  Our family stayed a week at this rental for a week while visiting family. Location was perfect for us. The beach was walking distance so my teenage kids were able to walk to it themselves. The rental was the perfect size with a decent size living area and 2 bathrooms. Furniture was dated but we were only there to sleep so it didnt bother us.

  I brought my 2 daughters and niece on vacation, there were 5 of us total and there was plenty of room for everyone. Although the place could use some updating, we were very pleased with the building itself. We especially loved waking up in the morning having coffee with the sunrise on the balcony which is on the bay! We had even seen dolphins a couple mornings! The location was unbeatable and everything you could need is within short walking distance! Will highly recommend this place and will come back later this year or next!

  This was a very quiet location, just the way we like it, Even on New Years Eve! Everything was clean and comfortable. The property management was very prompt in sending maintenance to change some burned out light bulbs. They even provided a new can opener when I asked for one (the old one didn’t work anymore). We had a peaceful and restful week there and would go back if we return to the area.

  Resort Rentals is an awesome company to rent from. The downside was with the unit #3. The unit had a nice view of the bay from the balcony but the Unit overall needed an intense cleaning. Screen door latch was broken as well as several screens were ripped. One of the chairs had a ripped skirt which was patched with tape that wouldn’t stick. The building overall needs a new paint job and the grounds seem to be getting overgrown and obstructing the views of the bay from the deck area. The dock needs replacing as the understructure is need of repair.

  Coming to Treasure Island since 23 years, it was the second time we stayed at the Amadeus. We love the view, the apartment, which is near to Publix and the beach. It is calm, quiet and clean. It is a small building, therefore not too crowded. You start your day with a sunrise, you end your day with the sunset at the beach. And to see the dolphins passing by is priceless.

  This unit has an amazing view and is very spacious. However there are some minor faults: The patio tables are very poor and nearly un usable. One of the reclining chairs is badly worn. The sofa is very nice but when you make it into a bed you discover that the mattress is shabby and uncomfortable. Additionally, you can't watch the TV from the sofa as it is enclosed in a cabinet and only viewable from one direction. The silverware, glasses and plates are ok, but they look like they have been collected from a flea market. The air conditioner works well but is very noisy. The TV is not very good and picture is poor. Location is superb and master bed is very good. Most lamps need to be checked as they don't all have bulbs. A great stay but I would select another property next time.

  We enjoyed our stay. The view from the back patio was amazing. We watched dophins Swim by every day. The beach was a short walk across the street. A spacious condo, but could use an update. We had ants in the kitchen that we could not get rid of all week, absolutely everything needed to be cleaned and put away so they didn't come back at night. The family room recliner had a broken spring and was not comfortable to sit in and the remote didn't actually change the channel for the TV. The location was good but the park in front had a number of homeless people sleeping in it. I didn't feel comfortable walking alone with my baby.

  We are returning guest who love the Amadeus. The condo has an amazing view and is a close walk to the beach and stores. We also love lounging at the pool, fishing from the dock and watching dolphins and boats go by. The beds in the Amadeus #3 are comfortable. The living room furniture could be updated. The recliners are uncomfortable and one of them seems to have a spring broken in it. It could also use more everyday items such as silverware and kitchen gadgets. The tile in the building can be trechorous after rain or the pool. The condo was pretty clean when we arrived, but might benefit from a deep clean- such as the baseboards, ect. We did have to contact the property management once during our stay and they were quick and courteous.

  We were happy to book a condo for a Spring Break vacation on the water. We had two families with 5 in each family so space was an issue. We ended up with unit #3 and the other family had unit #5. Our condo is in need of an update! Several of the blinds didn't work or were missing; the condo had a lot of carpet (vs. hardwood or tile); older furnishings; no HDTV; old microwave, small tube TV in the 2nd bedroom; only one of the ceiling fans in the living room worked. For the money spent, we would have expected a step up in the details. It was clean however and the view was great! We ended up using the other families condo for getting together most nights. They had HDTV, a much bigger flat screen, hardwood floors, etc...

  The property was kept very nice. The view was amazing. We loved sitting on the nice balcony and watching boats and dolphins go by. We enjoyed the pool and the dock as well. The living room set up in the condo was conducive to only 2 people watching tv. The recliners were not very comfortable and one was actually broken. There was not a great deal of silverware or Tupperware so we had to wash dishes pretty frequently. The bedrooms were nicely set up and the bathrooms were a great size. The tub was very slick and we didn't see until the last day that there was a bath may hidden under the sink. Speaking of slick, the outside stairs are unbelievably dangerous. We had to be extremely cautious when walking up and down them because they became very slick with any bit of moisture. Unfortunately, despite our care, our daughter fell down the stairs and sustained a very large bruise to her side. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed walking to the store and the beach. We would love to stay again!

  We had a wonderful two weeks at Amadeus #3! Sunrises absolutely gorgeous. Caught a lot of fish to have a few meals and gave some to the neighbors. Been renting up and down the East Coast for mny years and find this one of the best rentals. Well equipped, very clean and awesome view! Rental agency was one of the best we have dealt with. Looking forward to renting next year here.

  Lovely apartment, views are fantastic, location is great, no car needed. Some minor upgrades would add to the condo - hob only a couple of rings work, cleaning on arrival could have been a little better - superficially clean - but if you're like us - we like immaculate and it fell just a little short. Other than that - FANTASTIC and would recommend.

  Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit im Haus Amadeus verlebt. Das Appartment ist in sehr gutem Zustand, Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte kann man sogar zu Fuß erreichen. Vom Garten aus ist es möglich Delfine zu beobachten.
  Der Service von Resort Rentals war hervorragend und ist nicht besser zu machen. Wir sind begeistert! ! ! ! ! ! !! !
  Unsere einzige Kritik gilt der Bettwäsche die, obwohl gewaschen, viele Flecke aufwies.
  Alles in allem ist können wir Resort Rentals und das Haus Amadeus sehr empfehlen

  A lovely location, relaxing with views over Boca Ceiga Bay and a short stroll across the rod to the beach. Easy to drive to nearby locations: Anna Maria Island, Siesta Keys, etc. Only caution is very slippy steps to the apartment that need grips to avoid
  falling in the rain.

  The property was clean and tidy although a touch up of paint was needed. We found a broken coffee jug that was replaced immediately. The steps outside however are a danger when wet and my youngest daughter almost broke her arm falling after rainfall. A
  minimum would be anti-slip strips to each step which costs pennies and would avoid serious injuries. We loved the stay other than that. The location was great and the company was friendly.

  Great location and view. Nice and quiet while we were there. Condo was well equipped and there was a new tv in bedroom. Suggestion: a locked closet in the hall for supplies that all renters could share.
