  The rental was close to the pool and the beach. Not oceanfront but you could see the causeway. Very clean and condo was only a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores and souvenir shopping. Plus water sports and snorkeling right near by. All in all a very good experience. Would recommend

  We stayed 13 days at this property in Oct. The check in process with Resort Rentals was a breeze, and we were able to get into the unit prior to the normal check in time. Land's End is a gated community located at the end of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. The location is quiet and private, with a great pool and large beach area available to walk or relax on daily. The unit itself was a bit tired, but exceptionally clean, with all the items you would expect in a rental condo. We used both the master bed as well as the pull out couch during our stay, and although adequate, the sofa was comfortable to sit on, it was not that great for sleeping. I would recommend updating to a new sofa, or possibly a murphy bed setup, that would allow extra room in the unit when not using the bed for sleeping.
  Overall, a nice unit at an exceptional property. Extremely relaxing vacation.....just what we were looking for! Will be back again!

  My wife and I took an impromptu vacation to Lands End with my daughter's family early August 2020.The cost was very reasonable and the property was exceptional. With the beach just outside my daughter's condo and the swimming pool next to ours, we didn't have to leave the property. But, we did. Went golfing and deep sea fishing with my grandchildren. We went out to eat several times at local restaurants and drove to nearby St Pete Beach. All in all a very enjoyable vacation. Land's End is on our list of vacation spots to return to.

  Having stayed in a two bedroomed apartment previously we new the location which liked and the Lands End development. Lands End is well laid out with great facilities and beautifully maintained. We prefer the intercoastal view over the Gulf view as there is more to see. The unit we stayed in was a one bedroom unit and was plenty roomy enough for the two of us. Large and fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves when required. Would love to go back.

  The room was generally clean and had everything that was expected. The view of the intracoastal was great, although you had to look over a parking lot to see. Only downside was that the patio furniture was not very comfortable.

  We stayed in Bldg 1 Unit 304. This unit has a very nice kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bathroom however, particularly the bath and shower stall needs a good cleaning, the shower curtain should be replaced as it is stained with what appears to be mould. The drain needs to be cleaned as you are standing in a couple of inches of water after a shower before it drains. The unit has a nice view but the people with barking dogs come as early as 6:00am which is irritating. The representatives from Resort Rentals are excellent to deal with and have always addressed any needs we have had.

  My family had a reunion at Lands End in early August 2018. We rented 11 units for 41 people ( including small children). The units were clean and comfortable, The pool and beach were lovely. We would have liked to have a place to gather in the evenings because of the size of our group. We would pack into a 2 bedroom unit and made it work, but that was not ideal. We told we were not able to rent the meeting facility. This was the only downside. Otherwise, we had a lovely time.

Land's End does not have anything like that in place, the clubhouse area at the property is for staff and office use only so we are sorry there is not a community area for that.   Loved this property, was all we expected from the photo's and description. The condo was lovely, no clutter, just comfortable and a good size for the two of us. The beach was lovely and not too busy. Saw dolphins swimming by from our balcony and from the rocks by the beach. The area is nice and safe to walk around and the boardwalk around the property is a bonus. This is really a beautiful spot. We stayed for two extra days and booked for next year before we left.

  We did enjoy our stay at this property. The only problems we encountered was the patio door did not lock, the A/C wasn't very cool, and the remote for the tv in the bedroom was missing. The beach was very narrow. We did love the pool and the assigned parking spot. We would stay again!

  Overall a nice condo by the ocean. Fully furnished and sleeps up to four people. Everything was clean and great. The only issue is the sofa bed which sleeps the 2 additional guests had a very bad mattress. It gave our children a sore back so much so that our daughter slept with us on the king sized bed. You really need to replace this mattress as for $1400 per week, it is a pricey condo rental by Floridian standards.

  Our condo was great (#304, Bld 1). Everything was clean and the location was good. There is a little bit of noise from the restaurants across the water, but with the windows closed and the air on, it was a non-issue. This was our first visit to Land's End, but it will not be our last.

    Thanks so much for the post! Across the Intercoastal Waterways from Land's End is St Pete Beach and some of the restaurants there do bring in live entertainment, not all. There is a city ordinance in place for noise to ensure it will not go late into the evenings. We look forward to having you back!! :-)

  Lands End is a great location not too far from the action and restaurants also great beach and pool, doggie beach on the east side of complex is not to my liking although there was always something to watdh but I think it drove away a lot of the fishermen.

    Thank you for your time with this post! Yes, there is a small space across from the Land's End community that locals like to take their dogs when the tide is low, giving them a stretch of beach to run on. A majority of the public beaches here do not permit dogs, however on that side they are welcome and many take advantage of that. Hopefully everyone was able to enjoy the waterways!! :)

  Dolphin's seen in canal & manatee's in ocean, pleasant view from balcony, comfortable roomy unit, elevator was down for a few days which was a bit of a challenge for move in & groceries.

  My wife and I stayed at #304-1 from 2/28 until 3/7/15. We had never rented a condo before. My wife's cousin was staying at LE and suggested we try Resort Rentals as they were happy with them. Resort Rentals has a good website with an accurate description and pictures of the unit. Our trip was setup online in less than a day.
  
  The unit was clean and ready for our arrival. It exceeded our expectations and contained all the amenities listed in the description. We mostly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the little public parking lot and entrance to the boardwalk. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was large and well supplied.
  
  Building One is right across from the pool which is large and very clean. Right beyond the pool is access to the beach. It was beautiful and warm during our stay. The pool was crowded but not overly so and the beaches were not crowded at all.
  
  We liked everything about our stay. If you are extremely picky, you can hear music from the bars across the waterway. Didn't bother us at all but it's there. The roads to the the site are narrow and can be busy with people coming and going and hanging at the local bars. Again, no problems.
  
  We highly recommend Resort Rentals, Lands End and 304-1.

  10 years ago Lands End appeared to be declining as the other newer properties were popping up on TI. In recent years it has gone thru a period of Renaissance. Units have been updated and now it's now more popular than ever. The Canadians and Midwestern guests now drive up the demand for Lands End. Not sure if to blame them for the fact that I now pay more for my stay or thank them for the attention to the property.

  My sister, daughter and I spent Spring Break in Land's End #304. We were very satisfied with our stay. The grounds were well maintained. We stayed in the one bedroom. The condo was very clean and and overlooked the bay area. The property management people were easy to work with. Found the condo online after days of searching. Would stay here again only next time would like warmer weather but that is what to expect when going in March. Only suggestion a few more coffee cups that you can use in the microwave and a few more bath towels. Thank you we had fun.

  The property was "as advertised". A lovely location. Treasure Island is a beautiful location and Lands End is the gem stone of Treasure Island. Secluded, yet within minutes of an endless variety of restaurants, and nightlife. Sunset beach is the ultimate beach for getting a suntan, swimming,and shell hunting. Love it!
