Both the living room and bedroom open onto the private balcony facing west and you can see the Gulf of Mexico sparkling in the distance. Located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood, you just walk across the property to the beach. Free internet service. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Stop in and visit Winter the dolphin. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom sink did not drain well and stuff just looks worn out. I will return to Land's End, but will look for a different condo to rent. Just sad to say this about the one I stayed in. I enjoy the location.

  Yes the property description and photos are accurate. Yes the property and the condominium property was clean and well maintained. The property manager does a fine job. Yes I would highly recommend this property to any couple or small family. I loved the seclusion and privacy of Land’s End.
  
  In particular, the property owner provides a well maintained condominium and goes the extra steps to provide ample cooking, bedding and linen supplies. Waste removal is made easy by a convenient trash chute and parking is both secure and of ample size. I’d happily return to this property. Well done!

  We were many times in a Lands End Condo.The property managment is always professional and really helpful. The whole Lands End is very nice, excellently kept, safe and calm.
  The condo 401 in Building 1 is a one bedroom condo but you have everything there what you need for two people. The kitchen is well equipped,the bed in bedroom is very comfortable and there is a good size balcony with view across the pool to the gulf. We were very satisfied, as usually.

  Resort Rental folks wore very professional and had a great rental experience with them for the last 10 years. We rented this #401 bldg1 apartment before and it was OK. This time around the Dishwasher didn't work and no internet. The Verizon internet they have si so lousy it's totally unusable.

In regards to the wifi, it can get a bit “busy” out there and sometimes a simple refresh of the equipment will allow you to connect to your device. If the problem still continues, again just let us know at the office and we would be more than happy to trouble shoot the problem as needed and perhaps can get you connected to a temporary signal until the problem is resolved. We truly apologize for the less than best experience you had this past stay, but we really hope you will stay with us again so that we can give you the wonderful vacation experience that you truly deserve!!

However, this will not stop me from staying at Land's End in the future - beach is normally fantastic as well as the weather - too bad Resort Rentals isn't in control of mother nature - if they were the weather would have been as perfect as Unit 401, building 1.   The security guards were overly strict. We had not been notified that we needed to advisse them of guests and one guard was particularly rude to me about it. We are considering not staying again simply because of the guards and overall rule oriented feel of Land's End. I understand rules, but they seemed to go too far. We are a family with a 2 1/2 year old- we weren't creating any problems.

  We enjoyed a wonderful 7 week stay at Land’s End this past winter. The weather was above normal almost every day and we were able to spend a lot of time at the pool and the beach. This was a great relaxing time at a meticulously manicured gated condo property. We love the fact that the property is secured and somewhat secluded yet close to everything you could possibly want to do. A real plus for this location is that it’s just a few miles from great dining and many local attractions. Kudos to the staff at Resort Rentals and the condo complex, they are very professional and accommodating. We recommend this property and are looking forward to our 8 week stay in 2013.

  This is about the 5th time I have used Resort Rentals to book a stay at Land's End Resort. They are the best company to work with and I have never had any problems with them of any kind. They are very courteous and treat you like family to insure you have the best stay possible. The management at Land's End Resort is also very delightful and welcome you as a valued visitor. The compound is beautiful and well kept and represents Resort Rentals in an extremely positive light. It may not be the Carribbean, but the Sunset Beach community, Land's End Resort and Resort Rentals always make our stay our own personal paradise. You can't go wrong using this valued company.
