Treasure Island is approximately 2 miles South of John’s Pass Boardwalk on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   We had an absolute blast staying here. Everything matched the description perfectly. There was more than enough room for the four of us and plenty to spare. The balcony was amazing with beautiful, warm morning sunrises which some days even included a dolphin and some pelicans. The grounds were clean with more then enough pool seats. The pool itself was another awesome feature to this location. There was not a single day we didn't spend time in it or just laying around soaking up the sunshine.
  There really isn't anything for us to complain about, and it was mostly 5 stars all around. I gave the general condition 4 stars just because (in my opinion) there were a few minor areas that probably could use some updating but in no way hindered our stay. I gave the property cleanliness 4 stars only because upon arrival the unit was a bit dusty (NOT DIRTY) dusty, I'm not sure anyone was in the unit the week before us so it might have sat a bit longer but again no big deal, a quick wipe and we were good to go.

  We have stayed at Amadeus once before in a different unit. This property and location are great. Just two notes on Amadeus #5 compared to a previous unit we stayed in here. 1) The floors were not clean and we had to go out and purchase cleansers and materials and scrub them ourselves. 2) The TV only receives very basic cable channels and no sports or movies. We had to go off the property to see the playoff games. Other unit owners here told us ours was the only unit that the owner would not pay for the extra channels. That was an inconvenience for something that we expect should be standard. Would stay at Amadeus again and will recommend this property but not unit #5.

  Our family has stayed in 3 different units in this building. This is the first time we've stayed on the first floor. The view of the water was a little obstructed by the foliage, however, you could see the wildlife a little more closely being closer to the ground. The unit itself was very clean and well kept. It had all the amenities we have come to expect. The only thing I would caution is the master bathroom shower. The sides of the tub were average but when you add in the track for the sliding glass doors, it is a pretty tall wall to scale when getting in and out. So, if you are someone who has limited mobility, you may want to consider using the shower in the other bathroom. Overall, everything was clean. The kitchen appliances appeared to be recently updated and very nice to use. Washer and Dryer in the unit is always helpful when you are traveling with children. Overall, a wonderful experience as always from start to finish. It's a shame it always has to come to an end.

  We love coming here! Great location, the beach is 1 block away and when it gets too hot there, enjoy the pool on the bay. There is fishing right off the pier and a grocery store at the end of the block. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Rental agents were great and always available to answer questions.   Our third stay in this unit and all is well. It is close to the beach(very wide!), bay(fishing, boating), Publix (supermarket), buses, restaurants and nightlife. You could enjoy a vacation here without a car. Just get a shuttle from the airport. Tampa airport is about 40 minutes away.

  We have been to the Amadeus 5 times and will always come back to it when we are going to Treasure Island. It is the perfect location to the beach, yet on the quiet Intracoastal. Spectacular views from balcony. Pool is steps from the water.

  The location was excellent!! we saw Dolphins in the bay everynight and the distance to the beach was a very short walk. The area overall is what we enjoyed most, it could not have been more perfect. The condo was nice, it could have been a tad cleaner for my taste but overall it was not dirty. I understand rentals take abuse but it could use maybe updated applicances and pots and pans. Other than that it was a nice place and again the location could not have been more perfect! protected parking, the pool were all excellent. We have already talked about coming back to Amadeus next year. Loved Treasure Island.

  Having just sold our condo in which we lived part time in the area for 35 yrs we were reluctant to rent. Everything was very clean. Great view of Boca Ciego Bay. Enjoyed our stay and plan on returning 2 times a year. A great quiet environment which is what we wanted. It was not 'party haven' which we were fearful of with a rental as so many places directly on the beach are like.

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The view of the inlet is breathtaking. It was nice and quiet all week. The stores and beach are within walking distance. I only have a few suggestions for an even better experience for future guests. 1) Update appliances, 2) a visitors packet of things to do in the area and 3) a thourough inspection of the units - we requested more linen for master bedroom. We really enjoyed ourselves!!!!

  Excellent location for the beach, shopping, entertainment and eating places. All in walking distance. The Amadeus has a pool and fishing dock - however - these can become a little "busy" according to how many people are staying at the Condos. Even so, it is still a very good place to stay. Any issues / problems with your condo are dealt with immediately by a very friendly and helpful team. Would recommend for families, couples [old and young] and anyone who would like a vacation without the added expense of car hire.
