If you prefer a unique view, this condo is located on the very tip of the island. The breathtaking view from the private balcony and the master bedroom is of Blind Pass (the opening between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. You may see dolphin, sea birds and boats on the water right outside your sliding doors as the tide moves in and out of the Pass. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen features granite counter tops and state of the art appliances. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the family! The condo has stunning wooden floors throughout. Washer/Dryer in the condo, free Wifi and free parking is available. Plus, you just walk across the property to the beach.

***Please Note: As of August 1st, 2021 the Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time tenant check in Fee in the amount of $30 per car upon entry at the Land’s End property.***

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, boardwalk that raps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access all within this beautifully landscaped community. This property is approximately 3 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   Outstanding. I was concerned after reading all the negative reviews on how dirty this unit was and how bad the beds were. Neither were true. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Only complaint would be couch, and chair were really worn out and uncomfortable. Blinds had so many missing panels, that light could not be blocked out very well. Other than that, there were a few items that needed some maintenance attention, but nothing that detracted from our stay. I would purchase this unit in a heartbeat. I recommend staying here if you need a small space with nice views.
  Land's End is a beautiful property. Well maintained and secure. It is at the end of the road so you have to drive to everything, but we did not mind that.

  Unit was satisfactory, except for the pullout sofa which was unusable. The biggest complaint that I had, and one which may cause me not to rent here again, was the rudeness of the pool/spa Nazi being overzealous in her comments to our families (eight in total). She seemed to be a property owner and was rude to not only my family, and our friends, but others that were at the resort as well. It was unacceptable and not her place at all.
  
  As the Property Rental Company or the HOA, I would find out who she was (stocky lady, with short gray hair in her 60's+) and say something to her. She is hurting your brand.

  We enjoyed our family of 4 vacation so very much! Lands End is a well-maintained, quiet property nestled along a gorgeous beach. We loved that this property is away from the hustle and bustle, but we could be in the heart of Tresure Island in minutes. The view from on condo was breathtaking! We enjoyed watching daily dolphin shows in the gorgeous blue waters of the inlet and hearing the crash of the waves from our bedroom. The condo was clean and well kept. The only exeption to this was the bathrooms. The shower tile and floor of the hall bathroom was as clean as it could be considering it is very worn out. Both bathrooms are very dated in in need of renovation.

  We enjoyed our stay at Lands Inn the property is beautiful and well taken care of. Our condo was spotless and had everything we needed including a few extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. The view from the balcony was perfect for viewing dolphins and manatees, we saw them daily. Only a few things inside the condo, bathrooms were completely functional but could use an update and the pull out couch bed worked for kids to sleep on but was extremely uncomfortable for an adult to lay on. A bonus was the hot tube right near building 5, several nights we listened to live music from just across the water while enjoying the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

  The view and the location to the beach was fabulous! We loved falling asleep hearing the water crash against the rocks. We saw dolphins and a manatee right outside our window. The kitchen could use some serious updating. The dishwasher sounds like it's going to break every time you open it and the cupboard drawers are difficult to open. Pots and Pans are warped and do not make contact with the stove. Utensils are old and rusted too. The bathrooms could use some fixing up and the wood floors are warping. It really wouldn't take much to update this condo and it could be very nice. Overall, we didn't spend much time inside so it was a great vacation! The management company was extremely helpful and friendly. Renters BEWARE: the pool is NOT KID FRIENDLY. There's no balls or floats allowed and children under 17 years old cannot go in the hot tub. The rules are strictly enforced with staff sitting by the pool the entire day.

In regards to the pool rules, those are in place so that all can enjoy the pool area even while crowded. The dates of your stay were over our heavy spring break weeks and those weeks in fact need to be monitored even more as the community is full to capacity at that time. The pool rules are in place for all and the property IS family friendly, just with a few rules in place. We are sorry if this was any troubles for you all.   We have stayed in Lands End many times. Usually in building 6 or 7 but could not because of construction. Condo was nice. I would recommend to update sheets, not very good did not stay on beds. Baths need a good update. Couch not the best. View ok but looks on a rusty barge which can not be fixed. Was cleaned just a little update needed.

  This is the second time my family has used Resort Rentals to rent a condo at Lands End. The location of the unit was perfect (I liked it better than ocean front) you were right over the water. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (the only thing was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable). I'm not sure how often it is used, we are a family of six. The day I picked up the keys the lady at the desk was very nice and gave us a good suggestion of things to do while we waited for our unit to be ready. I would recommend visiting Lands End to my friends, in fact we are already discussing coming back in a couple of years when we visit Florida again. We went on a 5 hour fishing trip out of Hubbards marina (caught 12 keeper grey snapper), my husband and daughter rented jet ski's. Lunch at Family Fisherman was good, Dinner at Crab Daddy's was good.

  The condo was nice and clean with a great view. The dishwasher didn't work. We called for repair Christmas Eve morning and didn't expect a response that day. However, no one ever came to fix it after the holiday either. The sofa was terrible, one could barely get back up once you sit down. It really should be replaced it is so old. The sliding door going from living room to balcony was difficult to close and we couldn't get it to lock. We felt the rest of the condo was nice even with the "70s" bathroom fixtures. There were no oven mits and the cooking utensils were just ok if you are a "foodie" and love to cook. I brought my own and glad I did. The condo was overall ok but could really be awesome with just a few minor updates (sofa, better cooking equipment, oven mits, pizza cutter, etc.) The location was great too. We did enjoy our stay but wanted to give an honest representation of the condo. The property was quiet and relaxed.

  Very enjoyable stay. We were able to check-in 2 hours ahead of schedule which was great. Taking into account the age of the property the only niggle with the condo was the dreadful sofa bed. It looked bad on the photos, but was actually even worse than it looked online. However location is almost everything and this unit did not disappoint. First stayed at Land's End in 1987 and the pool, grounds, boardwalk and general location were as good as ever.

  We had a wonderful vacation! The location of the resort could not be better. We will certainly recommend this resort to our friends. Regarding the apartment: kitchenware, pots and pans, silverware (!) leave much to be desired. Other than that, everything is in a pretty good condition. Thank you!

  Excellent, spacious and comfortable condo. The views were incredible and the sun shines into the apt. The kitchen is spacious and inviting with all the essentials you need. The master bathroom is huge and the bedroom has a walk in closet. The bed makes a lot of noise though and isn't the most comfortable.
  We had a running dishwasher that was fixed within 90 minutes. The team, especially Gail, is incredibly reliable and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!

  We have been staying at Land's End for over 10 years and love the location. The beach is not crowded at this time of year and the water is wonderfully warm.
  This condo could use to have more kitchen cookware- like a cookie sheet or some other bakeware for oven use. The beds were pretty comfortable though. The noise this year from the beach construction project was not pleasurable. They must work night and day since you could hear the equipment when the weather was calm.

  We booked last minute through Resort Rentals. They were so kind and informative. We will definitely use them again. Condo was amazing. In high tide the water would splash onto the boardwalk railing and our room was directly above the boardwalk. Never been so close to the ocean. We were surrounded by water. The unit was very clean and complex was quite. We never saw or heard anything loud or disturbing. If you want a relaxing and memorable place to stay, this is it! Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all to have been summer break. Swimming pool was also very clean and management/staff on the grounds were all very kind and helpful.

  Overall the condo was nice. The location was great and easy to get in and out. All appliances worked and view is great. However, the air conditioning and elevator worked intermittently and the furniture needs replacing. There was also a roof leak in the corner of the master bedroom that needs attention. The unit is for sale and we had to allow showings during our stay. Next time I will know what questions to ask prior to booking.

  This was the 5th year at Land's End. Land's End is in the perfect location, as the beach is never crowded due to the condo's location at the end of the island. The grounds are exceptionally well cared for.
  
  Our particular unit (bld 5, number 303) was very clean, but lacked a few of the amenities that typically are found in most of the condos we previously atayed at (e.g. no beach towels, no beach equipment, limited kitchen supplies). The master bedroom matress is in need of replacement and the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work, but these were just minor annoyances,as overall the condo was quite nice. The view is spectacular.
  
  Resort Rentals continues to be a fantastic company to work with to reserve condos. Great customer service and extremely friendly staff.
