This renovated, north corner condo has a new kitchen and updated baths. The private balcony facing the beach and the Gulf of Mexico is a great spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset. More windows give this condo a bright open feel. Located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood, this lovely condo has traditional décor and a fully equipped kitchen. Your condo also a washer and dryer for your use and free internet service.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   Condo view was absolutely beautiful!
  Floors in the condo were nice and seemed to be updated recently. Bathroom in master bath could use some updating. Shower/bathtub a little outdated and small. But guest bathroom shower was great! The only thing I would say is having to keep the temp at 72 is a little warm after being out in the sun and trying to sleep - it gets hot. Also - master bedroom could use some Curtains - otherwise be ready for wakeup to light at 6:30am.
  
  Other than that - beautiful view of ocean, boardwalk around Lands End is very nice, I liked the location - away from all the hustle and bustle of Treasure Island but yet close enough for short driving distances to restaurants.

  The upshot, we would rent again. The unit was as described. We liked the tile floors over carpet (they just seem cleaner). The view was nice. Nice shower in the second bedroom. Master bath was an ok tub. The following are just suggestions and/or heads up to the next renters: Would be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker. Only two 'beach chairs' that were big heavy camping chairs and one was busted. Building 8 is a little hike to the beach as you are between the two boardwalks. Furniture a little worn but ok. Linens provided but no beach towels. The pool is heated but not as warm as we would like. The unit doesn't have electronic access, just manual keys. As far as communicating with the rental company, sent them a couple of emails on non urgent items/questions and never got a response. Recommend you call them.

  We had a nice stay at Lands End. When we got there the AC was leaking but they came out and fixed it. It was clean but they need new bed spreads that aren't so stained looking. We also had a problem with gnats that were annoying but I know this is hard to control. The view was beautiful and the pool was nice.

  This was the nicest unit we have stayed in for many years. It was updated and extremely well stocked. The kitchen had everything one could ask. It also had numerous beach chairs and umbrellas....oh, and fishing poles. The bathrooms were very nice and modern.

  This was our fourth year in this particular unit. I have been renting since 1993,and actually owned a unit in building 7 for several years. I LOVE this property overall.Unit 306 building 8 has not been updated in at least four years, but is adequate. A family member rented 201 in building 8 and its fabulous except for a few plumbing issues. Resort Rental has always been wonderful. We always rent from them and used them as a rental company when we owned. Yes, I would recommend Resort Realty, and I have recommended both RR and Lands End to many friends and family.

  This was our first trip to Treasure Island and we were very pleased with our beach front unit. The unit was clean and well-maintained. It felt like our home, away from home. We appreciated there were beach chairs provided for us to use, but it would have been nice to have lighter chairs that one could take down to the beach. The ones provided were very heavy and awkward to carry. Other than that, we felt the unit didn't lack amenities. We would highly recommend this unit.

  How wonderful to be able to walk on the boardwalk, or walk on the beach, or sit on the beach, or sit by the pool, or sit in the hot tub. We started by staying six weeks and have now increased to seven. In addition to the beauty of Land's End there is so much to see and do and enjoy. Although the the weather was less than ideal this year, it did not chill nor dampen our good times!
