Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   We had a death in the family. We traveled from Maryland and had to stay 2 weeks hoping to straighten out personnel business. Whenever we come to St. Pete we always try to stay at Lands End! It is in the middle of everything you would want yet just a quick turn down an offshoot of Gulf Blvd. Nice secure quiet property. One thing, this property needed updating but was fine for what we needed.

The property is a gated community, has a great pool and boardwalk and Resort Rentals is an easy and professional company to book through. They are very hands on. The condo was spacious with an incredible view, hard to beat the view. It needs some updating, however, but was still very clean.

  I have always wanted to stay at Lands End. Have 2 daughters that live in St. Pete but have always either stayed at ones house or in a hotel. My son was able to come for much of the week and stay with us. The size of the condo was very roomy. Loved every minute spent on the deck looking at the ocean. The pool was excellent...Huge! Parking is easy. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The sofa was so comfortable, I could have slept on it. We just very nice stay and hope to be back often.

  This is a beach front condo on the corner. We went from the pool to the beach, mostly at the pool with most meals in our kitchens. The unit could use an updated Master Bath. Other then that the balcony is larger with the corner location. Lots of time on the balcony. Really a great time.

  Have stayed at Lands End more than once, always love the locations, the grounds, the pool. This is the first time at this unit. Overall, very clean, dated decor, but fine. Pool had very disrespectful guests this time and the Lands Ends security did not do much. People swearing loudly in large groups of people as well as loud music being played. Have never experience that before, was disappointed by that. Also, many people left their stuff on the beach all day whether or not the guests were there. Biggest issue I have had is with all the units we have stayed in, the sheets are from a service and thus at times barely fit the bed and certainly do not stay in place, very annoying. Unit was overall good, view is always amazing. Resort Rentals is always easy to work with, will return again!

  The only thing that was not FABULOUS was the low Canadian Dollar, making this a more expensive vacation than planned. We really liked our unit, a little dated, but quite lovely. Awesome view of the Gulf! Pool time & beach time were the best times for this family with 2 boys. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The public Boardwalk is a definite plus.   this is a beautiful property and a very nice condo with a great view of the gulf. Pool is large and well maintained. Our problem was all the maintenance being done and could get no peace or quiet. Monday at the pool, they decided to jackhammer the hot tub and wasn't available the rest of the week. Every morning between 7:30 and 8:00 AM was awakened by tree trimming, mowing and various other forms of power tool torture. We have high stressed jobs and was really looking for peace and quiet but got none.

  This was our 4th year staying at Land's End. We like the property and its location. We have never had a problem that wasn't resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. They are strict about the pool/spa rules and don't allow horseplay. That's good and bad, well bad for the kids. This resort has a secluded feel as it is at the end of Sunset Beach. The pool bathrooms were closed at the end of our stay but we heard they are renovating the bathrooms and the pool area so we should see some improvements next year. We stay on the beach side so we never hear any of the reported noise coming from the bars across the water on the weekends.

The pool and 2 hot tubs that we used were perfect. People very friendly! Definately coming back! 2 suggestions...later checkout and I didn't see on your list about what to bring...such as extra toilet paper, papertowels, tin foil, etc and garbage bags. Not a big deal but I could have brought them from home instead of buying them...(Those are just a couple of things you don't think of when you are packing) Thanks!

  Our first time in a condo at Land's End with wrap around windows next to the Gulf. Awesome view. Loving photography, we were able to get so many beautiful photographs. As far as the condo itself, the only negative was the condition of the carpet in the living area. However, this is easily understood with a light colored carpet in a rental. We enjoyed the condo so much, we have reserved it for 2 weeks next year. This property is maintained well even though it is not amoung the newer ones in the area. Love the secluded location. Note we have stayed at this property many times over the years.

  The unit was pretty nice but very much outdated. Especially the furniture and bathrooms. The king bed was very comfortable. The maid who cleaned before us did a marginal job. They enforce the property rules. We felt pretty safe with 24 hour gate guard. But unfortunately they let anyone in if the can provide a bldg and unit number. They should make them give a name of a current guest. Being on the gulf side, we never heard the music from the bars across the bay as some reviewers on Trip Advisor complained about. Overall, we would come back, maybe to a different unit.

  We had a fantastic stay at Lands End...perfect weather perfect views of the Gulf..great location, our condo was clean and neat and very comfortable, we had a wonderful time..not one thing wrong with this place I only wish I could have stayed longer than a week, we would definitely come back again. We also enjoyed our front row seat on the beach to all the fireworks..awesome !

  Just about everything was perfect. On the last day of our stay there was someone smoking outside on the balcony below us and we were not able to enjoy any time on our balcony. I did not think smoking was allowed. I did not say anyting or call management since we were departing the next day but I would like to know if smokking is allowed. If it's not, next time, I'll call management.

  WE HAVE HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM LANDS END FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND VERY MUCH ENJOY THE LOCATION. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND AN UPPER FLOOR CORNER UNIT THAT WE VERY MUCH ENJOY. ITS CERTAINLY ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU COULD EXPECT FROM A VACATION PROPERTY; THE VIEW IS FABULOUS, THE UNIT HAS A GREAT LAYOUT AND AMPLE SPACE, THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS CLEANLINESS. SOME OF THE FURNITURE IS WORN, THE RUGS ARE IN NEED OF A DEEP SCRUB AND THE CLEANING CREW SHOULD SPEND MORE TIME CLEANING THE UNITS BETWEEN A CHANGEOVER OF GUESTS. HOWEVER, WE CONTINUE TO LOVE THE LOCATION, THE BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS, THE PEACE OF BEING ON SUNSET BEACH AND THE GOOD AMENITIES.

  Location and facilities at Land's End were great. Sofa and carpet should be replaced. Kitchen could be a better stocked. "Daily" items such as dish washing soap; salt, pepper & spices; foil, etc. were not supplied and had to be purchased. Would have loved to have beach chairs available for use on beach.

  in 2012. The condos are extremely clean, with premium furniture, kitchen like at home, spacious bedrooms. Breathtaking views over the golf, really nothing negativ. We love it.

  A beautiful condo in a great setting. The beach is beautiful and wide and the sea is clear. The condo could be cleaned better, there is a lot of dust. The A/C unit has a tendency to want to freeze up as well. But the condo is well equipped for all your needs while there, down to having chairs and a umbrella for the beach. I realy liked the seclusion of the beach as well, not many people on the beach and it is so big, it would not matter.

  Lovely well maintained condo with a beautiful unobstructed view of gulf and sunsets. Beach is nice to walk along.
  25 metre pool good for swimming but get in early as lots of families and busy during the day. No workout area in complex. Ought to have one for such a large dev't. Nice restaurants in the vicinity but need a car to get to any community area eg St. Pete's beach.

  We stayed in this lovely unit from February 16 through February 28, 2010. It is a corner property so we had the advantage of a gorgeous view of the Gulf and waterway ane enjoyed spectaular sunsets.The unit is a two bedroom/two bath and very spacious. The property and the condo had many amenities and the staff were very cordial and helpful. We are already looking forward to a return visit.
