This comfortable and cozy 2 bedroom condo carries a traditional décor throughout and is a great spot for your next beach getaway! Well equipped kitchen that is ready for you to create your meals in, awesome views of the Intracoastal Waterway, private balcony with seating, free internet service and more. Building #3 is next to the grilling area on grounds making your cookouts nice and convenient, it is also near the pool and a very easy walk to the beach access onsite!!

***Please Note: As of August 1st, 2021 the Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time tenant check in Fee in the amount of $30 per car upon entry at the Land’s End property.***

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! Being a gated community at the end of the Island, Land’s End will truly allow you to step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and get that much needed R&R, yet you will still be close to all that you need to make this a perfect vacation destination.

  Loved the experience and working with Resort Rentals was a good choice. I would not consider this condo recently upgraded due to wear and tear on floor, wallpaper, and cabinet distress. I found the car parking fees unnecessary add-ons as each place has an assigned parking.

  I love Lands End and have been coming here for years. This particular unit could use some TLC. The best part is the awesome bay views and the music from across the bay. Wallpaper peeling in bathrooms and master bath hallway. Carpet in master bath is shabby and so are the appliances in the kitchen. I would not stay in this unit again.

  Very nice condo, everything we needed, good location and loved the gated community. The pool was very nice, big and clean. The boardwalk around the complex is a great place to take a walk and get exercise with a wonderful view!

  Nice. The condo was roomy, clean, and the grounds were lovely. The stall shower could have used grab bars for we older folks. Also, if you could do something about the weather..... I d like to say something nice about Gail, who made my birthday unforgettable with her rendition of happy birthday. All the resort rental folks were very accommodating. Could have used a toaster oven. The fellow vacationers were friendly.

  The unit was big enough for our family but in need of many updates in our opinion. The master bed sunk in the middle and all the bedding smelled old, my only suggestion is to update the bedding and mattress.
  
  Our family loved the property, short walk to the pool and the beach was right across the parking lot and it was never crowded, we were close to restaurants and loved going to John's Pass for the day. Overall a great stay.

  We had a great stay. Lands End is a great condo. They have great views, great location, great pool, great walking areas. The only downside was the restaurants across the canal were up partying until about 3 a.m. I guess because it was a holiday week, one restaurant had a band until midnight that kept us awake. The other restaurant had loud people shouting and singing until 3 a.m. one night. If it wasn't for those little mishaps, we would probably stay here again.
