Entire condo completely renovated with new appliances and granite counters throughout. Recent upgrades include a new King size Bed with pillow top, 2 twin mattresses/box springs, sofa sleeper, 55" HD Smart TV and 2 32" HD TV's. Modern decor and a fully equipped kitchen allow you to relax and enjoy your time away from home. This condo provides you with views of the Intracoastal Waterways where you are bound to see dolphins passing by and boaters heading out to the Gulf. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   We just returned from a great week at Land’s End, building one, 208. The unit was great and well equipped, two nice bathrooms and two great bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week on vacation. The views from the back deck of the bay are fantastic! The beach is a very short walk through the communal property and the pool is absolutely fantastic!
  
  There was not any beach equipment in the closet so we left a couple of umbrellas and some beach toys. I feel like with the wind and the wear on these items they just don’t last very long.
  
  Upon initial arrival the rental company had given us the wrong key code to the door. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get the right code to get into the unit. This was the only downfall.
  
  The beach is absolutely fantastic, there is no lifeguard and there is not any chair rentals at the beach at this location. There is a dog park located within sight of this unit as well as a place for your dog to enjoy the water and a small beach. I thought this was fantastic even though we did not take our dog.
  
  This is a great unit and we traveled with three adults and two children under the age of seven.

  We enjoyed staying in the condo for the most part, however there were a few hiccups...there were no kitchen towels or wash rags, no pillow cases for the extra pillows, the master bath sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. So those issues had to be addressed right away. When we called or emailed the issues were taken care promptly but just having to deal with all that to begin a vaca was frustrating...had to make 3 separate notifications when each item was discovered. The condo could use a deep cleaning though, kitchen cabinets were sticky and other areas were not as clean as they should be given a pandemic. The beds were very comfortable. The resort itself was fab! Very well taken care of and beautiful. The surrounding area was awesome and we loved the local eateries. I would recommend this unit and resort overall.

  The location was amazing. You can walk down stairs right into the Bay! The beach is steps away! The unit was updated, clean, and comfortable. There was even a closet full of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a cooler!   This rental was great! The check-in/out process was simple and well explained. The condo had just about everything you would need (except a hair dryer). Having 2 balconies was wonderful, especially if you have multiple people. The building is directly across from the pool and next to the volleyball court which has seating as well. There is a path to the beach nearby as well. My only suggestion would be better pillows. A king size bed really should have king size pillows. This just had 2 very small pillows but luckily we were able to use the pillows from the 2nd bedroom.

  Resort Realty did a great job on their end. Maybe they should tell the managers of Lands End to enforce the rules rather then having hope, that they will.(reserving lounges chair at pool, opens at 8:00 am 1/3 of chairs have towels on them but no people????

  The condo was very nice and perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach was awesome, and watching the doggies on the dog beach off of our deck was an added bonus. We saw manatee and dolphins, what a cool experience. One complaint is with the pool area. We have two children, ages 12 and 9, who love playing in the pool, however, we could not play with a ball in the pool which is weird and our kids were not welcome even "near" the hot tub, which was also really weird. And even if there was no one in the pool area or only a few others, somehow the security guard would find his way to the pool to ensure those "rules" were followed (basically there was someone watching the pool area, tattling on kids. I find that quite disturbing. Because of this, we will not rent here again, and will discourage anyone with a family to rent at Lands End.

    We are so sorry to hear about your feelings on this!! It is true that Land's End does have pool policies that are in place and a minimum age for the hot tub (17), but we are so sorry if this led to any discomfort or problems for you and your kiddos. They keep the pool monitored for everyone's use but if it was too much, please accept our apologies. We have quite a large inventory of condos outside of Land's End spanning from St Pete Beach and going north to the Redington Shores area. If Land's End was not a good match for you, I am sure some of our other locations could be!!! :-) Thank you so much for this feedback and for letting us know your feelings, we truly value this and hope that we will have another opportunity to host a FL vacation at a different property on our awesome beaches!!!! :-)

  Well appointed two bedroom. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, newish carpet. Clean and well kept. Our only concern with the condo was the state of the main bathroom walk in shower. The lower grout and floor needed a good cleaning and scrubbing as mildew was starting to form in grout and around soap holder. We advised staff at time of check out and believe this was remedied for next guests. Thank you

  For the most part this vacation rental was great. The location was wonderful, fabulous few, and the room itself was very nice. The only complaint was the fact that for the second year in a row the air unit for this building was not working properly. The temperature in the room stayed at about 77-78 degrees even with the thermostat set at 72. The room was clean except for dust build up on the bedroom furniture (dresser) but I really like the room itself.

  I love this condo. We have been coming to Lands End now for five years and we stay in this condo each time. This condo is always decorated nicely. This year there are new beds in the second bedroom, which my daughter said were very comfortable. There are new sofas in the living room, with a pull out bed. There is also a new big tv in the living room. Lands End is always beautiful and clean. It's just far enough away from everything that you have quiet when you want it and close enough to everything that you can go out and have a good time. I can not wait until we come back next year. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

  • We stayed at this condo this past memorial week (2013). This is a great unit at Lands End Condomium, it was completed updated and beautifully decorated. The Lands End resort was fantastic. The representatives at Resort Rentals were great. The property at Lands End is very well maintained, gated and with good security with kindly staff. The location was a plus also. We were minutes away from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping stores, and marinas that offered boat, sealing and/or Jet Ski rentals along with guided tours. This condo is completely renovated with very nice furniture, full kitchen equipped (feel jus like we were at home), but I think it needs perhaps a new living room sofas (both) seems old or to be cleaned (it is not big discomfort at all). The room had beautiful linens and plenty of towels, too. One thing that we really appreciated was the small things--paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, etc. it helps us the first 2 days of staying. Laundry and washer great condition and very helpful!. The building No1 is right across from the pool-noise was not an issue at all! Elevator and stairs are available. We really enjoyed the boardwalk around the resort, we walked around the resort every evening; it is ideal for go to fishing, see from the sea shore the dolphins and do some exercises. Our kids enjoy the Volleyball court near building #1, we share with some friend the grill patio, (a delicious BBQ), they loved the place as well. Another thing that we liked was that we were able to see the Sunrise morning early from this condo it has a very relaxing view, and also the Sunset at the beach in the evenings. We would love to return to Lands End again next year. Highly recommended to our relatives, friends and co-workers. Some of them already receive the their website link. Martin

  There should more dishes. We also had to asked Resort Rentals for more utensils and small containers. furthermore the shower attached to the 2nd bedroom did not work properly and Resort Rentals were notified. After 2 plumber visits the problem was resolved although during our son's visit he had to use our ensuite shower.

  Overall our stay at Land's End was very nice. The condo is nice and location is excellent. We were a little disappointed that there were no extra linens for the main bedroom and the water pressure in the bathtub of the main bathroom is very low.. There was no plastic spatula to use on the Teflon frying pans.

  We visited LandsEnd from 7/7-7/14/12.
  The four of us stayed in Building 1 Room 208.
  This condo is completely renovated with very nice furniture. The building is right across from the pool-noise was not an issue at all!
  Just past the pool is the walkway to the beach.
  Our sons are 18 and 11 also enjoyed this location.
  We stayed at Lands End in 2011 in a different condo, it was nice but dated.
  This one was not. We'll be back and I hope we can book this one again.

  I and my sons really enjoyed the place our condo was just beautiful very good design except for the wall of mirrors coming in at dark you see yourself on mirror made you think someone there and the other thing that worried me the sliding door off the kids bedroom didn't lock was broken the place was perfect didn't have far to walk to pool or beach or harbor was right in the center thats why I picked this condo. The only thing that bothered me was the bushes and trees out side the balcony kinda covered the view to see the harbor view we did see dolphins in between the trees we enjoyed that just hard to get pictures cause of the big bush down by harbor. When we fished off the hardor was great we saw a manitie boys enjoyed that as well over all this place was great becasue I don't blame the condo owner for tree and bushes that should be blamed on lands cartaker

This condo had everything we needed and the pictures didn't do the condo justice as it had a new bed and dresser in the master bedroom and it was decorated so pretty.   This is the sixth time we have stayed at Land's End and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. The unit is clean, well maintained and has everything you need. The only negative is that the TVs are small and there was no remote for the TV in the master bedroom. Land's End is in a great central location, the property is well maintained and not over crowded. Overall we enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay here again.

  This place was amazing. Beautiful setting. The pool was very big and generally uncrowded. The beach was clean, uncrowded, andperfect. The landscape was beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. My husband smokes so he would wak the grounds at night when he smoked and he would talk to all the staff. We had a problem with a clogged toilet during our stay and the staff tool care of it right away.
  
  The condo itself was amazing. It was a perfect mix of elegant and home. Very clean. Amazing view from the balcony. The sun rise was beautiful to watch every morning. There are bars across the water and you can hear their music every night, but if you closed the doors you couldnt hear anything, so it wasnt too loud.
  
  Im telling you, this place is the perfect mix of uncrowded and quiet settings and the fun busy party life. We loved it, our children (5 and 6) loved it, any my mother-in-law loved it. We loved it so much we decided to make this a yearly trip even before we left. You will love it too!!

  A few lights in the property were burnt out, sliding door and screen were hard to work, remote missing in bedroom. Very nicely decorated and updated. LIked the floorplan compared to some others we've stayed in at this complex. Great location in Land's End, right across from pool. TV's are small. Bed in master should be a king like most of the other rentals in Land's End and not the most comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed the place and would stay again.

  The Condo was spacious, well equipped and in good maintenance. Just the oven was dirty. It's a "bayfront"-condo, so you are looking towards the bay. We had nice sunrises on the balcony. Just across the water there are two restaurants with live music in the evenings that might annoy some people. Overall "Land's End" is a quiet place, some might say "too quiet". It was far away from being over-crowded. For restaurants or other places of interest a car is mandatory. The pool was big enough to have fun, but the staff sometimes seemed to be quite strict with small kids playing. The beach just in front of the condos felt a bit "untended". After a few minutes walk the beach was much better and had finer sand.
  It was the second time we stayed at Land's End. We definitely would recommend this place. Some condos are better than others. This Condo (1,#208) was sure a better one!
