  Rental company easy to work with and responded quickly to any of my questions. Process of picking up key went smoothly. Resort was very nice and quiet. There was some construction going on at resort but we never heard it and it never bothered us. The condo was nice, updated some, but a few things could be fixed. The door where washer and dryer was, was completely off track. Dishwasher is very old, don’t think it got the dishes very clean. Kitchen very small, but we never cooked in it.

  We have been renting at Lands End for over thirty years now. This is the first time we were disappointed in the the condo we selected. The water pressure in the master bathroom hardly even existed, there was a bi fold door that was not in it's proper place in the hallway and had to be moved to get around. There was a bi fold door in the kitchen that was not hung properly. The master bath sink and tub had corrosion on them. Additionally, the condo was not cleaned properly as there was a lot of dust on the floors and popcorn from the previous gusts. The overall property (pools, landscaping etc have been maintained very well and we were very happy with that. We also had a second condo for the same time period that was up to our expectations and very clean and nice.

  Great location and overall good place and enjoyed pickle ball and tennis courts. The property management was professional, friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was water heater only produced lukewarm water. We called the property management company got a plumber out within 24hours and was able to get hot water.

  We love Resort Rentals & Lands End. This is a great unit, with a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped for a vacation rental. It is just a few steps from the beach or the boardwalk, or you can just sit on the balcony and enjoy! You can hear the surf from the bedroom -- so relaxing to fall asleep to. Lands End has a great pool. Resort Rentals is very responsive if there is an issue with the unit you're renting. LE is at the end of Sunset Beach which is very quiet, but it does mean that most restaurants/bars/other activities are over a mile away and will probably require a car.

  I have stayed in these condos before and the location is great, the beach is not crowded and the view was gorgeous. Just lack of wifi and a bad TV set were only negative issues encountered in rental. Tried to fix the color and it only made people turn green, might be time for a new TV. Red Tide issues, not the fault of rental, which caused everyone in our group to cough all the time.

  I have been a visitor at lands end many times over the last 20 years. Now that I have retired it is my choice of retirement for the winters in the years to come. The unit itself was a little "tired" and could do with a freshen up. However the property and its amenities are the perfect spot to hide away and relax and enjoy a quiet time.
  The staff at Lands End are polite and extremely helpful.
  The staff at Resort Rentals who I dealt with on my first day of arrival and the staff with whom I interacted during my stay were top class. Any issues or concerns that I had were dealt promptly.
  I look forward to returning next winter.

  we had a lovely time. Everyone was very friendly. The unit was very clean, though, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly so we hand washed all the dishes which was not a big deal. Also, there were no cleaning solutions and we did not want to buy any as we were there only two weeks.

  ASAP Also need different pots and pans as the frying pan sticks. The murals on the wall were beautiful. It was a great condo. The view was great and we saw dolphins and a manatee and a stingray.   My cousin and I bring our children to this condo for a week-long vacation every summer, and we love it. This apartment has no glass-top tables, no carpet, no apartment below it, and is at the top of a short outside stairway to it's accompanying covered parking spot, and to the beach. We use the car trunk as a storage unit for all our beach gear so we don't have to bother with taking sandy or wet toys and chairs upstairs. Any parent can read this and see why it is perfect, especially for small children.

  Overall, a great location and enjoyable stay at Lands' End. We were happy with the condition of the unit, though the silverwear and glasses had a build up of residue spotting and were not able to get cleaned. We used paper plates and utensils. Also, there was a water leak fom underneath the refrigerator which required us to keep a towel on the floor to soak up the water during our stay.
