Land's End 407 building 1 Two large balconies/Across from Pool/GULF VIEWS!

This lovely condo has a special floor plan and 2 private balconies with a unique water view. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked and ready for you to start creating! The living room and guest bedroom open onto a private balcony and the master bedroom has its own private balcony. This condo is located across from the pool on the east side of the property. Both private balconies and all windows face west so you can see the Gulf of Mexico sparkling in the distance. This is a great condo for 2 couples to share since both bedrooms have a large bed and a door to a private balcony. Free wireless internet service. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

***Please Note: As of August 1st, 2021 the Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time tenant check in Fee in the amount of $30 per car upon entry at the Land’s End property.***

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   Our rental was clean, had all basic needs, lovely views, and we really enjoyed the property. I had been worried after reading reviews that kids are yelled at at the pool but we didnt have that experience at all. The grounds were lovely, our only disappointment was the boardwalk around the property (which was a reason we chose Lands End because we are big runner/walkers) was closed off and ripped apart so you couldnt walk all the way around. There were birds, shells, and we saw dolphins and manatees. Our AC stopped working one day but was fixed within 24 hours. The master bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious. The gulf water was clear and beautiful some days and not so clear other days. We would definitely stay here again.

  Unit 407-1 was perfect for our week-long getaway! Resort Rentals was very helpful with booking and questions before and during our stay. I would definitely rent through them again in the future. The condo itself was clean and well appointed with all the essential cookware, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was ideal. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and there were plenty of pillows and towels. The balcony had the best pool and beach view. We were slightly underwhelmed with the beach chairs and umbrellas- a couple of chairs were rusted and the umbrellas were broken- not a deal-breaker, but worth noting.

  This unit has a large bed in each bedroom, rather than two singles in one, both bedrooms have access to one of the two balconies, the main balcony being particularly large and both with a view over the pool. The condition is slightly worn here and there, but comparable to older units in the complex. For us a good compromise between budget and view. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Overall a good experience, with RR as professional as always.

  We have stayed in this unit in the past. As we remembered the beds were comfortable and of course the master bathroom large. We felt as if the unit was in need of some upgrading. Most people do not go on vacation to clean but with a tile floor it would have been nice to have a mop not just a broom and a dust pan. It seemed as though it was not furnished like it had been in the past also. It was just decorated blah. The property was as usual very nice as usual and it's always nice to see the friends you make every year again. The staff was as always very friendly and helpful. Your office staff at Resort Rentals was also. We look forward to returning next year as we have already booked for the same time in 2017. We can't wait to be there again. It is something we look forward to from the day we have to check out till the day we arrive the following year. See you next year.

  We had a wonderful time. Easy checking and check out. The unit was very clean, excellent view from the balcony, and easy walk to the beach. The security personnel at lands end were excellent and very friendly. The pool was outstanding meeting people from around the world. This is our third time staying here and would stay again.

  This is our second year renting at Land's End during the holidays. The view at our condo is directly on the ocean. Beautiful sunsets. We saw great fireworks on New Years Eve right on the beach. We enjoyed the amenities (pool, hot tub, bbq, boardwalk around the complexe, beach, etc.). Many activities close by. We recommended the location to 2 friends already who plan on going soon. Only downside, it gets noisier after Christmas day. We and other locals had to complain this year because a family of 8 children often played loudly under the clubhouse or in the garages when it rained and their echoing screams (as they won their games or made points) disturbed us indoors even with the patio doors closed.

  We have been previous renters at Lands End and will be in the future. The only issue is some units are being upgraded and some others are getting tired and a bit old. Unit #407 in Building 1 is a unit that is in need of a upgrade. Upgrades are needed in the bathrooms, mattresses in the 2nd bedroom and the pullout couch, new dishes and utensils in the kitchen. The property itself is stunning and beautiful and I wouldn't change a thing but the units themselves are approaching 25 years and some are showing their age. Units that have been upgraded are sometimes stunning depending on the owner - look around for a unit that has been updated and refurbished. The development itself is a jewel and the amenities are simply fantastic.

  We love Lands End it is an amazing place. We stayed at Lands End in 2011 and fell in love with the place. I love how it feels so private from everything. We like people but not crowded places and even when other people are around it still seems relaxing, people we have encountered on our stay there are nice and considerate. We loved our stay in both condo's we have stayed in. We don't spend a lot of time in the room and are simple peoplem not very picky. We like a great view and things to be clean when we come in. We have not been dissattisfied with anything. I have seen many reviews from people with small children about security saying things and the ground rules being too strict, they are only doing thier job and I like it that way, it's probably what keeps the place like it is. We f eel safe and relaxed. People were always leaving thier stuff on the beach including us to take strolls or go in for some lunch or to go up for amdip in the pool and it felt safe doing that there, I don't know anywhere else I would do that and feel safe.

  We loved our vacation at Land's End. The condo was clean and the view breathtaking. We felt like we were at a vacation resort. The pool was clean and peaceful (most of the time). However, the pool was not heated and it would have been appreciated with the 70 to 76 degrees we had during our week at the gated comunity.

Every year in November the association turns the pool heat on and it stays on throughout the winter months. I will pass your comments on to them so they can research the situation.   overall had a great vaccation at Lands End,had problem with air con on arrival but this was fixed very quickly once reported, repair guy was very friendly and new his stuff.Condo was everything we expected from what was shown on the web site.Guys on the gate and around the complex were excelent we felt safe and at home.Would definately return.Would be good if there was an information pack in the condo showing where the supermarkets were and recomending places to eat out, there were details in the comments book but for new comers to the area we had no idea where they were

My family is large and when we come we wold like to bring bikes and some other things but were told that there is no where to put a trailer. We have a 5x8 trailer that I would like to use to bring our stuff. Is there any way to make a spot somewhere to store a small trailer when we come again.

  Liked our unit and the location of it. It could use a few updates, in particular the bedroom carpets are worn and soiled. Also, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and should be replaced. As for the rest of the unit it was very satisfactory. We loved the location of this unit where you overlooked the pool area yet had a lovely view of the gulf.

  this unit has a perfect view comfy king bed. Kitchen galley, is small for to many cooks. Rugs need to be thrown out
  This is not a place for 20 or 30 something people who want to party,

  The condo's location was wonderful. The pool is large and inviting. The beach was open and calm. We typically stay in St. Pete but chose to rent multiple condos on Treasure Island with family members. We loved the room in the pool and the beach with so few people. The condo was nice but needed to be given a complete cleaning. We found mold in the pitcher when we started to make lemonade for example. Just smelled a little musty and did not appear clean. This condo complex offers a great vacation spot. You would need to have a vehicle with you to go grocery shopping and such.

  This was our first visit to Florida having vacationed the past 5-6 years in Myrtle Beach, SC. We could not have ordered a more perfect location, condo, resort and yes--weather! 7 days of sunny, blue skies and temperatures in the mid 80's, wow... The resort, with a 24 hour gated security entrance, huge pool and hot tub area, and seemingly endless beach area was top notch in quality. Our building and condo was extremely well maintained and clean. While this was our first visit, it will certainly not be our last! We are already planning our return trip next year, if not sooner...
