This is a very nice, top floor, south corner condo with an updated kitchen that is fully stocked and ready for your use, washer and dryer inside for you, private balcony off of the living room with direct views of the Intracoastal waterway, big windows in the living room and dining room area that let in lots of extra light, free internet service and unlimited calls to US and Canada and much more! Building #4 is across the waterway from St Pete Beach so kick your feet up and watch the action go by! This building is situated nicely near one of the hot tubs on property, close to the BBQ area and is a very easy walk to the pool and beach access onsite!

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   When we arrived we did not have the code to enter. We got hold of management and in a short while we received it. That night we noticed a note stating not to close Blinds as they needed to be adjusted. The dining room chair legs and backs were all loose and dangerous to sit on. My husband and son in law got a set of Allen keys to adjust them to no avail. We went to the office to complain and they sent maintenance over that day. He said he could tighten them, but we really need new chairs.
  The blinds were fixed in three days. We loved sitting outside on patio, but chairs are all rusted on bottom of legs and wobble.
  Remote control back is missing and we needed to change batteries.
  We all went to Busch gardens and had a wonderful time, especially feeding the giraffe. We had great meals at Sea Dog and Verducci’s Italian restaurant.

  Unit was nice. We had minor issues (toaster didn’t work, etc) and that were resolved the same day. I usually stay beachfront but glad we stayed in this unit as we were able to see manatees an dolphins from our balcony. The pool and beach weren’t crowded and I was worried about that with it being June. We would definitely return!

  We had a great time and the place fit us well. The only thing I would recommend is making sure the pullout couch has been cleaned before you have company. There was a lot of food in the mattress.   We have rented this condo many times. We love the location, close to the hot tub, boardwalk and beach entry, and just a very short walk to the pool and other property amenities. We love watching the wildlife in the inter coastal as well as the people and boats. The quiet beach without the busy crowds like the nearby beaches has always been a draw for us but especially now in these crazy times. If I had to mention anything that might need attention in the condo itself, the oven might need to be looked at as it doesn’t seem to be coming up to the desired temperature when cooking so you either set the temp higher or expect your item to take longer to cook. Carpet had some spots and is showing wear. We will definitely be renting this unit again, we feel comfortable and at home. Having the security there is also a plus they are helpful and friendly. Thanks to the owners for sharing their property with us.

  We rented about 10 units for our very large family reunion and as far as I know every one of us were very satisfied. We had a wonderful time watching the domains and rays in the bay outside our window and the Gulf side was perfect for all the little children as it was shallow and the waves were small. Every evening we watched the beautiful sunset on the beach while the kids raved around and played soccer. It was a really lovely week and we can't wait to return!

  Well located apartment with great views of intercoastal. Very well maintained grounds with superb access to the sea and intercoastal. Location was perfect with a car but no facilities within walking distance. Apartment well furnished though kitchen equipment a little on the cheap side for an apartment of this cost and the television in the living room was very temperamental and would not always come on or change channel.

It is true that there is not too much that is within walking distance from this location as it sits at the end of the peninsula for the peaceful setting, but within just a few minutes drive you have all that you need quite close by!   We loved our stay at Land's End, building 4 unit #406. The unit was clean and bright and was very spacious. Resort Rentals were fast and friendly in correcting any problems that occurred. The unit may be better suited to a family with small children, because of the second bedroom beds. Adults would be better served with twin beds with box springs. We had a very pleasant experience there and will be back for another stay next year.

  This was a terrific place to stay! We loved the safe beach access and felt like we had our own little piece of paradise. The pool was warm even though it was cool outside and there was plenty of seating. (I would have liked the pool to be open a little later than 9pm). Our unit was wonderful! We had plenty of space. We had plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils but for the most part was well stocked. We did have a hard time finding a grill available-definitely need more grills, would have loved gas grills over charcoal-this took a lot of time and made the 3 grills in big demand.

  Before leaving Colorado, we upgraded from a single bedroom to a two bedroom condo, so we could host our 90 year old father. The location of Land's End was ideal for us; easy access to places. The parking & elevator made it so simple for us. The bedrooms, the restrooms, kitchen, dining & living room areas were clean and nice. Wi-Fi & tv worked perfectly. The balcony was a plus,. We highly recommend this condo. The pool & Gulf were readily accessible, too. The staff was warm, friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. We already have plans to return next year. Thank you!

  The condo where we stayed was clean, very well equipped, and had a wonderful location. We sat on our balcony and enjoyed the view as boats came in and out. It was a very short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and centrally located. We especially enjoyed walking on the board walk and walks on the beach which were nice and shady in the mornings. If you want to take a break from the sun, downtown St Pete is easy to reach and very quaint with shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!

  We had 2 issues with the A/C unit. Both were fixed within 2 hours. Very impressive. We appreciate the strict pool rules. No throwing toys or jumping/splashing at the pool. You can actually enjoy it as a pool. Good sized and heated also. Very short walk to the beach. Nice boardwalk to beach and around property. Security staff keeps noise to a minimum. No partiers. Very relaxing and great secure place to take your kids.

  We loved the quiet location and the fantastic views. Unit 406 overlooked the bay, the beach was right in front of the next bldg-a 2 minute walk. Beach and bay views! Our 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrms was spacious and clean. 2 adults , 3 boys-10,17,17-plenty of room. At less than $1,000 for 7 nights-a great deal. Large clean pool, not crowded. We will be back! Only two wishes-1)new linens-they were clean but aged 2)a better explanation of clubhouse usage. Again, a great place!

  Our bunkbed broke in the middle of the night and Resort Rentals had it fixed the next day. The repairman was midly rude, but fixed the bed regardless. We love Lands End!!!!! We've stayed here 4 times and our friends are owners there.
