It doesn’t get much better than this spectacular, newly updated, north corner, Gulf-front condo. Recent updates include New paint throughout, two brand new couches, all new bed linens, new mattresses in both bedrooms, all new beach-themed decor, recessed lighting, and a home office in the master bedroom. Additional updates include a 65” smart TV in the living room, and a 43” smart TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops as well as stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms were also recently updated. You will enjoy the spectacular view of the beach and the Gulf from the breakfast bar, the living room and the balcony. The large balcony provides amazing views of the incredible sunsets over the Gulf. The condo also features ceramic tile throughout.. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property.

The Trillium is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. This 15-unit condo complex is a smaller building with direct beach access and a beach-front heated pool. Every condo has a large balcony overlooking the white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico … perfect for beach lovers! John’s Pass Village is approximately 1 mile to the South and is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for the entire family. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney theme parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance and Dunkin Donuts, Winn-Dixie grocery store, miniature golf and more very close by.   Great location on the beach overlooking the Gulf. Enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Saw dolphins twice out swimming in the afternoon from the balcony.   We really enjoyed the condo and the view. I did not enjoy having to go out of my way to stop at a different location for the keys to the rental after traveling all day. They had a lot of useful items in the kitchen and bedrooms. The laundry was very nice. The blender was missing the bowl part so I called and they dropped off a brand new one within a couple of hours. The location is beautiful and close to bars, restaurants. Wish they didn't have construction all week next door. We couldn't sit out on the deck until after dark when they left.

  We loved this place. Great location. Comfy and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Comfy beds. Nothing but love for all of it EXCEPT parking. If you plan to take 2 or more cars you’re not going to be pleased with that. And they stayed has a sleeper sofa but it does not.

  The tile throughout the unit needs a deep professional clean (especially the grout). The dresser in the 2nd bedroom was beat up. The 2 fans were nice to have but needed cleaned. The couches were worn out & both need replaced. The cushions were beneath the front supports so you sat VERY low. The kitchen was in need of more utensils, bowls, and such. There were 4 of us and we had to run the dishwasher every night just to have spoons and bowls each morning for breakfast (also too many plastic cups). The main bedroom matress needs replaced. It was not comfortable & it "dipped" on 1 side of the bed. Was nice to have beach umbrella & chairs but would like to see the storage closet organized & add another beach umbrella.

  Everything was great about this condo- the location, amenities, etc. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. Countertops were sticky& rings from previous glasses remained on the countertops. Pans were dirty in the oven as well. The pullout couch was filled with popcorn & coloring book pages. After a good clean (what I could do with a vacuum and wet rag, everything was perfect. I suggest speaking with the cleaning company to ensure a proper deep clean between guests. Other than that- we loved every minute. We would recommend to family & friends.

  We spent a week in this vacation condo and found the unit almost exactly as described. The unit it self was very spacious and the view of the beach and the gulf were absolutely perfect. We did find that the faux plants and lamp shades were very dusty as well as behind the bed and side tables. It was nothing that ruined our stay, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way. We would also suggest supplying more comfortable beach chairs. The 3 that were provided were not your normal low sitting, lounging beach chairs. They were very uncomfortable and 1 of them was broken. This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and we really enjoyed it. Very laid back and easy to navigate. I do recommend this unit and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

  This property is in a good location on the beach with a beautiful view. We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the area restaurants and the beautiful beach. The unit has a large den area with two sofas and two big chairs. There have been some nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. This is an older property and for the price you are paying you might expect it to be like a new condo. The high price is due to the location and property and unit are in good shape. I am just trying to give anyone considering this property an honest idea of what they will be getting.We enjoyed it and are returning next year, so that tells you we liked it.

  It was good. It would be nice if the owner of the condo did a little more upgrading. The guest bath was nasty looking just because it looked old. The sinks were updated but the shower was not. The shower head is a simple replacement. Also, I would never have a cloth sofa.

  Stayed for nine nights and would recommend for it's size, plentiful seating, comfortable beds, panoramic view, excellent balcony and new washer/drier facilities. We saw dolphins most days and swam as the sun set.
  The a/c broke down once and was quickly fixed and non-residents used our allotted parking space, resulting in us having to use someone else's, which then gave them a problem.
  The main downfall was the worn out living room curtains, a sofa that had seen better days, and the lack of rugs. All outweighed by the aforementioned good stuff.

  Nice location. Quiet beach. I don’t understand why condos don’t provide more toilet paper, paper towels etc. I think it’s cheap and I pay a premium to stay there. It would cost the owners an extra $10 at the most to provide this. Who cares if the guests take it with them? You charge a premium and you cheap out on basics. Hotels provide it. Why don’t condo owners? Such a bad practice if you ask me. Why not be the trend setter in the industry of cheaping out on basic nesessities? Also, cleaning supplies. Don’t you want to encourage cleanliness?

  It was a great vacation. Location is excellent but unit could use a deep clean and a few updates, master bath especially, moldy tiles. Ocean front was nice and were able to watch the dolphins swim up shore line every morning. Installing a keyless pad entry for guest would be great since keys issues has room number if someone wanted to swipe a bag off the beach they would know exactly where to go and you would not be able to access u it to call for assistance. Also, carpet in elevators and halls with sand and water is just asking for mold and fungus growth...gross.
  I did ha e some real concerns about the structural integrity of building floors are very uneven!!! You almost felt drunk walking.

  Great week away. Beautiful views from the balcony. Condo was perfect layout. The condo building had cockroach problem but exterminator came and sprayed right away. Despite that normal Florida problem, we would return. Couches were a little rough for wear but still comfortable. Plenty of seating and eating room. Nicely updated kitchen. Lobby door and condo door require different keys. Should probably be updated to be keyless/keypad entries.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Madeira in Trillium Condos. We had additional family that went and actually occupied 3 condos all on the same floor, which was really nice to basically have a floor to our own and very convenient. The description and pictures were accurate and the condo was clean. It was nice having the ocean front private balcony & just being steps from the beach. Our only issue was getting in with the keys from outside to the elevator lobby. We would suggest changing it out with a code (keyless entry) or maybe it just needed new locks in the doors, because the keys were hard to get to work in the lock.

This was the first stay in 1C, and we found the condo to be very comfortable and well supplied. Two small problems : the patio door was almost impossible to open, and the outlets in the master bedroom did not work well. Only one lamp worked and the clock did not. Other than that, the stay was relaxing. Hope to return.

  This is our second trip to Madeira Beach. This time we were a little farther down and closer to John's Pass. The beach is awesome and the weather cooperated with sun and heat every day. The breeze was just enough and the water warm. The condo was nicely appointed and large with plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable and there was everything you needed. The views are awesome and sunsets every night from the balcony. There is a building going up one condo over but was not overly noisy. The pool was very warm and not crowded at all. We were pleased with the condo overall. A few issues with the keys to the back door of the building not working as well as one set for the condo taking several attempts to work so we took both sets with us at all times just in case. Overall, everything was fine. Would come back again.

  Lovely condo. The balcony view and furniture on it alone made the rental worth the price of admission.   This unit was recommended to us by the owner, who is a business associate of my husband. The unit is well furnished with everything you would expect in a home. The kitchen is terrific - well-equipped with a sensational view, through the livingroom, to the large balcony and beyond to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The large master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed, with a small but sufficient ensuite bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, lots of closet space, with a bathroom (with an enclosed bathtub/shower) across the hall. There is also a laundry closet with older but well maintained washer and dryer. Parking, on the ground floor and open, is a bit awkward - be careful backing up.
  
  We would highly recommend this condo and its location. Be sure to visit Lisa's Cafe (down the road a bit) - best food we have had in a long time!

  Our vacation in Medeira Beach was wonderful. The condo was great. The ocean front was so relaxing, enjoyable everyday. The weather could not have been better for this late in the season. The only thing we would recommend is to have the sliding glass door in the living room repaired (gunk in the tract, door was very hard to open and close and the MB toliet ran continuely, had to jiggle handle often.
