This Gulf front condo has the comforts of home plus a million dollar view! The private balcony facing the beach and the Gulf of Mexico is a great spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset. The main bedroom has a door to the balcony and a large window facing the Gulf. Located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood, this lovely condo has a beautifully updated, open, fully equipped kitchen and tasteful décor. If you have to work while on vacation, there's a bright and remodeled office space available. Free internet service, washer/dryer in the condo and free parking.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.     Thank you for your feedback and we completely understand. Being a beachfront condo in our premier category for the month of March, this is at the top of the price points. We do have a large inventory to choose from with different pricing tiers, however, we completely understand the preference for this lovely condo! Our pricing is quite comparable with going rates on the beaches but moving to a standard unit or over to a Bay side unit would cut the cost quite a bit. Unfortunately condo fees and taxes have gone up a bit as well and this is out of our control of course. We again definitely understand the concern over this and hope we can continue having you as our guest.

  This condo was beautiful. Everything about it was perfect.
  The view of the beach was amazing. The grounds well taken care of.
  The only thing I would say is if you are taking young children that like to play in the pool..forget about it. The pool is for relaxing only. The owners of the condos do not want anything loud or fun around the pool...I totally get I am not saying that I don't understand why, its just they take it to an unreasonable level.

  The new owners have turned a pleasant unit in a great location into an outstanding vacation experience. The quality of the remodeling furnishings and appliances as well as the beautiful beach decor all contributed to a 5 star experience. Every one of my guests remarked on the quality, beauty and overall cleanliness of the unit. The only negative was a reflection on the cleaning crew who left heavy dust on the furniture and counter surfaces which I cleaned before having guests. I feel sure the owner would want to know of this because the cleaning service is a cost to him or her.

  My first experience with Lands End had me scheduling my return for next year to this spacious unit. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Gulf and its spectacular sunsets from the private balcony as well as the living room and master bedroom. Room was nice but had some problems (worn out mattress, worn out showerhead, clogged AC drain (that was fixed the next day), terrible plastic patio furniture). There are much nicer units at Land's End to pick from. I would rank this unit a C but the view from the balcony an A+.

  We loved staying here for a week with our two children, ages 4 and 2. The unit was very clean and we found it was the perfect location with a quick walk out to the beach and pool. A park is also within walking distance. A scenic boardwalk surrounds the property so you can go for a walk along the public beach or the canal. We saw dolphins almost every day we were there. The unit included three beach chairs and toys as well. We'd love to come back.

  Our goal was to find a vacation spot for two grandparents, two parents and three grandsons under the age of six. We needed to rent in place where we would have easy access to each other, but where the grandparents and family each had separate living quarters. We rented condos #205 and #206 in building 7. They were perfect for us. Land's End is well located between St. Pete's Beach and Madeira Beach. Close enough to enjoy their beaches, shopping and restaurants, but secluded from them. The view of the ocean, especially at sunset from our condo was spectacular.

  We were delighted to find that the condo unit pictures sent to us via e-mail were excellent representation of what we found when we arrived. This complex represents more of an owner occupied residence that a high volume rental site.

  We stayed in a waterfront condo. Had a great view of the beach and gulf including some spectacular sunsets. Condo was well equiped and comfortable.
  Outdoor pool was beautiful and very clean and well maintained.
  Definitely would go back to Land's End.
