Land's End 405 building 4 completely remodeled, top floor condo amazing view!

Wonderful updates and fresh décor plus a great view from your private balcony make this a spectacular vacation condo. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped and ready for some amazing creations! This condo has a washer and dryer for your use, laminate and tiling flooring throughout, free wifi and so much more! Building #4 is across the waterway from St Pete Beach so kick your feet up and watch the action go by! This building is situated nicely near one of the hot tubs on property, close to the BBQ area and is a very easy walk to the pool and beach access onsite!

***Please Note: As of August 1st, 2021 the Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time tenant check in Fee in the amount of $30 per car upon entry at the Land’s End property.***

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   My family had the best time staying at Lands End and your condo! The condo is beautiful with a fun view and amazing, relaxing balcony furniture! We watched dolphins and manatees swimming in the inlet. Also enjoyed watching my son and husband fish in the inlet with the provided fishing rods. The condo kitchen was stocked with all the necessary things to cook family meals. Furniture is beautiful along with bedding. Nice updated bathrooms.   The property was as described, even better than described. It would be helpful if Resort Rentals had a better selection of beach chairs and umbrellas available, especially for those, like me, who take a break from work to spend the entire week on the beach. The condos either do not have beach chairs and umbrellas, or they are not usable for an entire week. The condo was fully stocked with everything needed for comfort, including the kitchen, if you were to eat in. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. All around wonderful week!

  This unit was super nice and clean. A few things that could be fixed. The master bedroom gets super hot and the vent didn’t blow air too well and even with the fan it was hot! And the only other thing was we had three palmetto bugs eeek in the unit. Views were stunning!

  The condo was very spacious, clean and has beautiful decor. We really loved the view of the small beach and the waterway. We could see dolphins and manatees right from the balcony. We enjoyed music from live bands from across the bay. The noise level quiets early so you get a good night's rest to enjoy the amazing sunrise in the morning. The location was perfect for us. Sunset beach is more private than other beaches we've visited in the area. You get all of the beauty without all of the hustle and bustle. The kids fell in love with the pool and swam in it more than the gulf. The property is absolutely gorgeous and although it is somewhat secluded, local attractions, gift shops, food, spirits, even groceries are just a few minutes down the street. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to the area.

  Super nice condo with everything you needed for the beach. The beach is very nice and was not crowded at all. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook dinner. My only suggestion for the kitchen would be to have some plastic cups and plates. Everything was glass and with 2 kids it made me very nervous with them using glass cups and plates on a glass kitchen table! Definitely will be adding this to the list to visit again!!

  Unit #405, Building 4, at Lands End is a comfortable, clean, well-stocked condo with a beautiful view of the inter-coastal waterway. The condo is decorated in Tommy Bahama motif. The guest bathroom has been remodeled. The Master Bath could use an update, but it was fine for our stay. The kitchen stove was older but functioned ok. There were plenty of pots and frying pans in a variety of sizes for those times that we cooked in. The beds were super comfortable. There is a closet filled with beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and loads of sand toys, plus more cabinets with games, books and movies. We were told to bring beach towels, but found three in the closet.
  The only negative for this unit is the almost nightly music directly across the waterway from two popular restaurants. Some nights were louder than others but they are required to stop the live music at 10pm. For those who like the idea of free concerts, this wouldn't be a problem, but we prefer a quieter environment and our own choice of music.
  We loved the Lands End complex! Having the Gulf on one side and the waterway on the other was ideal. Loved the walkway around the complex. The saltwater pool was wonderful. We shuffled from the beach to the pool on most days and went down to view the gorgeous sunset almost every night! The weather was fantastic! As first time snowbirds, we were spoiled with 25 days of 80* temps, while our friends up north were shoveling snow!

  We love Lands End! We have been visiting here for at least 13 years. Everyone is so friendly. Also, security guards are very pleasant. There are always different generations, grandparents,parents grand children which many of them you see year after year. Always have a parking space. Stairs & elevator convenient.   This was our second time vacationing at Land's End and,as before, the complex was beautiful and provided all the amenities we desired. This was our first time using unit 405,building 4, and for the most part were extremely pleased with the unit. However, we were disappointed with the bed in the master bedroom as we found it not very comfortable and the condition of the stove as only two burners were working. Also, the music from the other side of the canal was sometimes a bit too loud and went on too long. Despite these negatives we had a very nice holiday and would return.

  We have been staying at Lands End for at least 12 years. It is quiet & the grounds are well kept. The pool is huge! And the gulf is steps away. You can walk on the boardwalk, down the street or on the beach. It's a great neighborhood. We see same faces year after year.The unit this year was very homey & very well stocked with kitchen items. There is no problem with parking spaces.

  Checked in on Thursday afternoon before a holiday weekend and rented here for 9 nights. the rental agent was as nice as can be and even allowed us an early checkin. The condo was well stocked with dishesm pots pans and glassware. even had a crockpot, a toaster, coffemaker and an electric kettle!We didnt do much cooking there,but it was nice to know we could have if we wanted to. There were games and puzzles, we didnt use them, but again thought it was a nice touch. The smaller bedroom had several beach chairs and unbrella noodles for the pool. The beach was a short walk and very secluded. We saw just a ahndful of people at the pool and the beach though it was a holiday weekend.
  Furnishings were nice, floors were nice and clean on our arrival. Pillows and sheets were decent, not luxury, but acceptable quality. If you are particular about your pillow bring your own like I did. Would have been 5 stars except for a few minor things-
  The place needs blackout cutains in the master bedroom. even with the curtains drawn, the morning sun shone right through these beige panels, and prevented us from sleeping past 7am every day. Much of the glassware, dishes and flatware needed to be handwashed before they were acceptable for use. Looked like a lot of the dishes were just rinshed off with water rather than washed with dishsoap.
  Finally, the place looked as if it was not rented for awhile before our visit, and though there was a small amount of dust on the nightstands and furniture, the baseboards and lamps in the bedroom were thick with dust. Otherwise this place was perfect and these are very easy things to remedy.

  Our recent stay at Lands End was very restful. Our condo was very clean and updated and had everything we needed. We were able to eat meals, play games, and watch the big game Sunday night comfortably. The beach was big and not crowded at all. The only complaint which seems to be the same for ever review of the property I've ever read is the pool situation. The property management are rabid when it comes to the pool rules. No balls in the pool, no drinks near the water of the pool, no floaties in the pool. There are a lot of pool rules so it is not very friendly for kids in the pool area. The guard made sure to tell me right up front to read those rules and complained about people not following them. Otherwise, the property was very nice, well maintained, quiet and a great stay!

  Apartment was wonderful, it was up to date and clean. They area is a very safe place for children to be. The beach is clean and not packed, you won't lose your children.   First, this condo was exactly as advertised and pictured; no surprises. The appliances and dinnerware were of good quality and they worked. Plenty of linens and towels and they were in excellent condition. The unit was absolutely spotless and the whole facility was immaculate. The beach gear, chairs, umbrella, toys were greatly appreciated. The people in the other condos were very friendly and well behaved. The rules are enforced so don't plan to "spring break party" it here. But it's run well and maintained superbly. I'll be back.

  We had a great time at the Lands End Building 4 #405. The entire property was beautiful!! The pool area was awesome and it was really cool to play beach volleyball and have a BBQ outside. The beach and the boardwalk were amazing. As for our condo, it was great!! It had everything we needed, even games and beach toys for the kids.   Location of the Land's End property is very nice if you're looking to escape typical touristy beach areas. The grounds are very nice, and the beach was never crowded, even on the weekend. While the public beach is not that far, the crowd never spilled over to the private area by Land's End.
  Only negative comments were very minor issues with the unit itself - we found no spare trash bags (would be nice if you had them on site if you want people to empty trash regularly), and the shower head in the master bath was moldy. Otherwise, the unit was well maintained and had everything needed for an enjoyable week away from it all.

I expressed this concern once, I saw the elevator company's van in the resort, but the problem continued to the last day.
