A row of windows with plantation shutters open the space to a great view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the living room, dining area and the kitchen. Building #3 is next to the grilling area on grounds making your cookouts nice and convenient, it is also near the pool and a very easy walk to the beach access onsite!!

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lands End. The condo was spotless when we arrived, the furniture, while a little old fashioned was in perfect condition. Some of the pots and pans I think are nearing replacement time but everything g we needed was there and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need for cooking. The location of this complex is perfect, steps to the beach which is peaceful, never crowded ?even during Spring Break!), and the pool was great as well. From the condos on the bay side I will say the music across the water at the bar I s very loud on the weekends pretty late- light sleepers may have an issue but we did not and even our 2 year old slept without a problem. Overall we loved our stay and plan to be back next year!

  We've been coming to Lands End and staying in various properties for over 25 years. This was our first time overlooking the inland waterway and it made a pleasant change. The noise from the bars opposite didn't worry us, but it might bother more sensitive people. Lands End is wonderful and we will return, but not to this property. We'll go back to Gulf Front for views of sunsets and dolphins. We have learnt that visiting in January can give you some very poor weather! October/November next time.

  We enjoyed our stay at Lands End. Lovely resort, spacious and the property is nicely manicured, pool lovely, hot tub clean, unit clean. Lovely tennis/pickleball courts.
  Nice view, comfortable furniture including beds. Kitchen well stocked with appropriate dishes pots and pans. Needs new sharp knives.
  
  Unit itself is tired, needs updating, fix cracks on walls, paint the walls, update bathrooms, clock on kitchen wall needs batteries as it is not working., repair towel rack in master bathroom as towels make it fall off, repair cupboard doors on laundry and kitchen pantry as they are off the runners, needs new kitchen bread knife.

  The condo was immaculate and exactly as shown on the site. The beach and pool are right there. I felt safe enough to allow my 17 year old and her friend to walk to the beach or pool even if we were not right beside them. The only negative was the slider door was loud when opening and closing (bottom needed greased or something). The Lands End staff were old grumpy men and rude to everyone. But other than that it was amazing.

  We had a wonderful stay and love the location! The condo itself was a bit dated but the beds were comfortable enough. The one thing that I really did like about this unit is that the master bedroom was towards the back so we weren't disturbed in the evening from the music across the bay.

  great spot and pool is fantastic! place could use some improvements tho. volleyball ,picinic and shuffleboard areas need updating , our rental was nice but very outdated , inland side would be great if not for the noisy clubs across the water , elevators were out several times and being on the top floor with grocerys was no fun a little pricey for what we got but love the location best we have had!

  We were very pleased with Resort Realty. The condo was nice, and the view from the deck was especially interesting. A big negative is the mattresses in both bedrooms. The beds are very hard, and the quality of sheets is poor. Bedroom number two doesn't have a TV. The TV in the living area should be replaced with a flat screen TV and they could move the living area TV to the bedroom number two. The pool is very nice as are the tennis courts. We would stay there again if they changed out the beds and added a TV in bedroom number two.

  Our vacation at Lands End was very enjoyable. We had beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy the beach, pool & tennis. the property is spacious & well cared for. The unit was dated but clean. If we returned we would stay at a unit facing the gulf but we had booked at the last minuet & there were none available.

  Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The condo was a corner unit and had a nice sitting area overlooking the intercoastal waterway. I had no problems with the master bedroom but the second bedroom had an unpleasant odor. It could have been from mildew but I'm not sure. The outside pool was great and the grounds are beautiful.
