A row of windows open the space to a great view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the living room, dining area and the kitchen. Building #3 is next to the grilling area on grounds making your cookouts nice and convenient, it is also near the pool and a very easy walk to the beach access onsite!!

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   Absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Resort Rental always goes above and beyond for us no matter if we reserve or spur of the moment trips. Finding us a condo at Land’s End on Sunset Beach, Florida that meets our standards and expectations is no small task. Our condo Building #3 #206 was super clean, updated with tile, new floors, granite, large refrigerator, efficiently equipped kitchen, new leather furniture, comfortable beds and simple but tasteful decorating. We love the view overlooking the channel where we saw dolphin on a daily basis, occasionally different species of rays, manatees and we caught lots of fish. :) The grounds at Land’s End are gorgeous, the pool is large and clean, and the beach on the gulf borders the property and is easily accessible and pristine. We will definitely be using Resort Rental again and we surely will request this condo.

  This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and our 4th time at Lands End. Both times we’ve had other family and friends staying in units at the same time. This condo is nice, great location, we love Lands End but wish this condo had beach chairs and umbrellas as most of the other units do. The bathrooms were updated and very nice but the cleaning company does a terrible job. I suspect this is with all units not unique to this one. The floors are always FILTHY, every year.. We don’t wear shoes indoors but then had to because our feet were black if we didn’t. There was no mop or bucket or I would have cleaned it and your only have a limited amount of bath towels for the week and two rags and towels for the kitchen so washing the floors myself wasn’t really an option so we made due. The sheets on the bed were clean but the unit was dusty, pieces of long hair in the shower and bathroom floor so I suspect the cleaning company barely wipes it down. We spent most of our week in the beach which is beautiful and made up for the annoyances of the unit.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not a required item for the owners to leave as they go missing on a very regular basis, which is frustrating for all. If you do not have those in the unit please do not hesitate to call us at our office as we do keep a supply here that we are happy to lead out to you for the duration of your stay, based on availability. We are glad you enjoyed the beach and the community as a whole, it really is a lovely spot and we hope you will be back for more visits!!

  Our stay at Lands End was excellent. We were very pleased with the size of the condo and the view. We had a bay side view and everyday saw dolphins swimming by, we even had the pleasure of seeing Manatees twice during our 9 day stay. We did experience a major leak in the master bath on day two, the management was very quick to respond. ( within 20 minutes someone was at our condo). When they discovered that is was not going to be an easy fix they immediately moved us to another, equally nice, condo one floor up. The stay was wonderful. My family and I loved the grounds, the beach, and the view. If you get up early (6:30AM) and walk the beach you can find some nice shells. Only minor negative would be a restaurant directly across the water from us would have live music every day from about 2PM until 2AM. It was loud if you sat on the patio but inside you could not hear the music. We were very pleased with the location, the condo itself, and extremely please with the management for responding to our needs so quickly. We are definitely planning on staying here again.

The music from across the way is off of St Pete Beach and they do have live entertainment at different times throughout the season. There is a city ordinance in place for this; however, we are sorry for the disruption it may have caused you. We absolutely LOVE to hear that you saw dolphins AND the manatee sightings, the manatees are not seen as much so that is always so neat to hear!!! :-) Thank you for being our guest and we look forward to having you back for another beach vacation!!

  We love Lands End and this is a great condo but wish it were a little cleaner. After walking around the first day barefoot (we don't usually wear shoes in our home) our feet were black. I don't think the floor had been mopped and unfortuanately there wasn't a mop for me to do it.... a So we had to wear shoes indoors the rest of the week. It was also incredibly dusty. I'm not sure how long it had sat empty before we got there but possibly a while. Also no cleaning supplies other than the bar of soap they left and the dishsoap I brought. With the glass table and mirrors down the hall I also would have liked to have a bottle of Windex to clean a little. The bed in the master is SUPER soft.... like sink down in foam soft. I usually sleep well everywhere we travel but the soft memory foam matress was really uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well all week. This unit also has no beach chairs, so that was disappointing. I know that it's not guaranteed that they'll have them but we've stayed in 3 other units here before and have always had them. The unit is really beautiful and the stay was still good... a few tweaks and this place would be perfect.

  This was our 4th stay at Lands End and it was just as beautiful property this time as it was the first, almost 13 years ago. Property is very well maintained and staff is always around to keep things in order. Our unit was very clean, updated amenities, and had all the comforts of home. Great view of the intercostal. Location is great for those who want more of a private beach and for those who like to fish, it's a great spot. It's a short drive north to all the Treasure Island restaurants and shops and short drive south to St.Pete Beach.
  
  Only thing I would suggest to potential renters is all units are individually owned, look at the pictures and choose unit best fits your needs and standards. We had family also stay at same time and their unit was not as updated as ours and they had some issues with it.

That is correct that all units are individually owned and not a single one looks the same on the inside so we always say the same, be sure to look at the units online to see which fits you best! We have premier units and standard units, Bay front and Beach front so there are a number of AWESOME options! We have photos and a floor plan tour of each unit that we manage so that everyone knows just what their condo and view will look like when they arrive! :)

  Fantastic week. Unit was lovely. Very clean, well stocked, master bed was a little soft for us personally,. Other reviews mention loud music but we enjoyed sitting on our balcony listening and they did not play late. Lands End was great. My children(17 and 13) swam, played tennis,ping pong, and shuffleboard. The gentlemen at the gate house were polite, friendly and great with my children. Loved the walkway..
