This condo provides you with views of the Intracoastal Waterways where you are bound to see dolphins passing by and boaters heading out to the Gulf. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained!   Hi, all good, although took several attempts to get the key number for the door prior to arriving, thankfully someone sent them as they didn't appear on my account. WHY WAS THIS SO DIFFICULT FOR RESORT RENTALS?
  Also the sheets on the bed were threadbare and going into holes, hardly ideal given the quality of the property.

  The condo was clean and comfortable and had had everything you would need for your stay. The location was great as we could watch people fishing off the dock of the intercoastal and we're also just across from the pool. The beach was 200 steps from our door. We would definitely go back.

  The best feature of this unit is the tremendous amount of natural light, especially given the fact that the hallway leading to the unit is long and dark, creating a slightly creepy feeling.
  
  Our family members really enjoyed the unit. However, it is quite dated so if you are looking for a unit that is more high end, this may not be to your liking. That said, it was very comfortable for our son & his girlfriend.

  Being across from Doggie Beach was lots of fun.
  The parking lot was very active. Wonderful pool and beach. Resort Rental responded quickly when we reported the dirty and stained carpet and furniture.
  Everything was cleaned. The carpet needs to be replaced. We still needed to keep our shoes on due to the black soot still clinging to the old fibers.
  We will recommend this property when the carpet is replaced.

  The condo was very nice. The only problem we had with it is that the sheets did not fit the bed and would come off and bunch up under us, which didn’t make for a great nights sleep. The carpet needs to be cleaned in the living room also.

  This is our second year at Lands End. We stayed in Building 1 both times. This year was #202 and it was another great experience. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We recommend this unit if you are looking for a 1/1 condo. The only drawback was that the assigned parking place was adjacent to vs under the building.

  We had a great time and for a change the weather was great. We have used Resort Rentals on several occassions in the past staying at Land's End several times. This particular unit was clean and cared for. It did however lack some of the minor details we have had in other units. We cook outside a lot but there were no utensils for grilling out. We couldn't use the plastic you use on cookware in the rental. Made cooking outside interesting. The furniture was OK, dated, but clean. Bathroom door to bedroom kept coming off it's runner. Coffee Table had a small break in the corner of the wood trim. Nothing major. Just well lived in.
  The staff at Land's End was friendly and easy to talk to. The property is well kept and easy to navigate through.
  We enjoy Land's End because it is a close drive to great reastaurants and activities of all kinds. Yet, the property is isolated and the beach front is never overrun with people and always clean!

Building 1 is on the Intracoastal side of the property so it is a bit farther from the beach than the Gulf front buildings. Still no streets to cross though which is a big plus. Sorry the weather was uncooperative but I assure you it is rare to see the surf rough. In fact we are normally known for our calm waters. I hope you are able to revisit our area so you can enjoy a better forecast. Thanks again!
