This top floor, corner condo is well equipped with all the comforts of home. A 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo with tile throughout the living area and carpeting in the bedrooms. From this location you will have views of the Boca Ciega Bay from the balcony, living room, kitchen and dining area and you are likely to see dolphins, sea birds as well as boats on the water right outside your sliding doors! The Amadeus property is a great value with a perfect central location that keeps you walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops and many other activities. PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access. 2 Week Minimum for bookings.

The Amadeus property is located in Treasure Island. Treasure Island is approximately 2 miles South of John’s Pass Boardwalk on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit Pinellas County beaches!!!   This place was perfect! I had originally thought I’d prefer to be on ocean front, but being here with the intercoastal view was so much better! Dolphins, cranes and other birds, water skiers, rowers, etc... always gave us something interesting to watch. The unit itself was bright and immaculate and even smelled clean when we arrived. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. Location was very easy to walk to the beach and grocery store was very close by. We would love to return here and highly recommend it.

  It was a great week. Caitlin at Resort Rentals was very accommodating and offered great customer service. Great location, walk to Public’s and beach and restaurants. We brought fishing poles to fish of dock at condo which was fun. The pool is small, but kids used it every day. Everything worked as described, but I will say the only negative is that the washer and dryer are the smallest units I’ve ever seen. I had to do 2 loads everyday, which is better than nothing and it is an apartment sized unit, so it has to be small to fit. No elevator, but we didn’t mind the stairs. Saw dolphins out our deck! We felt exceptionally safe and slept like a baby. Beds were comfy.

  Proved just as good in real life as it looked when researching online.
  
  Could not get to the property until the rental office had closed, but lockbox access was provided with clear instructions. Made things simple which is not always the case.
  
  Location was excellent, especially being able to walk to decent restaurants (not always the case in the US), and sitting on the balcony overlooking Boca Ciega Bay was great. While fishing from the dock saw a dolphin literally swimming underneath it.
  
  Property was well equipped and the only thing it lacked was an electric kettle - we Brits like tea! Also, the aircon could be loud, but it wasn't an issue.

  We love it here. The condo has just about everything you can think of, apart from a hairdryer, which we brought with us as we remembered from the previous year. Apparently you can get them from resort rentals if you ask but we just went out and bought one, no problem. It’s so lovely sitting on the balcony eating your breakfast watching the water and all it’s goings on. Everything is nearby, beach, restaurants, souvenir shops and a lovely walk to John’s Pass. We can’t wait to come back next year.

  This was the second opportunity that my family and I have been given to stay at this property. We absolutely love it here. The location is close to anything you could possibly need while in vacation. The grocery store, beach and some restaurants are all within walking distance. The pool is fantastic and there is some pretty good fishing off the dock. If you are lucky, you can catch an occasional glimpse of some manatee or dolphin swimming by. My children had a blast here and my wife loved having all the comforts of home. The staff was wonderful and the booking and check-in/out process was seamless.   The location and view of this property are stupendous. The master bed was comfortable. The lounge area could probably do with a bit of an update. I did love the fact that we didn't have to do a wash after every meal as there is enough crockery and cutlery for a few meals. The floor could do with a really good clean.   We stayed the busy week of 4th of July at Amadeus #10. It was amazing!! The condo was very clean. The location was so incredibly close to everything fun. The views from our balcony were breathtaking! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

  I've been renting Amadeus 10 for the last 10 years. Seems like a few things need to be improved. Chaise lounge on deck was missing this year. Pots and pans are old and food sticks a lot. Blanket for sofa bed had to be washed before use and sheets seem to be thin. Pillows are flat and need a few more. Leaves were falling off artificial trees. Floor mop was to dirty to use and tile floor was sticky.

  We had another good stay. The weather could have been warmer but still enjoyed the condo, people and warmer weather than Minnesota. Thanks for fixing all problem areas. Only wished I had asked last year for fixes. The whole unit needs to be updated and showing it's age and wear and tear.

  This is a really great spot to rent and I would definitely go return. The place isn't plush, but has "most" of what you need.
  
  My largest complaint was that the condo is missing a few key essentials, including a hair dryer, a baking sheet, any hot pads, and a few other kitchen tools. We made do - by either borrowing or buying - but it was a needless hassle that could easily be remedied by the rental company or the owners.
  
  The views of the intercoastal are fabulous and you are walking distance to many restaurants, Publix and the beach. Most of the furnishings, bedding, etc are dated, but the master bed was comfortable and the other furniture was fine.
  
  The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This was challenging at the beginning/end of our stay, but otherwise, was no bother.

  This condo is something else, the views are breathtaking. You can watch the Dolphins every day. You can walk to the supermarket and the bars and resturants if you don't want to use the car. I would recommend any of the condos.

  It was our first time to the Gulf coast as a family and staying at Amadeus #10 we had the best of both worlds - the bay and the beautiful beach of Treasure Island!   The panoramic view was amazing ... we loved the beautiful waterfront and the ability to watch all the activity on the water. Our favorite times were being able to watch the sun rise over the trees and then watch the dolphin playing in the intercoastal waterways. The location was perfect - close to everything!   We had a had a really good time! The view from the balcony is just wow!! The location is great, everything is at a walking distance (beach, grocery, etc.). The amenities were great. We had plenty of room for the whole family (2 adults, 3 children). Plenty of dishes, towels. The children enjoyed the pool alot. Since it is a very small complex the pool was never crowded.
  One little thing, the pull out couch is very uncomfortable to sleep, we had to make other arrangements for our son (16) to sleep on.
  We loved our 9 days at Amadeus # 10 and are very likely to come back but for a longer period this time!
