Amadeus 9 -Direct Waterfront Views from the Top Floor!

The Amadeus is a smaller water front building with only 10 condos, centrally located just a block from the easy beach access in Treasure Island. It features a beautiful large sundeck water side and sparkling heated pool. There's a great dock to fish or just sit, relax and watch dolphins and manatees go by.

This beautifully renovated, 2 bedroom / 2 bath, top floor waterfront condo is simply gorgeous! Well equipped with all the comforts of home, open living and dining area and amazing views of the Boca Ciega Bay from the private balcony, the living room, kitchen and dining area, it’s wonderful! From the large wrap around balcony you are likely to see dolphins swimming through, boaters passing by and some even are lucky enough to see a manatee or 2! The condo comes with free Wifi and free parking underneath the building. The Amadeus property is a great value with a perfect central location that keeps you walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops and many other activities. Please note that there is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access.

The Amadeus property is located in Treasure Island. Treasure Island is approximately 2 miles South of John’s Pass Boardwalk on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit Pinellas County beaches!!! The location is perfect for getting around Treasure Island, close to restaurants, many beaches and Publix is walking distance. The pool was nice and the people we met were very friendly. I would recommend staying here. Be aware there is no elevator and the 2nd floor is actually like 3rd floor due to parking under the building.

  This is a nice condo in a convenient location - very short walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants. The condo was clean and had the amenities that you would expect - although there was no hair dryer as advertised which only matters if you have hair that really needs a hair dryer. There is some wear in the unit but nothing that affected our stay.

  Great place to stay! This was our second time staying here. The people at Resort Rentals are very professional and helpful. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The view from our balcony was gorgeous- dolphins swimming by, birds diving for fish, stunning sunrises and beautiful stars reflected in the water. Great location as there is a grocery store, Walgreens and many stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is spark right across the street from the property that house a flea market complete with life music on Fridays. The other people staying were so friendly and it was always enjoyable to visit with them around the swimming pool at the property. We definitely hope to come back!

  This trip was our 3rd stay at Amadeus (2nd time in #9). We absolutely love this area and will return in the future. The only thing that we would like to see change is an upgrade to a few things in the condo. We came down in June of 2012 and the condo still has the same kitchen as then as it does now in 2019. A slight upgrade would do this property some good. I use the kitchen a great deal on vacation as I would at my own home and seeing a new stove, refrigerator and sink faucet will definitely make my rating all 5 stars. Overall, the property is an excellent stay and convenience to everything needed to make a great vacation happen again and again.

We love d the bay view and were surprised to see the dolphins every day we were there.I love the Treasure island area because the beaches are so clean and laid back for family's of all sizes. We were just down the block from a Publix's that had very good prices on allot of items we needed. So many great coffee shops and restaurants that I don't have the space to include them all. We'll definitely be back. Also the pool and grounds were kept in excellent shape.

  This was our second trip to Treasure Island and we decided to stay at Amadeus due to the pool and dock access. The beach is literally a 4 minute walk across the street. Publix is about the same about of time and you can walk there with a small hand cart/basket and walk back with your groceries. It is AWESOME! Then a few restaurants are also within walking distance. The fishing was fun, the birds were entertaining as well. The sunrises and sunsets were BREATHTAKING. Just cannot wait to come back again soon....very soon!

  Truly enjoyed the condo and the location. The condo was exactly what I expected - no upgrades to the interior, but has everything you need for a terrific stay near the beach. I loved being on the intercoastal waterway where I could see the sunrise and dolphins and have a relaxing, cool evening on the balcony (the sun sets on the other side of the condo. A very short walk to the grocery store, fun bars and restaurants and to the beach - no need to drive anywhere. I had a great stay!!
  
  I had an issue with the AC when I arrived and the management company sent someone over immediately to get working on it. Everything worked fine after that. Don't take the fact that the AC had an issue as a bad thing - I was happy about the responsiveness of the property manager so it all ended well.

  We recently stayed in Amadeus9 Treasure Island. The setting is wonderful. Our balcony overlooked the waterway so we would see the Dolphins playing most mornings as we had our breakfast. The apartment was clean and spacious although it does need updating. There is a heated pool, sun loungers, a bar b q and covered parking. Opposite to the apartment block is a green with the local community centre then beyond that are shops and restirants with Foxys providing the best breakfasts around. A five minute walk away is the public supermarket and a cross the road from that is the beach so everything is very accessible.

  Another great time in Treasure Island. We have stayed at Amadeus during the month of March for
  the last four years and look forward to March of
  2014. My only concerns are that over that time the screen doors have fallen into disrepair (bent, holes in the screens, hard to close).
  Also, the condo is down to 4 coffee cups. Not a big deal, but there were 6-8 last March.

  The location was perfect, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We had been to Treasure Island before on the beach but much preferred the inland waterway there was always something to watch dolphins, pelicans , all types of boats we hope to return next year.

  Location, location, location - we've all heard it but it's true. Amadeus is a "hidden secret"... it's located in downtown Treasure Island and you can walk to everything - even the grocery store. This is our sixth time in renting from Resort Rental and it has always been a great experience as well! We would recommend this property as a great quiet get away.

  we stayed in unit 9 (middle top floor). We had a great time. The neighbors were very friendly. The only complaint was that the apartment sized washer and dryer were small and I had to do two loads of laundry each day. Otherwise it was great. On the same block as a grocery store and many restaurants. The beach was just down the block and across the street - no need to drive.

  We love this apartment (this is our 4th visit)! Very comfortable and conveniently located. Beds a pleasure to sleep on and good quality dining / living room furniture. Always spotlessly cleaned. Balcony is a good size with excellent water views. Only let down in the balcony furniture which is now broken in places, plus no place for food. However, overall a lovely place to stay that we thoroughly recommend. Excellent location - it's possible to manage easily without a car here.

  Amadeus in Treasure Island is a perfect location. Close to St. Petersburg, Clearwater,
  Tampa, and Dunedin. CTI has a fantastic beach
  and great restaurants. The balcony of Amadeus
  could use some sturdier chairs, and the screen doors do not close completly. But those are minor details when compared to the overall great time that we have when we stay there.

  Been to this property 3 times and it always lives up to my expectations. Property was spotlessly cleaned and the location, particularly with Publix at the end of the street is spot on. Trolley bus pick up is a very short walk and therefore you could even
  manage without a car. Pool is a decent size for a small apartment block and plenty of outdoor furniture available.

  With a location a block from the beach and a fantastic view of Boca Ciega Bay
  Amadeus is a great place for us. Close
  to Clearwater and Dunedin it allows us to see as many spring training games as we wish. With a Publix down the street
  and many great restaurants Treasure Island is a great place to unwind.
  
  CTI also has a terrific beach, that is both wide and deep.

  We recently stayed in Amadeus #9 and couldn't have been more pleased. The location was close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. And the view of the waterway was so quiet in the evenings to sit and enjoy the balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well kept. My boys were so excited when we arrived that they commented that we must be in a 'five star' place! Everything that could have been needed was available...even beach chairs, buckets, etc. And the onsite pool was a real plus! Not enough good word can be said for this property! I plan to return in the future for sure!

  I was not sure if we can just leave any remaining food articles (Salad Oil, Rest of Corn Flakes, Coffee etc and stuff in the fridge like ice cream) or not. In our case we have put all remaining food articles into the garbage. We were a bit afraid that it would cost us an additional cleaning charge if we would not do so.
  
  But the given information like how to find the property and where the Publix is was very well. Also the possiblity for just dropping the keys into a box is great.

  Our unit had wifi which was a plus. The pool is a nice size and heated. The staff was very helpful during booking and provided good maps and directions. We'd stay again.
