ocean view also which was nice. Plenty of storage space, two sink master bathroom.. I wish the walk-in shower was in the master but not too hard to walks a few steps to the guest bath with shower. Looks freshly painted, nice artwork and magnificent view of ocean and sunset. The patio is good for two. We already made our reservations for next year.

  Some staff is more helpful than others. The lady I booked with was not very helpful. However, I accidentally left my computer charger. Caitland had some one go search the condo thoroughly. She called me back to say they had found it and mailed it to me the next day.Both times I spoke with her she was very pleasant to speak with. The condo unit was very nice and clean. We did not care for the check in process. All keys were in large envelopes placed in a box on a table in the parking lot for anyone to take. The first time we checked for ours ( It was after the check in time) our keys were not there, We went to the car to call them and saw they came out with more envelopes which was one of ours.

  Our third stay at Land's End, but first time at this particular unit. The Treasure Island location is great in many ways. The condo, however, was disappointing in comparison to what we have enjoyed in the past. Dusty artificial plants, broken light fixtures, worn/uncomfortable furniture - and no rug as shown in the photos. Kitchen/bedrooms/bathroom was fine.

  The condo met all our expectations!!It was a lovely space to stay during our daughter's wedding week. We were close to our family and friends who came for the wedding. The property was exactly like the the online pictures. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom. All the property grounds were very well maintained. Check in and check out was very easy. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. One word of caution. The red chair is a swivel chair and I sat on the edge to put on shoes and the chair turned over on me as I landed on the floor.I should have been more careful as I knew it was a swivel chair.Beds were comfortable. Lovely bathrooms and plenty of towels were provided. I would love to come back for a relaxing vacation. My daughter and her new husband said they would stay at Land's End on future trips to Treasure Island.
  Landline phone didn't work after first day. TV in the master bedroom didn't have reception.

The service provider has a set up that can be a bit tricky and if one of the components get out of sync from the others, it will say you do not have cable connection. More often than not it is the cable box that has not kicked on and it may just need to be manual turned on, or have a quick update and things are back in place. We are sorry for any frustration it gave you but everything is working properly and never hesitate to give us a call for help. Congrats again to all and we hope to see you back for a future visit!

  We have been staying at Lands End for many years. Our apartment was beautiful and we were blessed with beautiful weather. Kitchen is well stocked. Apartment is beautifully updated in kitchen and baths. Only matter of concern is that the red chair in the living room spins and has caught my parents and daughter off guard a few times. If they remember it spins, no problem. Beach is beautiful, great restaurants and stores, hospital and airport are close by. Resort Realty rentals is wonderful to deal with.

  This is a beautiful apartment. The furnishings and decorating details are lovely. One chair in the living room should be removed as two people, in separate instances, almost feel out of it when they were getting up from the chair. The unit is remodeled and in great taste. The views are
  spectacular. This unit actually has a comfortable king bed mattress, which is quite unusual for the Lands End condos we have rented over the years. The kitchen is well stocked with good cookware, although we did not eat in this condo often. There was horrible jack hammer noise from the apartment next door for three days and when we finally reported it to Resort Realty rentals, it did stop for the duration of our stay. It did cause a very stressful three days however. We will return, just make sure there is no construction in nearby units.

  We had looked at photos of many, many Lands End units on the Resort Rentals website and this one seemed to stand out -- we were not disappointed when we arrived. The unit is completely updated -- fully tiled floors, fully updated bathrooms and kitchens (granite counters, under mount sinks, quality cabinets, stainless steel appliances), walk-in shower in guest bath, large gulf front master bedroom. Everything in this unit seems new/newer and is very well coordinated. The gulf front beach view is perfect and the covered patio (not huge, but adequate) is private. The resort grounds were not overly lavish, but are very nice; 1st floor covered parking keeps your car cool. Resort Rentals was easy to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend this unit. My only (relatively minor) complaint would be the noisy fan in the guest bathroom.

  Quite simply, when you're sitting on the terrace of this beautiful condo, overlooking the magnificent Gulf, there is clearly no other place you need to consider for a vacation.
  The water is magnificent, the beach fantastic and nearby restaurants and shops a treat. If you bring the kids,the pool is wonderful but the beach is simply magnificent. Proximity to Orlando for day trips to Disney is an asset.
  The condo itself is wonderfully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, baths. Beautiful new flat-screens TV'S in L/R an Master with internet access. Only shortfall is the lack of a TV in the guest room. Only recommendation is to supply one right away.
  Thanks Resort Rentals for a great experience and thanks to the owners for a great condo! We will return.

  On the beach, gazing at the gulf, this recently remodeled unit provided many relaxing evenings as we sat on the balcony, sipped martinis and watched the sun go down. In the well appointed kitchen we cooked wonderful dinners with fresh pasta and pesto sauce from the Italian Market mixed with shrimp and scallops from the local seafood markets.
  Afterwards, a walk on the beach with a chilled glass of chardonnay made for the perfect ending to a perfect day.

  Completely renovated.Kitchen fully stocked.Plenty of linens,towels even some water toys in closet. Only complaint-Glass table in living room too heavy to move & hard to get around it. Beautiful but dangerous if kids trip on shag rug & hit it. I would recommend this unit to people without young children.
