Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lands End again this year. This year we took all three grandchildren to show them the country USA and especially Lands End, where we have been spending our holidays for many years.
  so it was a special experience this year and we enjoyed every single day. Unfortunately, the prices (also for the apartment) are now very high and for five people, flight, rental car and apartment add up to a hefty sum.
  Nevertheless we will try to come back next year.

  We have stayed at Landsend Condos prior to this but on the inlet side. We loved the gulf view of this unit and enjoying coffee in the morning and wine at night watching the sunset. The unit was clean but needed some updating on kitchen items especially a coffee pot. A 4 cup coffee maker is inconvenient for 4 adults. We had our own chairs and umbrella for the beach but the unit did have some chairs and beach items in the closet. Overall we were very pleased with the unit and the area. Would recommend this unit to others and definitely will be back for a future visit.

  We had a very enjoyable stay at Lands End, Treasure Is. The weather was perfect! However, the accommodations were not as expected. We found mold in the masterbath shower, shower drained very slow, and a hole in the wall near the toliet. I replaced six lightbulbs in kitchen and living area. Floors were dirty and sandy. Living area crown molding was dropping paint chips. Furniture was in disrepair and dirty. We have stayed at Lands End several times in the past and were always impressed with the high quality of accommodations. This time was a disappointment. The property appeared to not been taken care of for quite a while. Definitely needs some TLC. On the positive side: Trips to Gulf Port were amazing and couldn't go wrong eating at the Boulevard, and Conchs!

  Everything was just great. We've stayed at Lands End in the past but it had been awhile since our last visit. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained.The pool is clean and there are plenty of chairs, tables with umbrellas, and chaise lounges. The beach is semi-private due to the fact you are at "Lands End" so there isn't a crowd issue like you have at the public beaches. The condo was clean, the bed comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances you need, and the ocean-front view is fantastic! When it comes to dining out you are minutes away from excellent casual dining, ie; Sea Hags, PJ's, Sea Dogs, Crabby Bills, to name a few. For my vacation getaway, Lands End is the best! I highly recommend it!

  Great, quiet, secure community with easy walk to beach and beautiful pool. Unit has tile floors throughout and non-fabric couches, so easy to keep sand contained. Nice view of beach from living room and master bedroom. Kitchen appliances worked well, despite dishwasher not being secured to countertop. Owner did supply dishsoap, but no sponge and no other kitchen cleaning products. And no salt or sugar, which was disappointing. Thankful to have a washer/dryer combo and laundry detergent was supplied. Master shower is updated and roomy. Mattresses need replacing- you sink in too much and hard to turn around. Unit did have a beach umbrella and beach chairs- which we didn't need to use, but nice to have for travellers. No sand toys, though, if you have younger kids. Overall, though, very nice unit in a great community.

  The location is spectacular. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were spacious and clean, but they didn't have nearly enough towels. The sheets were very cheap and slid off the mattress every night - this was a bit uncomfortable but not unbearable. The blankets were pretty filthy and had a few stains on them so we used our own. The washing machine was pretty old and didn't wash laundry very well (i.e. even small stains remained on shirts, etc.). TV was challenging to use, and I'm a tech savvy millennial - it should come with a lengthier guide, the TV was set to be very very dim lit and there wasn't a way to turn the brightness up. If you spend most of your time on the beach like we did, it's a great place to stay, but bring your own sheets.

  If you have chance to stay at lands end I would recommend this unit. We have stay at this resort at least 5 times and the accommodations are perfect. Great view of the beach, full size kitchen with laundry facilities inside the unit. Very quiet. You can walk the boardwalk surrounding the property, play shuffle board, table tennis, large pool and a secluded hot tub.

  If you are looking for a resort with lots of amenities, Lands End is the perfect spot. A beautiful setting. Only regret is we did not like our condo, #305 in Bld. 7. Master bath in terrible need of refurbishing, and carpets in both bedrooms need to be replaced. As far as the management company, Resort Rentals gets an A+ rating. They were very attentive to all of our needs, like replacing broken coffee maker, replacing light bulbs, repairing sliding glass door, and other minor issues. Internet service was so slow in this unit that we finally subscribed to brighthouse service on a vacation plan which worked out well for our family. Kitchen and main bathroom was refurbished which was the only plus for us. All in All a great time at the resort, but a lot of time spent on the phone with issues in the condo.
  The premium units were sold out for our dates, and they probably would have been a lot nicer.

  General impression of apartment is that it is rundown,

  There was a very dirty and rusty kettle you could not use so we bought a cheap electric kettle and left it with resort rentals for any tea lovers to borrow.
  Very poor wifi signal measured in Kb's we contacted Resort rentals as it stated the apartment had wifi they quickly arranged for an engineer to come out who fixed the problem, but a note of caution if you need wifi, the engineer told us that this apartment is on the cheapest internet package which is capped at 1 Mb that means no streaming of films, music etc believe me we tried, so if wifi is important choose another apartment

  Land's End is a very nice property. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well maintained. Our condo was located on the beach front and had wonderful views. The new kitchen in the condo was beautiful and well equipped - however coffee maker didn't look too good so we bought a new 6 cup one and left it there for future guests. Also, the carpet in both the master bedroom and guest bedroom needs to be replaced, very worn/and torn. Master bedroom comforter not clean either, but we just took it off the bed and stored it in the closet. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable but could use better fitting sheets. We will most likely stay here again, we had a wonderful, restful and relaxing week. The staff at both Resort Rentals and Land's End were very nice to work with.

  we love st pete's beach and we love Land's end. Resort Rentals is the easiest way to book for that area. easy check in and out. condo is always ready. just a few minutes from the rays games. we always feel dafe there too.The only problem we had all week was the wifi. you should not expect to be able to have free range online. it is awful. one device at a time if you are lucky but that is not why you go to the beach so we dealt with it

  The pool, beach and landscaping all combine to make Lands End a wonderful place to stay, and is the main reason we stay here. The apartment itself has recently undergone a new kitchen renovation which is a great addition. The bed is huge and quite comfortable. In terms of the rest of the apartment it still requires some updating, especially in the dressing area (where there was some mould around the sink) and second bathroom. The owners also need to replace the linens and pillows.

  this was the second yr we have stayed at lands end and the only place we will stay in the area. it is so nice to have room so we can spead out. hotel rooms cost almost as much so why not have time to enjoy your visit. if you do like we do and purchase groceries to eat breakfast and lunch in the condo it comes out cheaper than a hotel. love lands end

  Overall, unit we stayed in was very nice and the view & location are spectacular! The second bathroom had been renovated and had a great walk-in shower. Deck furniture needed to be cleaned and some of the vertical blind slats were broken. The property is beautiful with great outdoor swimming pool. We would definitely come back here.

  The elevator was a little scary i.e...door didn't open all the way, the elevator jumped upon stopping at our floor.

  Land's End is an excellent resort. Our rental condo was clean, well furnished, and well equipped. The only things that could be improved would be stocking it with some proper beach towels and increasing the internet speed, which is virtually dial-up. It's very impractical to use the internet in the condo to do almost anything besides sending email.

  Love the complex, 2nd time at complex, first time at this unit. Very nice except for kichen hardware, notably the range is a smooth top and most of the pans, skillets had somewhat warped, rounded bottoms. No can opener. Only one serving bowl, no tablespoons. With the great view and location of the condo, we love staying in and cooking. Not impossible, but not best. Other than needing another dining chair on deck, all was great. Wonderful MBR mattress and 2nd BA nicely updated.

  the unit was lovely - a few things
  - The kitchen cabinet door under the sink needs to be fastened or adjusted - it doesn't close
  - if they are ever replacing the king bed they might consider a firmer mattress for those of us with bad backs
  - the cleaning crew obviously do not use windex or bleach - all the glass is streaked as in wipe with wet cloth and the kitchen sink has never see bleach, it should.

  Fantastic location and beautiful gulf front view. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the gulf view deck. There is a 6/10 mile board walk that goes around the perimeter of the property that many people enjoyed walking each day. My kids loved the large heated pool and my husband enjoyed the adults only hot tub. My only negative was the unit needs some updating,especially the kitchen and the master bathroom. The kitchen is probably from 1970-80's era. We all used the hall bath that had been updated because the master bath was old and dingy. Other than that, I would still stay here because the view and location are fantastic.

  The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I loved the furniture and the pool,grounds,staff everything was wonderful. I loved it so much there that I almost hate to even comment about the roaches, but my husband went to take trash out and 3 roaches fell on his head. Trash chute loaded with them and we found a dead one by the sliding glass door upon arrival. We LOVED this condo resort and the unit we stayed in. Rental company said they had just sprayed for the pests, and husband did say that he could smell the treatments by the trash chute, but at night time the grounds were crawling with roaches. Everything else was perfect except for this nuisance.

    Thank you so much for the rave review! I am sorry you had to experience the palmetto bugs while you were here. Unfortunately wherever you go in Florida you will find them. They love the moist climate so it’s the price we have to pay to live in the subtropics. I have passed on your comments to the condo management association for their review. They do have all of the condominiums sprayed monthly as well as the grounds. However sometimes there is an influx if it rains a lot or a storm is brewing in the Gulf. Fortunately we can always call the pest control company back out if for some reason they get out of hand. Thanks again for all the great comments and for your honesty with this situation. It is constant feedback from our guests that allows us to continue to improve both our product and our services for the future.
