Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   The property was just like the pictures. It was very comfortable & loved the top floor beach view. Easy to get keys at the office located 5 minutes away from the rental for after hours & weekend pick up & drop off.
  The only negative was the guest room was a bit dark, I will contact the rental company to add a lamp & cleaners could be a bit more thorough on dusting floors under furniture.
  The condo had everything that we needed with lots of dishes , nice fridge & looked updated.
  Everyone that we met by the pool was very nice too. Lots of renters & condo owners.

  Land's End is the ultimate in comfort,tranquility, and water view. Going to sleep with the sound of the waves and waking up to the call of the seagulls is equal to my vacation in Hawaii. I spent most of my time on the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. I came here for relaxation and that's what I got. Who could want anything more than watching the dolphins in the gulf or the beautiful sunsets? If you really want to venture out, John's Pass, a short drive away, has some neat little shops and places to grab a bite to eat or relax with a cocktail. Will I come back? In a heartbeat....I'm already checking availabilities!

  This was one of our favorite rentals. The condo was clean, the beach was quiet, the staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions. More towels would have been nice instead of just 1 towel per person per day. We had to wash towels every day, but with the washer/dryer it wasn't a big deal. The master bed wasn't very comfortable, but we've slept in worse. The balcony and view were perfect! We saw dolphins swim along the shoreline a few days during our stay. Better weather would have been nice, but you just never know when you plan a vacation. We would definitely stay here again!!

  We had a wonderful vacation , staying in this beautiful condo. We usually stay in building 6 ,but the condo we regularly rent was occupied for part of our time ,so we selected this condo based on reviews and the way it looked. We really thought the condo was lovely. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable , which we find unusual in rentals. We slept wonderfully for the 2 weeks we were there. We loved sitting on our deck in the evening and watching the storms over the gulf and the beautiful sunsets.
  Thank you to the owners for making the condo so lovely and such a comfortable place. I would suggest 1 very small thing to them, some nice coffee mugs would be a good addition to the kitchen . The ones in the apartment were a little small and fragile.

  Our family had a great week at Land's End the last week of March 2019. My wife was apprehensive about booking, but was pleasantly surprised when we first walked into the unit. It was very clean, and exceeded our expectations. The view of the Gulf is amazing, and the layout is perfect. With access from both the master bedroom and main room, I was able to enjoy the outside porch in the mornings while my children slept in without disturbing them. This unit easily slept 6. It even included a couple of beach chairs and other beach items. The location of this resort is perfect. Beach traffic is light because of the inlet at the South end of the property. Each day we saw many Dolphins along the coast and in the inlet. Caddy's Beach Bar is a short walk down the beach, and we enjoyed eating dinner in John's Pass and Medeira Beach. Overall, it was a great experience.

  First, the property was very clean. That is very important to us. That is one of the reasons we continue to stay at Lands End through Resort Realty. Never had any issues.
  The property was listed as a premium site. I've stayed at 4 other locations at Lands End, 3 on the inland waterway and 2 on the Gulf Side. I would not rate this as a premium site. It was nice but not premium.
  The toaster didn't work, the tables and chairs were worn, beach umbrella was totally broken and unusable. No outdoor grilling utensils were found.
  I will stay at Lands End going forward through Resort Realty but not sure I would choose this particular unit again.
  Plenty of activities and restaurants near by. Never enough time to do it all. The beach is wonderful. Clean and since it is not close to public access, relatively quiet and not over run with people. The pool is very well kept, clean, absolutely wonderful. My grandson loved it. Easy to meet people and get to know your neighbors.
  Another great week and fun experience!

  Lands End Condo Resort and its location on sunset beach is the perfect getaway for my wife and I. Our only problem was the stay wasn't long enough. Being surrounded on three sides by the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass inlet insured a quiet, peaceful vacation. We are definitely retuning next year.

  I've been coming to Land's End since I was a child. Now I've started taking my own family there. I was impressed at how well the grounds are are maintained and the pool, boardwalks, buildings, etc still look wonderful. This particular unit was the best unit I've ever stayed in at Land's End. It's beautiful, well appointed, and very nicely renovated with lots of storage. My only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was too hard for my husband and I. Next year we will just take a mattress topper and that will all be solved. We loved the unit and had an awesome vacation and plan to return to the same unit again next summer!

  This is our 4th year staying in Land's End and we liked the condo we were in this year. The only complaints we had were minor ones, such as no waste basket in the second bedroom, the iron leaked while ironing and there was only one alarm clock radio for two bedrooms. Other than that we had a very good time and enjoyed our stay.

  Just as I was about to hand in the keys at the end of a very nice break, one of the cleaners reversed accidentally into my hire car. The driver spoke no English and I speak no Albanian so I was at a loss as to what to do next. Reported problem to Resort Rentals and all problems were immediately resolved.   The place was as expected and the property was excellent and well maintained. The unit was clean and very comfortable and we like the renovation of the master bath room. There are some small things we never experienced in other units. For example there was no sugar, salt or coffee filters for the first days. This is of course not required but very handy. We had to call for two broken bulbs. Normally you can find them in the unit. And at last we killed two cockroaches.

  This is the second time we have stayed at lands end, the property is great it is clean, safe and not over crowded. The faculties are nice however it would be nice if it had a gym. One thing the drive me crazy was the flying cockroaches, they should spray as they are extremely annoying. The two older gentlemen working the gate were extremely friendly and welcoming however the younger gentlemen was rude and inappropriate with the teenagers I wouldn't have him on staff. Overall I would recommend lands end

  My inlaws and my family (two kids 6yr/2yr) stayed a week in June and LOVED the beach there! There is an abundance of shell for those who like to collect. There was a great supply of beack toys and chairs/umbrella. The kids loved the boogie boarding. The grounds were well kept and the interior of the condo was beautiful! Very well remodeled. The staff was friendly and courteous! There were a few dishes not quite clean and an occasional appearance of a cockroach...kinda gross, but nothing that cannot be rectified with a little bug spray and dish detergent. (side note-overall very clean and nice. The condo happens to be located close to the garbage shoot which is probably where the bug issue comes from. By no means was the place overrun.) Overall a great vacation spot.

  We keep returning to Lands End and this condo is very well furnished and has fabulous views of the Gulf. We can watch dolphins and manatee from the balcony. Excellent dining places within a short drive. This place is as close to Paradise as I can imagine. If the cleaners had cleaned under furnishings we would not have had ants to deal with!!

  Upon arrival at the rental office, we were greated by a very polite acommodating lady.
  When we got to the condo, we were blown away by the accomodations and was breath taking.
  A lovely quiet spot on the beach. Not a lot of extra activities besides the heated pool and the Ocean . We felt safe and comfortable.
  Lots of shopping and restaurants in ST Pete's. Disney and Sea world about 2 hours away.
  We were sad to leave our lovely accomodations, and intend on going again. We give it a two thumbs up.

  This was our 3rd time at Land's End and my husband is already talking about coming back next year. Our experience overall was great. Beautiful spot that's great for kids/families. Our unit was nice - carpet in both bedrooms needs updating/cleaning but that was about it. It's not a cheap spot but very good value for what you get.
