This top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom has been nicely updated and is ready for you! The kitchen has been beautifully updated and is fully equipped and ready for your culinary masterpieces to be created! The view of the Intracoastal Waterway can be seen from the living room and master bedroom, it can also be enjoyed from your private balcony as you relax and unwind after your day of sunshine on the beach. Building #3 is next to the grilling area on grounds making your cookouts nice and convenient, it is also near the pool and a very easy walk to the beach access onsite!!

***Please Note: As of August 1st, 2021 the Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time tenant check in Fee in the amount of $30 per car upon entry at the Land’s End property.***

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!   Location was great! Seen manatees many times during out stay. Bar across the water had live music nightly you could hear from the balcony. Overall cleanliness could have been better for what you get charged for cleaning fee. Had issues with the shades in the bedroom they were stuck open so you get woke up with the sun very early. Ended up pulling it closed for the remainder of the stay. Fee other issues they did send maintenance to fix..Kitchen could have used another frying pan. I ended up buying some and taking them with me. Overall a great place to stay.

  I have stayed at this resort for 14 years now. Love it overall. This year the refrigerator wasn't working correctly so when I made contact with the office they sent someone to look at it and they ended up replacing it. The new freezer ice maker did not work right it just kept calling for water and filling the ice tray with water. We came back from being at beach one day and had water all over kitchen. They sent people out again but long story short we did not have ice after day 3 for our 2 week stay. The kitchen also was very minimally stocked which was also a disappointment which is why I gave the general condition only 3 stars.

  We had a good stay we met some nice is a nice spot away from the big crowds had a man at the gate 24/7 You always felt safe the beach was never Crowded sometimes you had it to yourself.Our only complaint was they were remodeling the condo below us and there were 4 days you had to leave because the noise was so loud you could not talk in our condo so we left but other than that it was good

  Loved the location! We were located in the last resort on the southern end of the island. We walked out of the building, past the pool and across the boardwalk to the beach. The beach was very quiet. More people as you walked north. It was the perfect place to relax and catch some sun. We saw dolphins every day and some even in the waterway outside below our balcony. It was a short drive to many restaurants and attractions. The unit was clean but could use some updates. Paint peeling in the bathroom, blinds not working the best, floors and woodwork old but clean. The pot to the coffee maker was missing when we arrived but a call to the main office and they delivered a new coffee maker in minutes. Overall a great place to stay and relax!

  Our overall experience was great. Lands End was very clean and location is fantastic. Staff was friendly but firm on their rules and regulations. Our room was a little outdated and Patio furniture was in need of repair. The hot water for showers and dishes was hard to come by.   Nice property, great location, lovely sunrises over the city, interesting boat traffic on the waterway. However the music from the bar across the waterway was horrible. This goes for this unit and others in the building. I feel sorry for anyone who owns a unit with this problem. I enjoy a good time but the music blasted directly into the unit from 6:00 to 10:30 and was impossible to sleep through. I doubt that we will stay at this property again. The property management company was sympathetic but there was nothing they could do. Be forewarned; unless the city has shut the bar down the music may drive you to the second bedroom and then you will still hear it. btw; the bar is in St. Pete and the property Treasure Island. Different cities but 100 yards away. Neither police department is interested in the problem.

There is live music that occurs and there is no set schedule to it unfortunately when it comes to the days of the weeks, it does change throughout the season. There is a city ordinance in place so that it stops at a certain time of the night; however we are so sorry for the frustration that is caused you during your stay. Should you visit the Land’s End community again the buildings on the beach side (6-11) do not experience this issue.   As others have described in their reviews, I will confirm that some folks may have issue with the music that comes from the bars across the waterway, not an issue for us, we enjoy the live rock and roll music. Additionally, the use of the small strip of beach on the inland waterway below the condo outside the Lands End property that has become an unofficial dog park (significant barking at times)may disrupt your daytime balcony time. This is a beautiful complex I very much enjoy staying here.

  We all loved the property overall. Fabulous pool,spas and beautiful beach and bay access. Everyone of us plus our guests all agreed this is a place we would like to come back to again. The view from the top floor on the bay is wonderful, get to enjoy live music from the bars across the channel.   The bigest complaint was the front door lock; you had to only turn the key to the right to open. Nobody explained this to us prior to arrival. We could not open the door when we first arrived until another tenent luckly passrd by and opened the door for us. Later when we still could not open it again, we call maintenance who gave us the trick to open the door. The elavator was broken when we were leaving and we had to carry all our luggage down the steps.

  This was a wonderful vacation. Loved the unit we were in The view was spectacular. Watched the boats come in from the Gulf and dolphins and manatees.   Our stay in this unit was good. We had a few maintenance problems but when reported they were quickly resolved. The resort was very nice; nice landscaping, enjoyed the pool, beach and location on Treasure Island.
  It would have been nice if there were a few more amenities in the unit such as a roll of paper towel and large bars of soap in the bathrooms instead of a few mini bars.
  We enjoyed the location of the unit but you can hear the music and noise from the bars across the water. But we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony anyway.

  This was our 3rd stay at Lands End and we will be back. The facilities are wonderful, with options for beach or pool and this time we brought our tennis rackets. The location is ideal to get to out to Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach dining. The beach is our favorite with the white sands and shells. A definite family vacation destination!
