Nicely updated 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the South corner of the building with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony! Fully equipped and updated kitchen with new counter tops, awesome backslash and updated stainless steel appliances, both bathrooms have been redone, newer furnishings and flat screen TV’s added….you will not be disappointed here! Located on North Redington beach and very convenient to all that you need. Coin operated laundry conveniently located on floors 2, 4 and 6. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of 2 designated outside smoking areas.

The Emerald Isle is a direct beachfront building on North Redington Beach. This building has 2 or 3 bedroom option condos, all which will have direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from their own private balcony. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 4 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! North Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing and everything else you need right nearby makes the Emerald Isle a great vacation choice!

  The view was wonderful - which is why we were there!. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated so they were nice. The other furniture really needs updating. The bed has a huge wooden frame that you walk into daily and the living and kitchen table are just old and don't match well. The carpet is old and was not very clean - not even vacuumed well. We did have to call and they came out right away and were very friendly. I would give It an overall rating of 3.5.

  Staff at resort rentals were very accommodating after having to change our plans several times due to the pandemic and we appreciate that so much. The unit was in a great location but is in need of some deep cleaning!! Some mould noted around bathroom showers and the unit did have a funny smell. Could also do with a fresh coat of paint, especially to baseboards. Kitchen seems to have been updated in recent years.

  Absolutely loved the location and view. Condo could use some updating but was very comfortable. Problem with sliding door and screen. Maintenance came right away and did what they could but said doors were going to be replaced. Will be back next year.

  We had such a wonderful trip and the room was perfect. The location is right on the beach, which is great especially for traveling with a toddler. Everything was clean and organized. The room had beach toys, chairs and even a small cooler that we could use. This helped us tremendously since we flew and couldn’t pack all of these items.
  
  My only complaint is that using keys to get into the pool area wasn’t very convenient. A keypad would have worked much better! Also, our shower in the master bedroom wouldn’t get hot. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

  Great location. Property as pictured. The sliding door is an issue as it is heavy and does not close properly without a lot of effort. The keys did not work for the front door but did work for the stairs door to the right of front entrance and to the back entrance. Keys are needed for beach access through the pool and to enter/exit the pool. Had to wash all silverware and dishes when we arrived as the drawers were dirty. Need quarters to do laundry on 2nd floor. Noise ordinance after 10 pm so cannot do laundry then or someone takes your clothes out. All in all a great stay though. I’d recommend. The management was very responsive to any concerns we had.

  Emerald Isle 101 was a cozy and well appointed condo. The view is spectacular! The other guests were very sweet and overall a quiet community. We loved walking across the street to Dunkin Donuts and Burrito Social was really a great find. The beds were new and very comfortable. We all slept very well. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, so be prepared to walk up to floor 2, to use the coin operated washer and dryer. It was kind of an inconvenience having to go and get quarters, but other than that, it wasn’t bad. $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. The shower bar in the guest bath is very rusted and needs to be replaced. My daughter thought maybe she got a rust speck in her eye, but she was fine. The furniture in the living room was in great shape and very comfortable. An area rug would be a great addition. The biggest drawback to this property is having to use a key for absolutely get in the building, to get in your condo, to get in the pool area, pool bathroom, and also to go from the pool to the beach. Kind of a hassle when you’re carrying beach chairs and other stuff, and you have to drop everything to get the keys out. The condo did provide two great beach chairs and some sand toys, which was a huge plus! We would definitely come back!

  The condo was lovely and nicely appointed, very clean and the location can't be beat. It was right on the beach! However the beds were uncomfortable for adults and really need replaced. Our only other issue was the sliding door kept falling off the ongoing problem apparently. A safety bar is really needed in the hall bath. It was dangerously slippy! As others have said, having to use a key for EVERY entrance to the pool, beach, elevator & condo was beyond cumbersome and antiquated. EVERYbody left the pool and beach gates open-it was too difficult to deal with plus 2 keys was not enough when you have kids going in and out all the time. Fortunately we didn't have outsiders trying to use the pool. WE would definitely choose this condo again if the beds were newer.

  Nice condo, décor was nicely done. Building and pool area required a key to open doors or gates, could not do one handed so balancing act when you had your hands full.
  
  Pool was very cold, site showed the heated pool, but don't think the heater was every turned on. Luckily the gulf water was nice, not too cold. Note to self next time confirm that if pool is heated does building actual use the heater or do they stop as of a certain date etc

  we were overall happy with the condo, the location was outstanding and the amenities with wonderful also. The only issue were, the windows, patio slider were old and most of the windows would not open and did not have screens. Patio slider was off its runner, was difficult to open and close, it was very hard to open one of the few windows that could be open. It would of been nice to get fresh air front the oceanfront windows. Also the mattresses needed to be replaced in both rooms, all of them slope in the middle. Overall our experience was great and have a wonderful vacation.

  We always enjoy coming here . The condos are always very clean, quiet. Love walking the beach but you have to watch out for the jellyfish. Missed seeing the dolphin swim along the shore this year. It’s a very safe neighborhood. It’s sometimes a nuisance that you have to use a key to get

  This was our second stay at Emerald Isle and was great again! We had booked to be in Florida but hurricane Irma hit and we were accommodated by the team at Resort Rentals for the following week. The entire team (Rudy, Janet & Dawn) kept me in touch with the status of our reservation and we're extremely helpful and patient to accommodate our date change as we needed to rebook flights as well. They were even able to get us an extra night at a reasonable rate as we arrived a day earlier than our original booking. The condo we booked was nicely furnished and clean. It included a "welcome bucket" of dishwasher tablets. In future they may want to include dish washing liquid for items that can be hand washed. The bucket also included garbage bags, 1 packette of coffee, postcard. All towels were supplied-it would be nice if there was an opportunity to get fresh towels mid week. The property is well maintained as we saw a gentleman every morning checking/cleaning the pool and surrounding patio and chairs. Our room had beach chairs and an assortment of beach toys (great if you have kids) and umbrella! Overall I would highly recommend staying at Emerald Isle. We will return!!

  This was a nice 2 bedroom condo. Not fancy, but nice and clean. Right on the beach with awesome views. The pool was okay, but small and dated. The only annoyance was that you needed your key to even get to the beach as you had to go through the pool area, which required a key to get in or out.

  Property was as described. Great location although you do need a car. Be advised if you plan to cook, you need to bring your own spices etc. Only problem encountered were no plastic cups or glasses for kids. Carpeting in master leading from the bed to the bath had a large trail of spots. When I arrived I took pics so as not to get blamed for the spots. I would recommend Emerald Isle and #101 to family and friends.

All of our condos are individually owned so the inventory and supplies in each will vary, but we are sorry if the needed cooking spices and plastic cups that you prefer were not there for you. We do keep some supplies here in our office as well so please feel free to give us a call to see if we have what you may need and we are happy to get it your way.   First time in this part of Florida and we had a fantastic time. Condo was very nicely renovated, clean and quiet complex right on the beach with showers for rinsing the sand and a great pool. Only thing I would change is that their is no linen service and no washer dryer inside the condo. Although, there is pay laundry machines on every other floor. We were only given enough towels and wash cloths for basically 6 showers, and with 4 people, we ran out fast and had to launder more often than we would have preferred while on vacation--especially for towels and washcloths.

The Emerald Isle property is one of the few locations in our inventory that does not have private, in room washer and dryer and we are sorry this set up was not the best fit for you.   All in all it was a good experience. It appears owner was in process of renovating who condo. The kitchen and living room was new. The bathrooms had not bee done but were clean. Nice beach, nice pool. Very quiet. Can't really walk to a lot of things but the local bus was very handy.

  My parents & I were in town for a special family celebration & staying in a beautiful condo on the beach was exactly what we needed. The location of Emerald Isle is fantastic for dining, shopping, entertainment or a nice stroll on the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo which was very comfortable & spacious, I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves...

  Wonderful-the only issue we had was the refrigerator was not working properly. When we called they sent someone immediately to fix it. The balcony sliding door was really difficult to open and would not slide. We reported that when we returned the keys. What a beautiful location - loved our holiday. Nice building and very clean.   This was our third year renting at Emerald Isle through Resort Rentals. The location is very desirable with excellent access to a better than average beach and a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. We are very satisfied in our dealing with Resort Rentals. They were very responsive in resolving several issues we encountered with the particular condo we rented this year. On the negative side, we were not satisfied with the conditions we encountered with unit #101. Some of the unsatisfactory items with the unit include inadequate kitchen equipment, a sliding door that was very difficult to open and close, and worn out balcony furniture. A extensive list of kitchen equipment was posted with a date in 1989 and did not come close to describing what was actually provided for cooking utensils. We feel that the owner of the unit should be obligated to update and maintain the unit better to justify the price they are charging for renting their condo.

  Small but comfortable condo that accommodates 4 or less..twin beds not the greatest but they never are! Nice pool with great beach views. Most condos in this area are older but this one was well maintained. Don't miss the Frog Pond for breakfast/lunch and the Conch Grille for lunch/dinner and drinks, both within a 10 minute walk.

  All our family had a great time on the beach and in the pool except for a few problems with our unit, like always things do get over looked when the unit gets rented out time after time. I did call the rental company, and they were very nice to take care of the problems. I do want to bring to your attention, If you come with a few couples with children and you would like to grill out...look for some place else to stay, also the pool sign says only 9 people at a time allowed to be into the pool, there is a total of 24 units. The unit itself was ok, but needed to be updated. I did see some of the other units in the building and they were furnished nicely. I like the Idea of the security locks, but half the time the keys would not work on the gates , and with children, that was a pain to deal with. All in all, the vacation was perfect and memorable. Would I do it again? Absolutely.

  Emerald Isle is in a great location and overall was quite with everything. Their are two points I would like to bring to your attention, the shower was not quite up to standards with respect to the shower head and not much water pressure.
  The other comment I would like to make is your proceedure for checking out. We had to drive several kilometers back to your main office to turn in the Key. Not sure why this is necessary because it is an inconvenience to the guest.

  Our stay was amazing, the rental company, the resident rep and the other guests where great. There where a few minor problems in the condo but they where fixed within hours of calling .   I came to Florida just to escape Los Angeles's crazy lifestyle. I stayed at the Emerald Isle for 1 week and so did not want to leave. The view was absolutely amazing being right on the beach. The sunsets were mind blowing. This location was very peaceful and friendly area.
