The Trillium is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of of only 15 units; all units face West so all will have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private balconies. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! Directly across the street from the Villa Madeira is the famous Candy Kitchen for those evenings you want to have a sweet treat! There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this location so really you have all that you need right here. Direct beach access, close proximity to major attractions and miles of beaches right at your fingertips; this is a true beach vacation!

  Spent a week with the family for spring break and was very happy with everything about Trillium 1A. Location was amazing right on the beach within walking distance or quick bus ride to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Beautiful view of the gulf with dolphins swimming by from the private balcony. The pool was never crowded on or stay and is decent size for the 15 units in the trillium building. I would highly recommend a stay here.

  We enjoyed our 5 weeks at the Trillium which we have stayed at many times, this was the first time in 1A. The view is beautiful especially the sunsets, love the location, restaurants, and Johns Pass. Management was very responsive when we needed assistance. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need. The unit is not “newly” remodeled, but in OK condition, the unit was clean on the surface, but a deep cleaning is needed. The unit is directly over the pool, which at times was very noisy.

  We absolutely loved staying in Trilium 1A! The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The unit has a very nice kitchen and was fully stocked with anything you may need. The inviting living room has the right amount of seating and again with a gorgeous view of the gulf. The master bath is very nice with double sinks and a gorgeous walk in shower. We enjoyed spending time on our balcony that overlooked the gulf and the pool. It's the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set. Trilium is situated in the middle of Madeira Beach and just two doors down from Caddy's which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again and we can't wait to return!

  It wsas a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful and lived up to it description. It was clean and the property was well maintained. The other renters and owners were friendly. We ate at Dockside Dave's, Sloppy Joes and Caddys. Wish there were more restaurants on the beach in this area. We used Island Hopper to get around. Very efficient and inexpensive. Did not need to rent a car. It is always thrilling when there we spotted dolphins swimming in the Gulf.

  This is my family's second stay at Trillium #1A. It is a very nice clean bright condo with an amazing view. Johns Pass is very close by and we enjoyed many of the shops and restaurants (Delosa's Pizza is one of our favorites). There was an issue with the water on our second last day. The water from the bathtub would not shut off and we had to turn the water off at the main source which meant we could not use the water anywhere else in the condo. Since it was after hours no one could come until the following day to fix it and even when they did come it was not fixed. Other than that our stay was great and I would love to come back again.

  Great space right on the beach. The sunset views were amazing. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and clean. We cooked in several nights and had every kitchen utinsel we needed. We met some of the condo owners and they were extremely welcoming. Only downside was that we were so close to the ocean that the “red tide” odor was hard to get away from. Of course, this is no fault of the owners or management...just a caution to anyone that may be traveling during a potential “red tide” flare up. We would definitely stay here again!

  This is the unit my Parents stayed in for the week and they said everything was GREAT!!
  The only real thing the were afraid of was the outside balcony because there grandchildren came over and they FIT right through the rails, YES there was a sign on the sliding glass door but something really needs to be done about that problem before a serious FATAL accident happens. But that's normally when something is put up when a serious Fatal accident happens but then it's going to be to LATE for the property owner. I'm just suggesting this before a LAWSUIT happens.

  Our family usually stays at Arie Dam this year we tried The Trillium. Condo was nice and the bedrooms were spacious. I absolutely loved the kitchen. This specific condo offered more amenities than Arie Dam. Also had an umbrella for the beach and more beach chairs which was fantastic. We usually bring our own beach chairs but we forgot them this year. So the extra beach chairs came in handy. We all had our own chairs which is usually not the case. The only complaints I have is the pool and parking areas are too small. There were so many people at the pool when we were there my family and I could not even use the area. My children went to the pool once while we were there other than that we weren’t able to go back. I’m not certain if the people who used the pool were guests. However, overall we had a fabulous time and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend The Trillium.

  We had a wonderful week at Trillium #1A. The condo was very quiet, clean and comfortable, nicely appointed and well stocked. We did not cook much but the kitchen was well stocked for anyone who would like to cook. Loved having the Kuerig for our morning coffee. The view was amazing. Both the pool and the beach were very clean. Our experience working with the rental agency was great. Would definitely stay here again.

  The unit was nice and clean. Kitchen is well supplied. The washer and dryer was super convenient. The bedrooms are nice and beds are comfy. Master bathroom had some issues with the toilet tank but we were able to get by for the time we were there. Pool was a nice addition to our stay and wasn't very busy most of the time. Hallways of the building could do without the carpet as it seems to track every grain of sand back into the unit no matter who hard one tries to keep it out of the building.

  So close to everything! We were right by the pool, two steps away from the beach, and minutes from restaurants, bars and shopping.   It was a very nice condo. The only problem we had was with the washer and dryer. The management team was very prompt in sending a repairman to our unit to fix.
  It would also be great if they had a keypad to enter the unit and bldg instead of using keys. It is just inconvenient if you are coming from the beach and have to fiddle with keys to unlock. Overall great place!

  Wonderful unit with nice updated kitchen. The Trillium was a nice complex. Its small size meant the beach and pool area were not overly crowded. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative was that the railings are far apart. I have a toddler and had to bring deck netting to make it safe. I questioned it and Resort Rentals informed me that it was up to code but I wonder if the unit was grandfathered or something. My large almost three year old was able to easily shimmy through the fence between the beach and pool which is the same railing used on the balcony. Other than that, I absolutely loved it and would definitely return but not without my deck netting!

  We have been staying at Trillium for three weeks for each of the past four years. We love the location and the quiet peaceful atmosphere that the building offers (only 15 condos). 1A is a very nice unit with a modern decor. However, I would suggest that beach loungers be available at the condo rather than having to purchase these for a short stay. While not a major issue, cleaning could be improved upon.

  I have stayed in this building before on the top floor. Overall 1A is a good condo unit Right over the pool ( some guests little loud at times, not a big deal)the blinds/shades all have issues and need repair.the lighting is nice but not really bright enough at night. We came for two reasons, Vacation and to purchase a house, which we did in Largo. There was a 3rd benefit we met really nice people/Friends at the condo (best part of the stay)WE would stay in this building again. Also the maintenance man kept the all common areas as clean as possible (dealing w/sand) THANKS Charley and Susan

    Thanks for your review! I wanted to let you know that the owner did have new blinds installed in the unit. They were actually on order when you stayed but because they were custom ordered blinds it took a bit longer to get them. Congrats on your new home!!!! Now that you are a Florida resident, I hope you will take a “stay”cation or two and come back to visit!

  A total relaxing week on the beach. The condo was perfect for our family. The view and atmosphere was wonderful. The only negative comment I have is the pool needing cleaning badly and was not cleaned until the day before we left! The beach was clean and well maintained. The building was well maintained and clean. My family would highly recommend the Trillum for a family vacation!

  I booked this condo for my son and his family as well as 2B for ourselves. It was very smart and beautifully furnished and had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. A fantastic view from the lounge window, they felt as though they could almost touch the sea it seemed so close.

  This place was great! It had beautiful views and the condo was updated nicely, the kitchen has everything you'll need. Located between Johns Pass and Indian Rocks Beach makes shopping and dinning great.

  This was our first family trip to Florida and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Trillium is a quiet relaxing choice for any vacation. The condo (1A) was really clean and the appliances/furniture were in excellent condition. If you require infant/toddler equipment/toys I would highly recommend contacting baby's away (on resort rental website). Everything we needed was supplied at a great price.
  We hope to stay at Trillium 1A in the near future.

  This is our second year at the Trillium. The only downfall is that it is quite far from John's Pass and a considerable walk. The beach is beautiful though and the walk on the beach side is a joy!

  we just loved our vacation. One of the nicest unit of the Trillium. Very comfortable, so beautiful, fully equiped. If the pool could be heated, everything would just be more enjoyable for the winter time but this is not a problem related to this unit in particular.

  The accommodations here were supurb! The hallway/carpet entering into the condo caused some concern. However apt#1a was fabulous. We had anything you could possible want, luxuriously decorated and the patio overlooking the pool and beach did it for me.The owners thougt of everything that would make your stay enjoyable.....I woulf definitely return.

  Wonderful holiday in a beautiful direct beach front facing condo. Lovely condition, equipped with everything you could possibly need, close to restaurants, bars and Johns Pass. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends. Only slight criticism - no teapot (us english guests enjoy a mug of tea!), a hairdryer provided would be a big bonus and lastly the towel rails in the second bathroom kept dropping off if you tried to hang a towel on them.

    Thanks so much for your review. I am not sure why the hairdryer and teapot were not in the unit! We delivered both to the guest that were there just before you were. I will definitely look into it. Next time, please do not hesitate to call us if something is not up to par. We have no problem revisiting a property to make things right.   We enjoyed our stay at Trillium. When we arrived, found the television not working in the living room. No hairdrier or tea kettle. Once we made a phone call, the cleaning service arrived the following day with both. My husband managed to get the tv working. The apartment was clean and look forward to another vacation at Trillium in the near future.

  When we first arrived the hallway leading to the condo was dirty and was not cleaned up for several days. However, the unit itself was very clean and appears to have been recently updated. The beds, linens, and furniture were all very comfy! The condo overlooks the pool and is literally just steps away from a serene beach.

  This condo is absolutely beautiful! I'll admit when we were pulling up to the building and heading up to our condo, I was a little worried. But as soon as we opened the door to our unit all our worries went away! This place is absolutely stunning! The owners have done a great job updating this unit so much so that I wish I could make some of these updates in my own home. My only diappointments was really with the building itself. The elevator taking forever and the sliding doors in the unit are really hard to open and close but other than that, all was great! I highly recommend this condo!

  We loved the location of our vacation condo in Madeira Beach. About a mile from John's Pass, it was a beautiful walk on the beach or on Gulf Blvd. The unit is very nicely finished and clean. The beach side balcony view was beautiful at any time of day. Our only complaint would be the noise from the street. The sliding door/balcony windows let alot of street noise into the master bedroom. We had a couple of maintenance issues upon arrival, but Resort Rentals handled them very promptly and professionally. Can't wait to head back to Madeira Beach next year!!

  We had a wonderful time at Trillium #1A! It was recently renovated, clean and looks identical to the pictures. The beach in front of the condo was beautiful, the Gulf and the pool were amazing for swimming and you couldn't beat the sunsets over the water each night. The kids loved the walk down Candy Kitchen and Pirate's Cove minigolf. We would love to return!
