You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45-minute drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   Opened front door and the smell of dog or dirty feet hit us in the face. I rolled up the rug in the living room and moved it on the porch. Sometimes the breeze would blow the smell into the master bedroom. Wife wiped off dust on lampstand. Furniture is old and warn. Paint coming off bathroom door. Spa is needing updating. Tile was old & dirty. Concrete was very rough.

  Resort Rentals is a great group to deal with. The Condo was very nice but needs some maintenance and attention. For example main bedroom needs a new mattress, plugs need to be changed because they won’t hold a plug, not enough kitchen items, I had to fix the closet door, etc.

  The first day of the trip I called with a question and the lady who answered was unhelpful and wanted to argue with me. Same thing happened after we got to the unit. They don't want to be bothered by you after they have your money.
  As for the unit. The beds have old and worn out mattresses, the couch and love seats are old and worn out. The unit could use a remodel. We stayed in 303 in August. I highly recommend that one over 202.

  Condo needs a total makeover. Master bed is so broke down I literally had to sleep in middle so I didn’t roll out. Master bedroom closet door was not attached and fell on me.   We loved the Madeira Beach area! The condo was clean but needs updating. The ceiling in the living/dining room is noticeably dirty. The countertop in the kitchen is seriously lifting up. A little more beachy color and decor would brighten up this condo.

  The pictures of the condo and views were spot on! We would definitely recommend Arie Dam 202. The unit was large, comfortable and had everything needed. Our daughter had her own bedroom and bathroom. There were many beach chairs and toys available. We didn’t need them but they were there. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The restaurants right across the street were great. The Reef had daily specials and my husband loved the Grouper at Dockside Dave’s. Walk 1/2 mile up the street and enjoy Sweet Brewnette too!

  We had a great time staying here. The unit is right on the beach. Great view. The unit was very clean. It is a little old, but it was still great. I would stay here again. We enjoyed the pool and the beach is very close. Grocery store is not too far away. There are charcoal grills there for you to use which I liked. Dockside Dave's is a good restaurant that is just across the street if you do not want to drive to go out to eat. I do recommend a drive up the road to Keegan's to eat. Check in and check out was good. They made it easy with the Covid going on.

  Our condo was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Everything was as pictured on the website. The sofas and the mattress in the master bedroom should be probably be replaced soon, but that didn't affect our enjoyment of this condo. The beach was very nice with soft sand and no rocks. The condo complex had a very nice pool and hot tub that we used a few times during our stay. This area was nice and quiet but very close to John's Pass and the restaurants of Treasure Island and St. Pete's Beach. We have discussed returning to this very unit in the future.

  Condo complex was located with ample parking right by the entrance. The pool was well situated as it caught the sun all day whilst also having a shaded section should you have wanted to avoid the sun. There was communal loungers and chairs that could be taken on the beach that avoided having o pay which was a bonus. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we could have needed. There were ample towels, a well stocked kitchen and beach equipment including cooler and umbrella that was greatly appreciated. Tv had good channel package. It was lovely to be able to hear the waves break from the bedroom and the enclosed balcony means no bugs at night.

  This property is perfectly situated right on the beach, a beautiful view from the living and porch. The condo was a nice size and the furniture worked perfectly. Even the mattresses were good. However, the televisions in this condo are a joke. The ones in the bedrooms shouldn't be counted as televisions. The one in the living room was very small. It may not seem that this is important until it rains almost every day or until someone in your family gets sunburned and needs to stay in for a day or so. Secondly, the parking place for this condo is not covered and when it rains the place has a big big puddle. Except for the people above us who argued until 1:00 am two nights, this place was quiet and full of other families with children.

  Very nice condo on the beach and very clean w/ a great view of the beach! The only drawback is the hotel next door is old with peeling paint and holes in the ceiling walkway. Probably need a higher fence between the two or bigger shrubs. Other than that, is a great condo!

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Ariedam Resort. Our room showed pride in ownership, which was very nice. The location was very convenient and close to amenities. The fact that you're right on the beach, goes without say. The only concern was the temperature in the unit. Our friends unit, in the same building was much cooler than ours, even though the A/C's temperatures were set the same...one thing we wished we would have had checked out buy the management company. Other than that, our stay was very pleasent.
