Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   Advertised as premier property,not so much. Although there were past upgrades in bathrooms and flooring, the condo still did not meet the standard of premier condos we have rented in past years in Lands End.Beds were very uncomfortable,causing lack of sleep and sore bodies for much of our stay.Not what you want when your trip is to play golf. Good news it was very clean.

  We arrived at 8pm to a hot condo. The AC was not working at all. Not sure why the cleaning people didn't report this before we arrived. Since it was after hours it was around noon the next day before someone came to fix the air. It was a hot miserable night. I emailed to rental company about being unhappy about the situation, but I never heard anything back. I thought they could atleast refund a partial nights stay.
  
  The location and the overall property was great. Great pool, nice beach, nice boardwalk.
  
  The interior of the room wasn't amazing. The furniture and deco were dated. The beds were hard. The water in the bathroom faucets only trickled out. Not sure if that was by design as a water saver, but it was pretty sad. The master shower head needs to be replaced as it either is calcified with hard water deposits or it's just old.
  
  The kitchen was well equipped, and we had no issues there.
  
  The time frame that we were there also had a lot of gay men on the beach. If that's an issue for you, then you just should be aware. I'm not sure if it was the location or the timing of our stay.
  
  The resorts grounds and pool were great.

  We have rented many years from Resort Rentals and have never been disappointed. Our unit was very nice and we loved that we could sit on the balcony and relax looking at the gulf. The only recommendation that I would have for this unit would be that they furnish the kitchen with a few more items. It lacked some very basic items such as a turner and also a can opener. Not big items but when you need them they are big! Otherwise we very much enjoyed this unit.

  This was our second trip to Land's End and once again we were very pleased. Resort Rentals is well prepared and check in was completed in just a few minutes.
  The property is beautiful and very well maintained. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and welcoming.
  The view was gorgeous from the third floor and we watched the dolphins in the bay every evening.
  The property is in close proximity to many of our favorite restaurants.

  We were there in May 2017 with our 4 kids (9 months to 8 years old). This condo meet all our expectations, even more. Super clean. I let my baby go everywhere in the condo. Everything was in perfect conditions. Newly renovated. All you need to cook is there. The view was incredible from the livingroom and the balcony. We open the windows at night in our bedroom to hear the waves. Beach toys, 3 boogie board, parasol and two beach chairs were included. Beach was not crowed at all. No trouble with wi-fi. 3 TV with Disney Channel and Nickelodeon. Gated community. Feel very secure to run and do yoga alone on the beach. Tennis court, pool and spa in perfect condition. 5 minutes from a supermarket Publix. Don't forget your coffee and beach towels. Dishwasher, washer and dryer included. There were renovation going on in the building next to us (May 2017) but it didn't bother us at all. Fast and easy check in and out with the rental company. Really enjoy our week in that condo. All my gratitude to the owners who let us enjoy their little paradise!

  Mattress was completely worn out. Needs to be replaced. Beautiful area and view, near everything. I will never stay in that unit. That master bed was terrible.   This was our first trip to Land's End and hopefully it will not be our last. The property was very well maintained and the condo was perfect. It was very clean and spacious and the view from the 3rd floor was stunning.
  All staff whom we encountered from check in to gate guards and maintenance, etc. were all very friendly and welcoming.

  Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Land's End. The private beach was clean, not crowded and a very short walk from the condo. The location of the building/unit was ideal with a balcony directly overlooking the gulf and there was an elevator for easy access to the 2nd floor unit. The pool was very large compared to other resorts we saw and offered plenty of lounges. The unit was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids and was larger in person than I expected from the photos. Our kids appreciated the beach toys provided. We did have to go out and buy beach towels as they were not provided so keep that in mind when packing. We would definitely stay at Land's End again.

  We arrived in Tampa and didn't have a place to stay when we go into the St Pete, Treasure Island area I went on line on my phone and found this company & called them and they said I could go online and pick out a place but I told them I wasn't getting a good connection and if they could just meet us at the building and show us a condo. They meet us within 15 minutes and showed us a very nice place right on the beach with a great view. Great place & location and clean. The only draw back was the internet connection...if I would have known how bad the internet was I would have stayed somewhere else because I run two online businesses and was not able to even check my email. Very good place and good price.

  Our family (of 16) rented three condos at Lands End the week after Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of Lands End, particularly the availability of charcoal grills and the covered picnic table. We grilled out and ate at the picnic area most nights - which was great for our large family. The pool area was very nice, and the grounds were immaculate. The staff at Resort Rentals was EXCEPTIONAL! Our only negative comment would be that the kitchens were not well stocked with cooking utensils. We plan to return next year for another fun family vacation.
