Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Building 6 is at the south end of the complex but we actually like that it was not so close to the pool. That side of the beach was also less busy. We'd definitely stay in this unit again.   We love Lands End. The property is perfectly maintained and it is away from the busy beach scene. This unit has a great beach view and access. It does need to be updated badly. Furniture, appliances, and total decor need updating as the owners have promised. I would definitely rent again, though for that porch view!!

  We spent a very enjoyable week at the Land's End Condos. We enjoyed strolling the beach, kicking back on the deck to watch the sunset, and taking dips in the pool and hot tub on the immaculate grounds. The condo had most everything we needed, except for beach towels, chairs or an umbrella. We were fortunate to have family in the area to borrow from, so it was not a problem for us. One week was not enough and we hope to stay here again.

Those items are not required for the owners to provide as we have found they go missing very, very often which is really unfortunate. At our office location we do keep a supply of beach chairs and umbrellas that we are happy to help with should you not find any in the unit.   This is the second time we stayed at the exact same place - we never do this, but in this case, we did. We really love the place and the location. The picture is a true reflection of what you get when you rent this place. Great beach and good fishing right at the door step, some good catches of flounder, makarel, sheephead, black drum, jacks, snook all from the side off the beach. If you want "the tourist stuff", you have it less than 1 mile away, and if you want your peace and silence, you have it as well. During this second stay we were a bit unlucky with various little issues like ice maker temporarily quitting on us, stuck blinds, kitchen sink broke down on us, wash basin drain blocked, sliding balcony door difficult to slide... Nothing major, but a few things which make us rate the general condition a little less favorable this time. All the major things however worked very well (A/C, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer all very good) and the place was very well cleaned when we came.

  The condominium grounds were very clean and well kept. Swimming pool was pretty crowded since we had some very windy days so get there early to get a chair. The unit itself had wonderful views of the ocean; beautiful sunsets every night. The dolphins swim pretty close to shore which is an amazing sight. The only negative is that the condo could use some TLC (caulk in bathrooms and around baseboards were discolored and dirty, kitchen items looked very used, strong musty odor we believe came from washing machine). The management company was very pleasant and quick to fix anything that needed attention. Treasure Island had many good restaurants and fun things to do. We rented bikes for the week and our teenagers had fun exploring the island. The beach was clean and beautiful!

  The condo lived up to what was promised, fully equipped with everything we needed. Reality was in line with the nice pictures provided: Great sunset ocean view, a few steps to the beach, very clean condo complex. Close to the St Pete Beach vacation hot spots, but still far away enough (land's end), kind of a relaxing quiet oasis. Great for swimming and for just being on the beach, great for fishing with the kids, and the kids loved the pool. The board walk around land's end was a great evening walk for my wife and myself. This was certainly not the cheapest vacation in our live, also due to spring peak season, but I guess that is the price to pay to be in a great location at a great time of the Floridian year... Our kids had tears in their eyes on our last sunset evening before departure, that sums it up pretty well I guess...

  Wonderful place to stay. It is a gated complex at the south end of Treasure island. had a great time fishing with our kids. The grill area we only tried on our last night there, wish we would of used more. The condo itself had a very comfortable king bed, which was a blessing. Although the unit was a bit of a walk to the pool area, the views were super and it was somewhere we would love to go back to stay again.

  This was a great place to stay if you're looking for a nice, clean place right on the water. The beach is directly outside your back door and the place is spacious and well kept. The linens and amenities leave a bit to be desired but we had a blast. Also, it is extremely helpful to have a car, you are a bit off the main drag but nothing extreme. Definitely worth the expense!

  The place has been updated in the last several years. However, some of the items need to be updated. The sliding glass door should be fixed or replaced. The balcony fence needs fixing.
  The location is great. Can watch the sunset from the balcony. Short walk to the Gulf. Its great to have a boardwalk around the place for walking.

  Overall we had a wonderful time. Great location, great weather, very helpful rental agent. As for improvements: there were no teaspoons, no toaster, and poor lighting, if you wanted to read at night. We had a problem with the ice-maker which was promptly addressed with the help of the rental; agent.

  Overall, very nice. Staff at Lands End and Resort Rentals is super friendly and really tries to make it a pleasant stay. The Appartment was nice, and the light and modern furniture style is very nice. I understand that keeping a remote place in perfect
  shape is very difficult, but it is the little details that ruin the perfect picture. It would be my recommendation to the owner to go through the unit and check all things, in particular the patio door, the ice maker of the fridge, the little oven in the kitchen,
  the fixture of the front door. But overall: we liked it a lot and would come back.

  Enjoyed the beautiful ocean/beach view, furniture and decor was very nice, and area is very nice for quiet beach enjoyment. Enjoyed walking the beach and looking for shells. Nice to explore area further, loved the Sweets and Treats Candy Kitchen ice cream. Felt like a few things were missing that would have been helpful, i.e. Dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags, but other unexpected things were there, i.e. beach "noodles" and little kid's life jackets, floatie raft, bucket for loading up with shells. Nice to have internet and pull out sofa at our unit. Water temp was great, could spend all day in water. Website made it easy to compare available rental units.

  We have stayed at Lands End 4 times now like how quiet it is and the beach isn't crowded. My husband loves to fish off the rocks on the beach. Only draw back is the clubs across the bay get loud on Friday and Saturday night.
