Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   This unit has spectacular views and we really enjoyed the location. It had some nice updates and was clean. There are a few things that could be replaced that are outdated in the master bathroom. The one major issue we had with this unit was the master bed- for us, it was hard as a rock and we ended up sleeping in the back bedroom, which is very unfortunate. Additionally, the sheets were extremely pilled and so some owners in another unit loaned us some which was wonderful. Other than that, we love Lands End, but encourage Resort Rentals to look at their linens and replace as appropriate.

  This is our second time staying in building number five. It provides the best of both worlds. Nice view of the gulf with the sound of constant waves hitting the rocks from the inlet. It’s like being at the ocean without sand on your feet. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo. I especially benefited from the great Internet service and little workstation in corner of kitchen. Was able to complete my remote work with ease. Pool was clean. Hot tubs well maintained. Lovely boardwalk for morning walks.

  We had a lovely vacation here and especially liked the attractive furniture, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful view. Right away we noticed something was amiss with the king-sized bed, which sagged visibly in the middle, and we called Resprt Rentals. They sent out a team who discovered a broken bed frame, and it was replaced the next day. They even brought two new pillows!

  Beautifully updated unit with amazing views of the gulf and Blind Pass from the balcony in Building 5. The green captains chairs provided the best seat in the condo! Would have preferred the daybed (which had been removed, despite the RR office telling me it was still in place when we booked) rather than the air mattress. Loved the digital key to the unit. The grounds were amazing, as always, although the boardwalk in front of the unit was closed for repairs. The A/C was not working our first night, but RR had a repairman out quickly to resolve. This was our 9th or 10th trip to LE- we’ll definitely return!
  One suggestion, add a keurig coffee maker to the updated kitchen.

  Lands End property is an ideal west coast vacation spot. Property is private and well maintained. Stayed in several units and each provides a marvelous view of gulf or bay. This particular unit provides interesting views of boaters and fisherman. Each day we actually saw a manatee swimming by. Do not like new policy of charging $10 per day for a visitor no matter how brief the stay.

  EXCELLENT Stay!! Every aspect ran smoothly from picking up the rental unit info. packet to the day we left. Loved the fact the unit had a key code to enter so not to worry about lost keys. The place was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular. The ocean was literally 10 feet away and I loved hearing the waves and watching all the dolphins daily. Beach is a short walk and feels like a private beach since its at the end of the peninsula. The deck furniture was so comfortable we spent every morning enjoying our coffee while listening to the sweet sound of the ocean below. SO RELAXING - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT!!!
  NOTE: Bring your own laundry detergent, dish washing soap, beach towels. The only thing that would make this rental better would be better beach furniture/chairs and a larger, sturdy umbrella.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. We liked it as well as being in our regular beach front condo. We thought it was pretty well stocked. We thought if there were things they could do here to make it better would be to provide a vacuum cleaner, some beach chairs, and to improve the master bed. The queen guest bed was very nice and substantial , where the master bed was a bit flimsy and the mattress could use an upgrade.
  We did have a wonderful 2 weeks and I will definitely rent this unit again. Thanks to resort rentals for their prompt help with anything we needed. They are such a great group of people!!

  Our rental condo was very nice and well equipped for folks like us, flying into the area and not bringing many things except clothing. I met a number of very nice people staying and living in our building and they made the stay all the more enjoyable. We could see the bay on the south side of the island and saw dolphins a number of times. Our only problem was with the mirror in the second bathroom, obviously set very low for children, I guess. It was not easy for a man to stand and try to shave before this mirror, I can assure you. Other than this, the property was quite nice and the location excellent.

  We loved it so much we booked again for next year. Staff members were accommodating. Unfortunately we were there when the Easter crowd was coming in and it was so crowded there was not a seat to be found at the pool. Also, as much as I loved the condo it took alot of upkeep cleaning. Maybe the owners could consider a good spring cleaning before renting. I had to dust when we arrived and there was alot of debris that fell from the sofa. I saw 404 and if that unit were available to rent in March I would switch as it seems it is taken care of with more updated furnishing. See you in March anyway.

  Great place, will stay there again. Only issue was the floors, balcony tables and top of fridge were not totally clean, especially the tile floors and carpet on the balcony. Other than that, great experience. Will stay again and would recommend using Resort Rentals to anyone.

  Condo in general was in good condition. Pots, pans and cutlery could be replaced. We had to rewash several dishes. Sliding door to balcony no one could open but my husband. Beds were all confortable. View from master bedroom was magnificent. Great location . Would definately return.

  I was very happy with Resort Realty. They have always been pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. This particular unit was not my favorite. The view and location was superb, but the unit was not updated like other units in the building. There were no screen doors in the living room and master bedroom. Lwaving the door opened to enjoy the breeze and sounds of the water resulted in bugs getting in. The vertical blinds were not anchord at the bottom and kept banging in the breze which was worsened by the lack of screen doors. No water pressure in the bathroom of the second bedroom. No ice maker in the refrigerator. Outdated paint in the kitchen. Stains on the comforter in the master bedroom. Mirrors were dirty and ceiling fans were dusty. Great location, great rental company, but unit needs some major work.

  We really love the location and the pool, Unfortunately during out stay there was a problem with the pool and we were unable to use it for about 3 days which was really dissappointing. They didn't seem to be in too much of a hurry to get if fixed which was also frustrating.
