Lands End 304 building 4- Beautiful Updates With Tropical Decor!

Up-dates abound in this lovely renovated condo with tropical décor and beautiful tile throughout. The renovated kitchen has shiny, black appliances and is fully stocked and equipped with modern small kitchen appliance that will bring out the inner chef in you! The view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the private balcony and master bedroom is absolutely wonderful and will draw you right in! Beautiful gated community, washer and dryer in the condo for your use, free wifi, updated furnishings and so much more!! Building #4 is across the waterway from St Pete Beach so kick your feet up and watch the action go by! This building is situated nicely near one of the hot tubs on property, close to the BBQ area and is a very easy walk to the pool and beach access onsite!

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   This condo was absolutely beautiful and well stocked. We rented two condos for our family, and the other one was just awful, but this one was so great. It had everything from beach play things to extra towels.
  We won't be coming next year, however, because the price is way too high for this area. We are renting a beach house. But this year was amazing.

  Very nice rental, with a couple issues The noise from the bar/restaurant across the inlet, should have been mentioned. It was excessive. The cold itself was fine. The only issue, and it was a major one is, it desperately needs a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was horrible to sleep on. The experience with Vacation Rental was great. Could not have been easier. I just wish the description of the unit was more forthcoming.

  We rented a unit for our family of 6 for our stay on Treasure Island. We Had a great time. The property sits on the end of Sunset Beach, and was beautiful. It has all the ammenities we were looking for; pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, volleyball and pingpong. Our unit had a balcony on the intercoastal waterway and we enjoyed sitting by the water each morning and night. The unit was roomy and nicely decorated. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit and having beach chairs to use as well. Highly recommend this property for a lovely vacation.

  Door was very hard to get into. I had to get the guy at the gate to show us how to open the door. Lights in the kitchen didn't work properly, ice maker not working properly. The pool is not close by. They decided to work on and close down the elevator a couple of days before i left so I had to drag my bags down the stairs when I checked out. I guess it could have been worse if I was staying on the 3rd floor. The unit is in a good location. We enjoyed the view from the that made it enjoyable

  Like the location of property with a balcony view on a bay. The front doors close to the stairs and elevator what is also so good.   We had a phenomenal time on our vacation in this specific unit. When we first arrived we did have issues getting into the unit (issues with the lock and door knob). I called Resort Rentals and the lady was super nice and walked me through the tricks to open the wonky door knob. This was only a minor issue that once we were made aware, it was no longer even an issue. We never could get the tv/cable to work in the smaller bedroom but that was fine because we didn't need to use that one. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was exceptionally clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, and it was totally stocked with all kitchen tools I needed during our whole stay. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the closets were also packed with beach chairs, sand toys, and more to use! We are probably Lands End lifers now and we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Specifically Building 4 Unit 304. Loved hearing the music at Buoys also each night! Loved watching people fish in the mornings. And all the staff we met during our stay were friendly and helpful.

  The rental was nice but didn’t have a lot of kitchen things we needed. We have been coming to Lands End for 8 years & first time staying in this one & wont request this one again. We love staying on the bay side. We saw turtles, dolphins & manatees. We were disappointed that a couple of restaurants across the bay was closed. We always enjoy the music. Hopefully next year they will be open. The staff at Resort Rentals are very nice. We had trouble with are tv’s & she came right away to help us.

  Land's End Condo Resort in Treasure Island is a beautiful and extremely well taken care of property. We enjoyed the fact that it is not in a busy area. The only slight problem was the restaurant/bar directly across the bay had live music each night. With the condo's patio doors open we had no choice but to "enjoy" the bands. The condo was well kept. clean and nicely appointed. We will definitely stay at this property again. Just Great!!!

  Loved the condo! Perfect location...beach was never crowded, but was close to restaurants. We were able to watch dolphins in waterway from balcony.   This condo and Land's End as a whole A++. We had the time of our lives while on this vacation. The staff on site at the gate were extremely helpful, and the property Manager was nice enough to assist me in printing some work documents that I had to process while on vacation.
  
  The beach is VERY clean and private. Our party watched the sunset nightly, as this is one of the best places in the area to view it.
  
  We saw Dolphins and Manatees in the inner coastal water way behind our unit each morning, which was an incredible addition.
  
  There are restaurants, bars and a grocery store really close so we never had to venture too far from the complex to get supplies.
  
  The unit was well stocked with supplies for cooking and the beds are AMAZING! The master bed that my wife and I shared was the most comfortable bed that we have stayed in while on a vacation.
  
  Do yourself a favor and stay here!
  
  But... Don't stay here next October because we will be back!

  Our family of 6 enjoyed every minute of our vacation in RM:304 BLD:4! Dolphins and Manatees every morning and afternoon looking off the balcony into the bay. The ocean was beautiful everyday and we even found ourselves some sand dollars while snorkeling. The pool was also a nice place to relax after a long day at the beach. Room condition was very good, Updated and decorated very well. Only one minor things to note... Sliding door to balcony from living room very loud when opening and closing (suggesting bad wheels or bearings).. All and all our family was very satisfied with our stay and we will be returning soon! Thank You

  We enjoyed our stay. The grounds are lovely the weather was sunny, mild and dry. The unit is very nice. A problem being the music from the bar across the waterway. Couldn't enjoy the balcony at night. Thought the music was only the weekends but we were wrong! Also the sheets and mattress cover didn't fit the master bed and were off each morning.

There is live music that occurs and there is no set schedule to it unfortunately when it comes to the days of the weeks, it does change throughout the season. There is a city ordinance in place so that it stops at a certain time of the night; however we are so sorry for the frustration that is caused you during your stay. Should you visit the Land’s End community again the buildings on the beach side (6-11) do not experience this issue.   We were very satisfied with the rental property. The unit was clean and well maintained. Our only dissatisfaction was with the beds in both rooms. Very poor! The Management Company (RR) needs to hold the properties to a higher standard. This is our third rental and the beds in the prior rentals were just as bad. Ultimately, this is a poor reflection on Resort Rentals.

  We where very pleased with this rental it was so relaxing the beach was not overly crowded the condo was clean, beds very comfortable, I can not wait to go back. we had a 2year old and 4 year old and they had a great time playing In the sand and and going to the pool they really enjoyed try i Nguyen to catch the small fish that swam up to them in the ocean. This was the best vacation .

  Very nice condo in quiet location. First time there in a "premium" condo for additional cost. Don't know what non-premium condos might be. Pool is nice and large. Clubhouse closed all week.

The only thing I would change would be changing the charcoal grills to gas grills.   This is our second one month stay at Land's End. We have been going to Florida for over 35 years and find this resort to be in some of the best we have stayed in. The condos we stayed in were clean and pretty well problem free. We had a couple of very minor things with a phone not working and a torn bed sheet. Resort Rentals resolved these within minutes. Only complaint is the DJ getting very loud on his PA system across the Intracoastal water way on two nights. This is over a two month two separate vacations. Would stay here again if vacancy was available for our vacation period. We have dealt with other rental agencies and found Resort Rentals to be the best we have encountered so far. Do recommend this agency.

  A nice condo although would prefer carpet in the bedroom. The photos online show a sofa and 2 easy chairs, infact there was only 1 easy chair and sofa. No problem for 2 people but if you had 4 adults I could see this might be a problem. The table and chairs I hated as they were bar stools with a bar table? Being from the UK and never having seen a table that high not sure what you call it. I did not realise from the photos that it was not a 'normal' table and chairs. I found it very difficult to use the stools at a table. We normally ask friends for lunch but as they were elderly there was no way they could use the bar stools. Had the weather been warmer we could have eaten on the balcony. Very disappointing. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable and it was furnished very nicely, a pleasant change from mirrored walls and Florida pastel colours. Resort Rentals and their website are excellent and they are always there to help you.

  Great location. This is more like a home then a hotel. My family loved that it was a condo with lots of space. We saw dolphins every day swim up and down the bay. The master bed was very comfortable as well as the second bedroom beds. The pull out sofa bed needs to be replaced. This unit has a awesome new kitchen and both bathrooms are new too. Very nicely decorated. Would love to stay in this unit again.

  Bldg. 4-304 unit is exceptional-the best we have stayed in for the last 10 years. I thought that the pool restroom needed more frequent disinfected type cleaning. Also, I thought the hot tub looked kind of grungy. One week during our stay, there were a "lot" of teenage guests at the pool. It's okay if everyone is staying at Lands End and I don't get a pool lounge. But if they are imported, I think I should get my lounge before they do since I'm paying to stay there. Otherwise, we have always enjoyed our stay at Lands End. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Treasure Island at Land's End. The tennis courts were wonderful, the pool beautiful, the condo itself clean and comfortable (other than a sofa in need of new cushions or support :). The only negative was the noise late at night from the bar across the canal, which only happened twice while we were there (both Thursday nights, interestingly enough). On those nights, we had fans going to cover the noise until it calmed down at 2:00 a.m. - so it turned out fine. It was a great vacation!
