Building #10 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

  Enjoy the location and proximity to beach. Was extremely disappointed that our unit did not have working beach chairs. The 2 that were in the condo were broken. This made this entire week not as enjoyable since we had to set on towels. Also, we were unable to see the beach from second floor, but that was not as big of a deal to us.

  We had a wonderful two week vacation and the condo is in a perfect location. If you love the beach this is a perfect rental. From the beautiful sunsets to the powdery sand and lovely condo. The only problem was with the twin beds in the second bedroom. They were not very sturdy. I did notify management about this when I checked out. I would definitely recommend this condo.

  I would recommend Lands End but not this unit. The trash from the previous renter was still underneath the bathroom sink, no dish soap to clean counter tops. It needs to be updated like the sliding doors, dishwasher, not enough amenities in the kitchen so you can at least make a breakfast (no spatula, not enough dishes, tiny coffee mugs, no kettle, disgusting coffee maker that looked like it had not been cleaned for months). We rent a condo so we don’t have to go out and eat aresturants for every meal, but with this condo we had no choice but to go out to eat. We have stayed at Lands End before at much nicer units.

  We had a great vacation staying at Land’s End in Treasure Island. The condos are very peaceful and away from the busy public beach areas and tourist areas, though shopping is only minutes away. The beach was clean and quiet and we even saw a manatee in the water while it was making its way down the coast! Also saw lots of beautiful birds on the beach. The pool was huge and very well cared for. I loved the beautiful landscaping the boardwalk surrounding the property. The entrance to the property is gated and manned 24 hrs a day which made us feel safe. We stayed in building 10 unit #203. The unit was clean and nice, but could use some updating. We had initially rented a unit in building 7, but since there was going to be construction on that building and no access to the balcony, Resort Rentals offered for us to stay in another building. This transition occurred with no extra costs and went over smoothly.

  We loved it! The place was spacious and met our needs. The furniture was nice and comfortable. There was everything a vacationer needed, except a hairdryer. Would have been nice to have one provided for use. Location was directly on the beach and was pretty empty, not filled with tourists. It was delightful. The place was clean and had a washer and dryer which was great! The floors could have been cleaner as they left your bare clean feet dirty. There were pool and beach supplies and we left a giant noodle for the next guest. One of the pool chairs and a beach umbrella was broken. The balcony was spacious and clean with very comfy furniture. The property is gated and the pool was giant, clean and relaxing. This place was great and I hope to stay here again! (There is no unit number on the door, that would have been helpful as we had to guess which door we should try.) Its close to shopping, restaurants and everything you find on gulf blvd!

  We had an awesome experience! We visited for Christmas had a great time. The check in was quick and easy and the agent that helped was was very nice and helpful. The condo was as described and clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner upon arrival and after a few quick calls and a visit from a technician , the issue was resolved. The location is amazing. Very nice beach and facilities. We will definitely be back. The town of treasure island lights luminaries along the streets the night of Christmas Eve. My family enjoyed a nice long walk. Everyone was so friendly.

  We have been vacationing at Land's End a few times and always enjoyed our stays. The grounds are beautiful and people are friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. However this time I had a few issues which was addressed but didn't seems to get any quick responses to resolve it asap. The hair dryer was completely missing from the unit and as I can see from the previous reviews its has been the case and still not replaced. Also a dryer is missing a filter which cause an issue with a few swimming suites only on a day of our checking out a handyman man showed up to address it... That was poorly coordinated. I have mentioned the issue with a main TV, nobody checked back with us if we need a service. I have been asked how was our stay at the time of returning the keys to the office but at that time it felt like a standard survey, after the fact. I have mentioned all these minor issues hopefully to help the next guests since we still loyal to Land's Ends and would like to give it another try in the future

    Thank you for this feedback from your past visit. We are so sorry for the issues that you experienced and if they were not addressed in a timely matter. Our office staff is usually very good about taking care of things that come up and if this was not the case with your visit, we truly apologize for this! In regards to the hair dryer, those are not a required item for the owners to leave inside of the condo as we have found they go missing way too often which is very disappointing, we agree. We do keep a supply of hair dryers here at our office so upon your next visit if you are missing this, please do not hesitate to contact us at our office and we would be more than happy to get you a hair dryer to use for the duration of your stay, no problem! We apologize if maintenance did not address the dryer immediately. Many of the owners have contracts in place with a local appliance company and they actually schedule the maintenance calls that we put in. Unfortunately not all calls are gotten to the same day so we do apologize if that was not done right away for you. The TV issues you encountered are definitely understood, some of the systems can be a bit tricky as all are in “sync” and if something gets out of line it will throw the full system off. If you ever have a problem with this please never hesitate to contact us at our office for any assistance. We truly are sorry if this last experience was not the best one for you and we promise to do our very best for the next trip. We are so glad to hear you will give it another try and we are sure we can find the perfect condo at Land’s End for you in our inventory there.

  We loved the complex and its location away from busy roads; the pool and grounds were clean and well maintained and we couldn't have been happier. My only concern with the condo was the toilet and shower in the master bedroom - both of those are crammed into a small space and if you are a wider person, you won't be using the toilet in the master because it is a tight squeeze. If you're going to stay at this complex, get a higher floor. The growth along the beach meant that we couldn't see the sand from our room.

  This is not the fanciest condo at Lands End but it is clean, bright and everything worked just fine. It is just far enough away from the pool for a quiet balcony. A big consideration for us is that adults use the 2nd bedroom and the beds in bedroom two we comfortable. We would go back.

  The 2 bedroom/2ba condo was immaculate and perfectly situated on the Gulf. We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony every day, overlooking the beautiful Gulf. Happy hour was also on the balcony, watching the beautiful sunset. The only negative was no hair dryer in the unit, however, the management company offered to provide it once we brought it to their attention. Roof replacement was being done, which was quite noisy, but I realize that was a one time inconvenience and would not impact future renters. The pool was beautiful, large and clean. Am looking forward to returning and staying even longer next time.

  We have stayed at Land's End multiple times. Some of the condos need updating so make sure you see pictures before renting. Our condo this year was fantastic! I was disappointed that the only basic necessity provided was 2 rolls of toliet paper (2 bedroom) and a roll of paper towels. Everything else, including trash bags, we had to buy. Pretty minor flaw. Our overall experience was fantastic. The building and condo we rented was very clean, very well maintained, and Resort Rentals were extremely professional and friendly.

  We love Land's End and have stayed there many times. It is a beautiful beach and resort property, family friendly, quiet, peaceful, location, yet close to everything. Bldg. 10 is beside the pool which is so convenient. Tile floors in the unit are a bonus for people with allergies. The bed in master is super comfy. Second bedroom needs new pillows and light from outside walkway shines through blinds. Did not appear to have a pull-out bed in living room. Need hooks or more racks to hang towels in bathrooms. Overall a bright, well-maintained unit with beautiful view! Resort Rental staff is marvelous to deal with!

  We had a very lovely vacation. The unit we rented was in the perfect spot near the beach. Our only criticism would be the floors were quite dirty and the sheets on the beds were uncomfortable. Once we washed them and remade the beds it was much better.
  A few things were missing from the kitchen (utensils) but we made it work.A cutting board would be a nice addition though.
  We would stay there again however...!

  We loved our holiday. I organised a trip for 5 families all had their own apartments, Everyone was very happy with apartments and facilities. Family from UK and Canada would all come back again.   The location is the absolute best. Resort Rentals is very professional, friendly and helpful. We needed to find a place to go online to confirm and print out a confirmation of our return flights. So we asked at the office if they knew of a place, and they did it for us!
  
  Everything is taken care of at Land's End (including complementary soap for the dishwasher). It's peaceful and private. The beach is beautiful and even the security guards are helpful and friendly.

  This was our 2nd time staying at the property, but 1st time we had a gulf view. Will do this again. Sunsets are breathtaking, every night. Unit was in good condition and comfortable. Pool and surrounding area excellent and proximity to beautiful beach could not be better. Only complaint, a few untensils and dishes that would have been helpful were not provided in the kitchen but this would not prevent us from renting this unit again.

  We had a wonderful stay and found the unit and associated property to be exceptional. The only negative was associated with the gate staff on the evening when we arrived. We arrived late and it was dark and had some difficulty with the lock. It was dark
  and my children became quite nervous. We asked the gate attendant for assistance but he would only provide the number to resort rentals. The on-call person provided simple instructions over the phone. Some assistance from the gate attendant would have been
  very helpful. Additional dishwasher detergent and scouring pads would have made it easier to keep the unit clean.

  I really can't say enough about this resort. Everything was wonderful. The unit (#203, Building 10) was beautiful, loved the decor and the tile floor throughout was so very nice. The master suite was beautiful, bed super comfy and the master bath ensuite was my personal dream. The balcony, accessible from both living room and mst. bedroom was bathed in sun from 2pm until sundown, which were beautiful every night. We woke up every morning to the sounds of the gulf, and could see dolphins on several occasions. The grounds around this resort are beautiful, it has a wonderful boardwalk around the whole property for walking, which goes around to the intercoastal, lots of sea birds to watch. The beach was very nice for long walks, and hunting for shells. My favorite part was the heated pool, it was huge, never crowded, lots of lounge chairs and tables (w/umbrellas). In summary, the best all around vacation my husband and I have experienced. Have booked a month for next year already!!
