This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   Our trip was awesome. The condo was beautiful and very well taken care of. The only problem we had was the TV in the living room would not stay online. It worked the first night and then went off. Someone came and looked at it and said he fixed it, but when we came back in from the beach it was no longer working again. Thank goodness they had Netflix so we just watched that the whole time we were there on that TV. The other TV's worked fine. The person who came told us we had it on the wrong input, but the other TV's worked on that input and the one in the living room did to the first night.

  We loved the updated condo unit & the views were spectacular. We even saw dolphins from our balcony our last full day there. The layout was great, it was clean when we arrived. They even have a vacuum that we used to clean up any sand that tracked in from our shoes. We had an issue with the bedroom tv, but the mgmt company fixed it right away. The only thing I would like to mention is that we figured out the washer/dryer closet had some sewer like smell coming from it. We ran a load with hot water to help move the "old" water that was sitting in pipe & that helped with the smell. Other than minor detail, we will definitely be back to this unit. Thank you for a great trip.

  Overall, good experience at this condo recently. Nice amenities and space available, very nice master bed/bath space. Great balcony view! The coffee table was not very "kid friendly" as it easily tipped and was a tripping hazard. Also, the washer had some mold around the rubber seal, but did not negatively impact functionality.

  The condo was extremely comfortable and SO clean!!!!!! The pool there was amazing and the grounds and beach access were great!!!! Security was very active around the parking areas and pool. We loved that it was gated and we had assigned parking. We felt very safe and had a great time! I wish I could have brought the master bed home with me!!! It was extremely comfortable!! There were beach chairs and a few toys in the closet for use but we didn’t need them. We did however use the beach umbrella that was there because somehow we left the pole for ours at home! It was a great vacation for us and our two boys!!

  The upgraded condo was professionally done with high end kitchen and bathrooms and beautiful decorating with colors that fit into the oceanic views of the gulf. The property was clean and well maintained.
  We only wish there were brand new 100% cotton sheets on the bed. But other than that, we loved our stay here! We enjoyed our dinners at Middlegrounds restaurant in town and the nearby Publix grocery store was very convenient. We will be back! Treasure Island and Land's End was indeed a gem!

  Look no further! This place is incredible!!! We loved everything about this unit and simply cannot wait to come back.
  About the property: It has been completely renovated. No expense spared! There is a 70" large screen TV in the living room that was an awesome bonus! We loved it!! The master bedroom: The mattress is an amazing sealy posturepedic, super comfy and awesome to have. The guest bedroom: 2 twin mattresses, also newer. Our guests said they were very comfortable. On a side note, I'd recommend getting new skirts/comforters...they were old and had holes in it...shame when the place is just so perfect.
  The kitchen is very well equipped!! All new appliances and a wine fridge. Just awesome. Note, they have a regular coffee maker, no Keurig, so get coffee grounds.
  Bring your own beach towels from home, there are no beach towels at the unit. The unit had several nice foam coolers and plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Super nice to have that option and not have to rent.
  This is more for the rental company: It would be nice if we could rent a kit of cleaning supply's. We were there for 3 weeks and found that we needed to go buy cleaning supplies. Would be nice to have a kit for $10 to rent for the week.
  
  The pool was heated and clean and just lovely! Due to COVID most of the chairs were chained off, so you had to get there early to get a chair. The hot tub is HOT and we LOVED it!
  Best thing, by far, are the sunsets. It was smack in the middle of the deck. And right in front of building 9 there is a break in the taller seagrass and we see just straight beach.
  
  Side note: the tv in the living room and master have cable and they are smart TV's, the one in the guest room is a smart tv, but no cable. The main tv, there was a remote for the roku and one for the cable, but we couldn't find one for the tv, so needed to hit input on back left side.
  
  Simply perfect!!! We cannot wait to go back!

  This is a beautifully updated condo that has so many great features and almost no issues! Everything has been updated and redone well. The floors are excellent, never felt or noticed sand like I have sometimes in other places. The kitchen has been fully updated with beautiful counters that provide so much space! The living room has an enormous high quality TV. The furniture throughout the condo is nice as well. The decor is right on with the ocean and beach theme but feels up to date and not outdated or cheesy. The bed in master was a very nice updated mattress, a little on the firm side, but still good enough for a good night sleep. Both bathrooms are beautiful with updated tile showers, glass sliding doors, waterfall showers, and beautifully updated sinks. The master has a huge dual sink counter that you can’t get from the pictures, but my wife loved it! All new kitchen appliances, and the nicest washer/dryer I’ve ever seen in a condo. Balcony had great views with nice furniture as well. The property is very well maintained...and in same great condition as it was 4 years ago when we stayed at another unit on this property. Beach is nice and not crowded. You have one covered parking spot under building. The only downfall of the property is they are a little too restrictive on what can be done in the pool which can limit kids activities when using it unfortunately. I understand some of their rules, but I do feel they take it a little too far (kids couldn’t even throw a little ball back in forth in pool). Overall I would still recommend this place and definitely recommend this unit! We will look for it again when we return!

  We were absolutely in love with this condo! We stayed here for a week in the beginning of June. When we walked in we were totally Blown Away with how beautiful and clean everything was! We came during the coronavirus so we're very concerned with cleanliness. We were not at all worried about the condo being clean. The beds were all comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Everything we needed was in the kitchen for us to be able to cook our breakfasts lunches and dinners. The grounds of the condo are also very nice and the beach and the pool are just steps away from Building 9. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this condo!

  This was our second time staying at Land's End. Both stays were near perfection. This unit in particular, with it's beautiful new remodel, delivers in a big way. The icing on the cake was witnessing the very rare sight of a mama turtle laying her eggs in the dune right in front of our building.
  
  The only drawbacks of the condo were the little feet I would hear every morning from the condo rental upstairs and the lack of a few baking dishes- which, believe me, I know most people will never need! The necessary construction happening on the other end of the building was also disconcerting and annoying, but won't last forever. This beautiful condo is comfortable, convenient, and worth every penny!

  Absolutely phenomenal vacation rental. The condo was clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Resort Rentals was fabulous to work with and came through in clutch situation when our Airbnb rental was hideously dirty, outdated, and not as described in listing. Lands End is an amazing Resort complex with many options for activities. The gate house guards are friendly and the area is safe and away from the hustle and bustle of the area. Peaceful and relaxing. There is an older woman with blondish/grey hair who patrols the area and I’m not sure who she is or her role, she identified herself as a staff member but didn’t have a uniform on. Anyway, it’s nice that she walks around checking on things but it wasn’t nice that she profiled our son who is of mixed race questioning him as he was coming off of the beach back to our unit from the boardwalk. I was watching from our balcony and found her actions very disturbing. By the time I got down to my son she was gone. Great vacation overall! Looking forward to returning!

  Tucked away, yet close to amenities. If you like 'laid back', you'll like this condo complex. Read a book on the lanai, or just sit and listen to the sound of sea birds and the rolling waves. That's what I/we like. If or when we want a party atmosphere, there are places down the street and around the corner for that (Caddy's and/or Ka' Tiki). Lovely grounds, with a boardwalk that encircles the property. This unit was plenty comfy and nicely decorated, with an enormous TV in the living room! People at the rental office were so nice and helpful, as was the gal in the 'office'/'Club House' at Land's End.
  Restaurants we love are Sea Hags (Blind Pass Rd), and Skidder's (Gulf Blvd). We eat at these 2 establishments every time we are down there. My spouse and I highly recommend Land's End (we just spent Thanksgiving there). I miss the views.

  Lands End is a very nice facility and has much to offer. The gated aspect is very appealing from a privacy and security aspect. There is a wide range of unit decors some dated and some very contemporary. Our unit was very adequate but a bit dated and in need of some attention from a cosmetic standpoint. Views from the balcony were great with postcard sunsets. The beach area is spacious. I would suggest that Sunset Beach look into implementing a beach raking service to keep the beach seagrass under better control. Also, while it might seem politically incorrect and is out of the control of the Lands End management, the concentration of the LGBT community at south public Sunset beach access area near Lands End was quite unappealing to me and my family and our traditional beliefs. Overall, we had a nice stay at Lands End.

  Property location was top notch, with a great balcony overlooking the beach. Master suite great with two windows looking out on beach and great master bathroom. Second BR was poor, with very bad beds that were uncomfortable and a problem. Second bath door needed repair while we were there. Had to buy our own beach chairs and umbrella and leave behind. Kitchen drawers coming off runners, junky pans, refrigerator sounded like the door would fall off every time we opened it. We will rent in this complex again, but not this unit until beds and rest of unit updated. Also, Red Awning overcharged us by 35%, charging 20% more for the unit rental, more than twice the going rate for cleaning and their fees (which would be fine without the other excess charges). We will not use Home Away/VRBO or RedAwning again.

  We had a wonderful time. We were there with upwards of 35 people spread across several condos. The resort is perfect for large groups and for small. As for our condo, it was very clean. I had originally booked a different condo, but was made to switch because the first one flooded (no one's fault, just reality). Anyway, this one showed some signs of wear and tear. The shower door in the 2nd bath didn't work, and the kitchen utensils were very low-end.. but again.. as long as it's clean and I get to wake up to that beautiful view, I'm happy.

  First time ever renting in the "St Pete's Beach" area (Apr 12-19 2017).
  Absolutely fantastic location!!!!
  Condo "complex" is clean, well maintained, excellent amenities; liked having security on site.
  "Unit" was clean and well equipped however a few small upgrades/renovations would change from B+ to A rating. Not a deal breaker.
  Would definately recommend beach view for this complex; stunning sunsets.
  For two couples you should take a look at the floor plans; coin flip for bedrooms?
  Location dictates that beach is practically private for Lands End residents.
  Too many restuarants to comment on but had wings at "Woody's" (across the canal) twice in one week so you be the judge.
  Check out Google Earth/Street View; what you see is what you get.

  The complex was great. Our particular unit (after comparing to 10 others) needs some updating. It was clean, but outdated. The lights in the kitchen did not work properly.

  Land's End is a nice property in a great location and well maintained. Biggest complaint is lack of gas bbq grills. Similarly the unit was very clean, but furnishings were dated. Mattresses were poor and kitchen utensils/pans were totally inadequate.

  Lands End location just perfect for our family, quiet, but close to Gulf Boulvard and short drive to John's Pass. Great beach, not too busy, lot's to do around condo complex, great pool and hot tubs. Although many condos seem to have Rennovations in progress #304 in building 9 was really in need of basic repairs, and updates. Very disappointing for price. Although we didn't ask for help close to Christmas Day, we had no choice by Boxing Day. Toilet in main bath was not working, bathtub in main ensuite not draining, even slightly, front door wouldn't close, closet doors would come off tracks. Despite dated condo to appliances, simple repairs should of been dealt with, given price for us and considering Canadian dollar! Don't rent this condo until repaired and update, but rent elsewhere on complex

  Overall once again , we had a fantastic stay at Lands End ( 2 adults and teenage daughter ). only 2small remarks concerning our unit: the handlings in the bathroom could need a " refreshing" as well as a hairdryer would be nice to have for guests from oversea.We found that the bed equipment was not completely satisfying due to the protecting underlayersheet, which was to thick to sleep well in-maybe this could be replaced. But these are minor remarks, the condo all in all was great, clean and nicely furnished. we would rent it again once the sleeping situation will be improved.

  This is the 3rd year staying in Land's End complex and while never perfect, always enjoyable. We love having our own parking space, out of the weather, underneath the building with a convenient elevator close by.
  We love the view and the beach is immaculate and never crowded. We had a minor problem with the cabinet doors in the 2nd bath but was resolved very quickly after a call to Resort Rentals office. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and we have made a reservation for next year. We both want to say that Janet in the Resorts Rental Office is the best !!!! Takes care of everything and is a very nice person.

  Our second stay here was as good as expected-even better since not quite as hot as last time. We love the boardwalk and use it morning and evening. Our last night as we watched the sunset at the beach we looked left and began to see one after the other-dolphins,many, many, breaching/flipping. What a sight. We were amazed at their gift to us our last night. Only neg. of the trip, the pool was closed for 6 days as they laid tile around the pool/hot tub/bathroom area.Hope for all clear next year's trip.We have already reserved. Can't wait! The grounds and whole complex area really kept beautifully. Finally found our 'fav' spot in Florida!

  This condo has a wonderful view of the gulf and is located right on Sunset Beach on Treasure Island. The buliding is located right next to the swimming pool for easy access and the property has beach access at each building. The Beach is quiet and not too crowded-we were there in May and November this year. The pictures of the interior of this condo that are on the website are accurate. Nicely decorated and modern. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and plan to return sometime in May.

  this was our first family vacation with myself, my wife and our children, 6 years old and 6 months old, we had a great time, our condo was priced reasonably which provided us more money to do other things, our condo was very clean and we didn't need to buy any supplies to do anything such as cooking or regular daily activities, it is on a very beautiful property and almost private beach, you can have your pick or where you would like to sit on the beach, the pool was the best I have ever swam in, my kids loved it, I can't give enough thanks to the staff at resort rentals for making sure everything was ready for us, someone recommended Lands End to us and we would recommend it to anyone else, we thank the Lord for places like this and people such as the staff at Resort Rentals and Lands End

  There were very low toliets which was a handicap for older people to get down to. There was also dust on lamps and things which the cleaning crew should attend to periodically. Overall I found the place to be clean after I wiped everything down with lysol, which is necessary to remove germs becasue of illness and no reflection on the crew that cleaned. We loved our patio and view. A beach chair provided would have been nice to take to the beach, but the pool affords all the sun one can use. It is nice to see the grounds so well taken care of and clean. All in all we would return over and over. Thanks.
