Completely remodeled, this beautiful Gulf front condo is the perfect spot for your beach vacation. The bright modern décor and the state of the art fully equipped kitchen offers granite counter tops with a wide open view of the living area and balcony. Home office or studies? No problem. here is beautiful bright office area for personal or business use. The living room features a 50" flat screen High Definition television with a "Smart "DVD player. The private balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico and the beach is a great spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset. Your master bedroom has a door to the balcony, so after a day spent on the beach, let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Full size washer and dryer. Free internet service and unlimited calls to US and Canada. Building #10 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   The condo is beautiful! Although I expected it to feel narrow because there are no side windows, it didn’t feel that way at all. The kitchen remodel is beautiful and condo feels spacious overall. The plantation shutters are gorgeous although they do obstruct part of the view. I wish they could be folded open all the way to the wall. But nevertheless, I would definitely rent again!
  I do have one comment on Lands End in general. We’ve been going there for several years and I have noticed that the landscape barrier between the beach and property has gotten higher and higher, resulting in practically no beach view from third floor and none from second floor. If possible, trimming it would be a great idea.

All linens are good quality and the showers are powerful. Only minor issue was that the air con did not work so well in the smaller bedroom so it was a little warm.

  This is the perfect place to spend a week (longer if I could!) - location, beach, property, view- it couldn’t be better. The condo is spotless and decorated so nicely. The pictures online are exactly what you get. It is like staying at a 5 star hotel. Everything you need is there, however, I would suggest 1 more beach chair be added (there were 4 of us and only 3 chairs) and a beach umbrella. But there is a sun shelter and plenty of beach towels, floaties etc... Beds are very comfortable and all linens are in excellent condition. The view of those Gulf sunsets from the balcony are priceless. Have been to many areas of Florida before. Will certainly be returning to Treasure Island and this property again. The people at Resort Rentals were great and easy to work with. Recommend without hesitation.

The view was perfect for sunsets, and balcony one of my fav spots to hang out. Sunset Beach is central to so many tourist places, it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a vacation.   My family of 4 had an amazing time at Lands End. We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts; couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot. The beach was my personal favorite, I just can’t get enough of it. Although it rained 5 of the 7 days we were there we still had an amazing time. The room was wonderful. All the amenities of home, you couldn’t ask for more. The unit was stylishly decorated and very clean. The collection of books made for great days at the beach. I can’t say enough about the unit. We’ve stay at Lands End for several years and this unit was my favorite.

  The condo was beautiful but they were remodeling the condo beside us and close below us and we were awakened each morning around 9am which was annoying since we were on vacation. It would have been nice if the condo provided beach chairs. We had to go out and buy some which was good that we had driven down or else we would not have been able to take the chairs back with us on a plane. It was very clean and newly remodeled which was a plus. We were a little upset that our son who is 12 and his 2 friends, 11 and 13 were told to get out of the pool for tossing a football and then told they could not get in hot tub unless they were 17. We paid a lot of money for this condo and thought that our children would be able to play at the pool with no problems. Overall, it was a nice stay but doubt we would spend this kind of money again to stay here.

White sand beach was great for swimming & soaking in the sun during the day, then enjoying the stunning sunset at the end of the day.

  Prior to booking we read through all of the reviews for the available units and this unit sounded the best. The reviews were 100% correct. I have stayed at condo's in the past (never in Treasure Island), but this was the 1st one I booked myself. We thought this unit was very nice, updated furnishings, comfortable bed, great appliances, nice full set of utensils and the views are outstanding. Great access to the beach, we walked up & down the beach daily, very nice boardwalk around the property, large heated pool (but it is for all condo's, so the chairs fill up quickly), great on-site covered parking. We really liked this unit. Our only complaint was that the shower in the Master bedroom was small, but we looked at a couple of other units while we were there and all of the units have small showers in the Master bedroom, so the blame would be on the designer, not the home owner. The shower in the 2nd bathroom is very large, so it worked out. Overall Great unit, cannot wait to return. The staff at Resort Realty were great to work with from the booking process through the end of our stay (& no they are not paying me to say that). This vacation was a very nice break for us and staying at LandsEnd was a great choice.
