Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   Beautiful resort with great beach & pool. Resort rental staff were helpful & pleasant. The condo itself was adequate, but nothing extra. Would return to this area & this resort but would try a different condo.

  The unit is on the right side for watching the sunset. But due to the last corner of the proberty it seems, that they begin cutting the gras right from here. You can hear it from 7 am to 10.30 am just in front of the sleeping room once a week. And you have the noise of the garbage truck at 8 am twice a week. So if you get up early it will not bother you. The laundry and the dishes were very clean. The floor and parts of the furnishings were superficially clean but in fact it was sticky and greasy. For my opinion you can spend there a week without problems but in proportion to the price of renting it should be renovated.

  Unit was adequate. In need of major updating and some basic maintenance. Complex was well maintained and quiet with excellent beach access. The entire Resort Rentals staff were great to work with from start to finish. Already booked next years stay through Resort Rentals.

  We went to Lands End looking for a spring holiday filled with SUN and RELAZATION and we achieved our goal. The weather was sunny from the start right to the end. As far as relaxation - we achieved that as well and came away ready to tackle the world again. The only real drawback was the fact that the property was remote from any amenities, we had to drive to get groceries, restaurants and even church. Other than that the beach was spectacular and the abundance of wildlife was awesome.

  We have been renting at Land's End for several years. Our usual rental was already taken so we opted for Building 11, # 207. This unit was no where near as nice as our previous rental. Definitely needs some TLC & updates.

  We stayed at this rental with our 7 and 5 year-old boys and their grandparents. The view from our balcony was beautiful- right on the ocean! The beach was private. The condo community is lush and clean. The pool is large with plenty of tables, chairs and umbrellas. Also a very quiet community. The condo itself was dated. The kitchen a little tight. The condo was not as clean as we would have liked. We would stay here again- although the condo wasn't the cleanest- the view and the property were great!

  I've stayed at Land's End several times before. The location is exceptional. Private Beach, boardwalk, quiet, fantastic sunsets. This condo was nicely decorated with leather sofas, tile flooring and the beds were comfortable. It had most everything we needed, however, surprisingly, we couldn't find a hair dryer. I will make a point to pack one next time. The beach chairs are in bad shape and do need replacing. The one disappointment was the location of the condo. The second floor doesn't offer nearly as nice a view as the fourth floor, which is where I've always stayed before. Also, building 11 is right next to The Mansions, and so we got some street and building worker noise. Next time I will stay on the 3rd or 4th floor toward the middle of this complex. This is no fault to the owner or Resort Rentals, just a personal preference of mine.

  The condo was in a great location and was very well stocked with linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, beach umbrellas, chairs and toys. My only negatives are that there was a large spot of paint coming off the wall in the 2nd bedroom, the rug in the living room could be cleaned or replaced, and the hot tub being off limits to anyone under 17 years of age. The beach, boardwalk, and the property was beautiful. We will be back and will most likely request the same condo.

We have no problem revisiting a place to make things right. As for the hot tub rule, unfortunately that one is out of our control. There is a great deal of documented controversy as to the safety of children in hot tubs and Lands End has opted to err on the side of caution. It is great that you are planning to return!   Our rental experience at Land's End in Treasure Island was a perfect destination for family time with our daughter, son-in-law, and our 3 year old grandson. The heated pool was ideal since the weather was cooler than normal during our stay. Our only problem was connecting to the WiFi in the unit. Even using the code provided we could not get a connection. But in the end it was a vacation from technology which really wasn't that big of a deal. We hope to return for another family vacation. Our grandson loved looking for the dolphins!

  The view from our balcony was a seascape painting and the sunsets were fantastic. Great walks along the beach to view turtle nests and birds, plus the added boardwalk, as a choice. I love to swim, morning swims in the pool were great for undisturbed laps-length was a real work-out, and with also, for shorter laps. We liked the private location inside of this Land End's complex. We are sharing this place with family and friends.

  The resort and condo were terrific, however, we rented a non-smoking condo but we could not open our patio door or sit on our balcony because of the other balcony on the left side and upstairs (smoking cigars) on their balcony. We are presently in a condo (Ocean One)in Myrtle Beach and there is no smoking aloud in the condos or BALCONIES. For the pool, love it but not enough chairs in the month of March & people leaving towels on the chairs and not there for a long period of time. So, we went to the beach, great location, very quiet and the beach is clean and the view is fantastic. Yes, we would love to go back. Thank you.

  Our stay was wonderful. My husband did fix the lock on the door (knob) as the key would not go in it and he also fixed the sliding door to the balcony as it was so hard to open. I was somewhat surprised that there was no hair dryer at this location. But!! it didn't matter as I really didn't need one anyway. Wonderful weather, beautiful location, wonderful beach. Our place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We would most definitely stay here again!
