This condo has a special, floor plan and 2 private balconies. The living room and guest bedroom open onto a private balcony. The master bedroom has its own private balcony. This condo has a unique view. It is located across from the pool on the east side of the property. Both private balconies and windows face west and you can see the Gulf of Mexico sparkling in the distance. Located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood, this comfortable condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Free wireless internet service. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   The view of the Gulf, from the living room lanai, is framed beautifully by palm trees. The condo owner has thought to most everyone's needs. She has stocked the kitchen quite well (utensils, pans, dishes, etc.). My husband and I appreciate that this unit has carpeting, which is easier on the feet than tile. We've enjoyed our stays here. Love the area. We were happy that Treasure Island and St. Pete were spared of any damages caused by hurricane Ian.

  Our annual family vacation for the last three years have been at Land's End. Before that, we have stayed around St Pete's or Treasure Island for the last twenty years of vacation destinations.
  I just want to say, Gail and staff at Resort Rentals have always gone out of their way to accommodate. From lockouts, AC not quite cold enough, they are 24/7 partners to a y issue you have.
  Units are always very clean and furnished well.Consistantcy is always there when Gail is in charge.

  Land's End is in a great location - at the end of the road so very quiet and lots of room on the beach. Mostly seniors although a few kids were there - Although there are signs posted not to reserve pool loungers, many people did however there was usually space for us. The beach was beautiful and lots of nice areas to walk. Have to drive to get to restaurants but plenty within 5 - 10 minutes. Our condo was clean and well-maintained, kitchen well-equipped. Could have used beach chairs. Excellent customer service at check-in and check-out. Very close to Madeira Beach and John's Pass . We would definitely recommend.

We are sorry the condo did not have beach chairs for you, that unfortunately is an inventory that is constantly changing each week as they do go missing, which is unfortunate. Should you not find beach chairs in your next rental, please give us a call at our office as we do keep a supply here that we are happy to lend out to you for the duration of your stay, based on our inventory of course. The pool loungers do get filled up pretty quickly and we are sorry to hear there were some not playing by the rules out there regarding that.   I have to say that I've stayed at Lands End more than 10 times and will come back in the future. The only issue is that I will have to be more selective as to the building and unit I choose. This development was built in the 80's and some units are showing their age internally. The grounds and outside amenities are superb and well maintained, it's internally on some units where they are aging. On this trip 2 out of 3 TVs were not working requiring handyman to come over to fix things. Our refrigerator stopped working - had to throw about $50 worth of food out. A repairman was sent out to fix it, took about 2 days for freezer to work again. The elevator in building 1 malfunctioned multiple times, we had to take the stairs which is not so bad but we had a baby - to bring carriage & items wasn't fun. We still had a great time - it is a very nice development but for the premium price that you pay the units definitely need upgrading especially in the bathrooms and bedrooms. There are renovated units in Lands End, I will be looking for those in the future.

All of the condos are individually owned so each is different on the interior based on what the owner has done with their unit. This condo that you stayed in is one that falls into our standard category of units, the premier units will be the condos that have recent updates to include updated kitchen and bathrooms, newer flooring, furnishings, appliances and flat screen TV’s.   My family and I had a wonderful stay at this unit. We stayed between July 3rd and July 17th. The apartment is wonderful, with great views. The beach (Sunset Beach) is spectacular and not crowded. Even though it is hot in July, we still spent 3 hours at the beach every morning and about 2 hours in the afternoon after 5pm, with protective clothing. The area is beautiful, lots of sightseeing options. We had a lot of fun renting paddle boards that are delivered to and picked up from Land's End. We watched the fireworks from our balcony on the 4th, very convenient since we were with two little kids. The unit had some beach toys, two beach chairs, an umbrella, and some swimming noodles. The parking is right under the building, and the assigned spot very close to the elevator. There is a cart available to transport your luggage. The noise insulation was not that great. The unit is overlooking the pool, that is open until 11pm, so there is some noise from there, but not too bad, and we heard people starting their cars to leave as early as 5:30 in the morning. But most of all we had a noisy neighbor upstairs. All this with closed windows. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Overall great place to stay, and we would love to go back.

  My family had an amazing vacation at Lands End. We found this place through VRBO and despite the fact that we saw photo, we were still a bit anxious about the place. However, from the moment we opened the door of the condo, we were in love with the place - the ocean view is amazing, the condo was very clean and comfortable, all the necessities were there, including kitchen appliances, dishes and cutlery, sheets, towels, etc.. We are a family of five and sleeping arrangement worked well in this unit, and two roomy bathrooms were great as well. Loved the balcony where we enjoyed most of our meals. The pool is excellent, the beach absolutely amazing! We were in Treasure Island in August so the place was very quite, which we absolutely loved! A wonderful vacation!

  This unit is Wonderful!!! It has a view of the pool and the Gulf. The unit is spacious. The kitchen has all needed cooking pots/pans and accessories to cook large meals. We loved staying here and will stay again in this unit. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. You won't go wrong staying in this unit!! We had a great time here. The only complaint is that the cleaning service could do a better job of cleaning.

  We loved the unit we stayed in, however the air conditioner was not working properly. Besides that we have only good things to say about our unit and the whole facility itself. One thing, did feel like we had to keep the kids quiet in the pool which was a bummer, they were just having fun but got the idea that they like it quiet.

  We have stayed at Lands End many times over the years and find the staff at Resort Rentals always helpful,friendly & efficient. #307 furnishings are a little 'dated' but it was a very comfortable apartment.

  We had a great week at Land's End. This is the 2nd year in a row we rented this condo. Awesome view and location. One suggestion would be to have an 11am check out instead of 10am. It just gets a bit hectic trying to check out. Other than that great vacation spot.

  The kitchen is supplied with everything we could ask for, and we cook most meals. The mattress in the master could be replaced, and the quality of the sheets could be upgraded. We were pleased with the addition of wireless capability. All in is a good place to spend our 54 days.
