Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   We rented this unit for the family and grandkids. They had a wonderful time. Great view, made some home cooked meals. With family its great to have a good stacker washer & dryer. Complex has a great heated pool and semi-secluded beach. On site security makes sure people you see are welcome guests and not roaming the property uninvited.

  We had a great time Over all everything was good. The TV in the front bedroom doesn't work (however I didn't call about it because we didn't go on vacation to watch TV, and the outlet in the small bathroom doesn't work and again I didn't call about it I just dried my hair in the bedroom ! So if I didn't call I can't complain !! It was nothing major !! We loved the view it doesn't get much better than that !! And DOLPHINS almost everyday for us to watch. It was a very nice condo and I would 100 percent send my friends and family there !! Thank you for such an easy check in and check out process !!

  We have stayed in this unit previously and really like it, however think it could do with a little updating as it hasn't been touched in a few years ie. the sofa and a new bed, and also a lick of paint.
  
  The shower rooms are lovely, the kitchen well equipped and furniture on the balcony very comfortable.
  
  We had a little problem with the cable as it kept going off, but didn't cause too much of a problem.
  
  Booked via Resort Rentals who gave us a couple of additional items that we asked for which were much appreciated (however had to ask for them twice, so would have liked a response to our request the first time in future!).
  
  Lands End is a perfect holiday spot which is why we return year after year.

  Our rental this year was ok. I can say that the proximity to the waterway was the plus. While master and other bathroom was updated the kitchen area space is tight and needs updated. Was nice to have a printer to pay bills and print off tickets and fishing liscense. Silverware and tableware were lacking. Not a bad place but not the step up from last year we expected. Overall a nice place but looking at other units for next year. We do thank the owners though for having us.

  We have stayed at Lands End for many years, and enjoy the complex and amenities (although we were disappointed this year that the spa was out of use due to renovations). The apartment is nice with updated bathrooms and kitchen, and good outside furniture. I think the sofa could do with a good clean and the apartment could do with a little decluttering, however apart from that we really enjoyed out stay and I would recommend this apartment to others.

  Great place. Beautiful views. Grounds well kept. Only negative was tv in living iroom kept going iin and out and we really needed to watch news with tropical storm coming. Furniture in living room could be updated . Master bedroom and bathroom was a nice surprise. Loved waking up and seeing the ocean. This was our 3rd time and we will be back many more times.

We also have 2 different categories of condos in our program, premier and standard. This unit that you stayed in falls into our standard category, the premier units will consist of recent updates to the kitchen and bathrooms, they will have newer flooring, furnishings, appliances and flat screen TV's. Should you want to try something a bit more updated for your next visit, a premier condo could be a nice option and we have many to choose from at Land's End!! :-) Thank you for being a guest of ours and we look forward to your next vacation with us!

  Lands End is an awesome place to stay. The Condo we have stayed in the 2yrs is spacious and the renovated bathrooms are amazing. The beach isn't crowded. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We already booked the same condo for next year.

  A beautiful condo in a stunning location! We enjoyed a wonderful 2 week stay in this lovely condo. The view of the Gulf from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom is second to none! The unit itself is very well equipped, and we found that everything worked perfectly. We definitely look forward to coming back!!

  We have stayed in many condos over the past 20 years in this area. Land's End is a nice resort on the quiet end of Treasure Island. It has many amenities including a large pool and 2 hot tubs (though one was not working). The lovely grounds have an upside and a downside--we were awakened at 7:30 in the morning to the sounds of hedge trimmers and lawn mowers. But I do love the location and its nice to have some space and not be just a big square building with a pool in front.
  
  The condo was recently renovated and is attractive and the kitchen has the basic necessities though I have seen better. All the inside units are more or less the same design and unfortunately the kitchen is small because of the location of the air conditioner and utility closet. Overall the kitchen was OK for a one week stay. They have a computer you can use for browsing and printing boarding pass which is a plus. The couch in the living room that faces the gulf front balcony is big and comfy and I know cause I slept there one night which leads to a problem with the master bed--very uncomfortable mattress. It needs to be replaced. I have neck/shoulder issues so this is a big deal. Also, couldn't get the TV to work. We would have contacted Resort Rentals except it was Sunday night and we wanted to watch a football game and couldn't. It wasn't a major problem throughout the say cause we didn't really need much TV, but it was disappointing. I do think that Resort Rentals is a good outfit and we had issues with a second condo we rented for family and they promptly sent a repair person to fix the problem.

  Weather did not cooperate but thanks to the lovely view of the Gulf and Bay it made it more pleasant. The condo was nice but had problems with ants. Had to spray every day otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

The Lands End Association does have a pest control company spray all of the condos each month. If there is an issue we can ask them to come back to resolve it.   We came here the 4th time. Once more it was a perfect vacation only steps from the great beach. The condo was nice decorated. The views were great: the beach, the ocean, the dolphins...! Also the rent by Resort Rentals was perfect. A big recommendation for a memorable beach vacation. - Only one little problem: the loud music from a bar across the bay in St Pete Beach. But inside the condo we heard nothing from that.

  Lands End is a very nice place to stay. We went with our family of 5 and had the most wonderful vacation. The condo was very clean and it felt like home. We were right on the beach and the beach was perfect. We also went to the pool and the people were so nice and the area was well kept. We would definitely go back to Lands End.

  Our vacation time at Lands End was wonderful as always. We feel like we come home every time we return! Everyone was so nice and they responded to our requests for assistance with great promptness!
  We love the location of building 6 as my husband is a everyday fisherman and it is so convenient and comfortable for him. The condo was comfortable enough but after seeing a couple of the others that have undergone some renovations in the bathrooms in particular I think we will try to look for an alternative condo for next year. The one theme that seems to be uniform in all of our family and friends that have come and stayed in their own condos when we do is that the beds are all terribly uncomfortable.when you are paying a lot to have a wonderful area to stay , surroundings that are equal to or better than your home are important . Other than just a little updating and better bedding I think we could say that everything was very nice.

  Everything was great, other than no one telling us about the renovations they were doing to the room right beside us. Claim they didn't know but other guests said they told them they did know. Nothing like waking up to a Jack Hammer everyday on your expensive vacation. Once away from all the noise it was a fabulous place to visit. My family and I loved it. Can't wait to visit again.

  We had a very nice stay at Land's End. Unit 404 in building 6 is perfect. Wonderful views and great amenities. Even on our one day of rain they had games and puzzles so you weren't bored. Slight drawback is the location is more secluded which we liked but if you needed anything or wanted to go out for food you had to get in the car to get there. No walking across the street like you could in Treasure Island. Still we had a great time and would come back again!
