The décor in this renovated Gulf front condo has a decorator’s touch and is quite comfortable. The kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped. Updated master and guest bathroom, new carpets in bedroom. The private balcony faces the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a door to the balcony and a large window facing the Gulf. You have miles of white sand beach to explore. Located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood, this lovely condo has high speed wireless internet service and free long distance calls to USA,Canada and 70 countries. Building #9 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours.   Lands End is a very nice place, however the condo we rented was dated, rusty shower curtain rods, the bed looked like someone had laid on it, and some items were never cleaned. In addition there were very few towels, no hair dyrer, and no pool/beach towels. I've never stayed in a condo that didn't offer beach towels. We also had to buy our own beach chairs, which I left in the unit for others to use. I've stayed in other rentals which offered a lot more for less money. The pool chairs were always occupied, it's not a vacation when you have to get up at 6 to reserve a seat at the pool. I would suggest renting a different unit, the property itself is very nice.

Rented boats from two marinas and cruised around the intercoastal and the bay. Lots of great restaurants. Our favorite find was Shrimpy's Blues Bistro.

  The view in this unit is spectacular. The ocean breeze thru the unit was refreshing. This unit had everything you needed as far as the kitchen we cooked most of our meals in. We wanted to stay a few extra nights and the rental company was so helpful and arrange everything for us. our unit had a couple small issues that were addressed immediately, I've never had a rental company that responded so quickly and my husband and I travel often. The bed was comfortable and the living space was very nice. I read a lot about mold in reviews before we went but you have to understand this is Florida people and there is humidity which accounts for the musty smell in the washer and dryer, we used both and our clothes were fine. We found this unit to be everything we wished for and more. The grounds are incredible and well maintained. The pool area is HUGE and wonderful. The pictures look like the beach is a long walk but it's not at all far. The provide a ton of beach gear in this unit (chairs,cooler,unbrella,toys,boogie boards ect.) The rental company is top notch and the staff very professional. We highly recommend this Comples as well as this unit.

  The location of this unit is fantastic, wonderful ocean view, right near the pool and parking underneath out of the direct sun. Would rent again in this community. Grounds were well kept and the front gate and pool attendants were very nice. There was construction on bldg. 9 when we were there and the drilling went on most days. This is a second floor unit and at times you could hear renters above walking. Unit was fairly clean. The washer had mold which we tried to wipe out and the master shower had mildew on the curtain and floors. The water pressure in both showers was very low. Kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Sliding doors were very difficult to open and close.

  Our family has been using Resort Rentals to book a yearly family reunion getaway for a quite a few years now. My wife and I have family from across the country and Lands End is the perfect place to get all the kids, grandkids, cousins, nieces, and nephews to get together for fun in the sun. Lands End is beautiful, well kept and all the condo's are low-rise and a few feet from one another. The beach is right out your door - the pool is large and excellently kept. Lands End's location is within minutes of everything your heart desires. This is all made possible by the professional staff at Resort Rentals

  Overall we had a great time. We enjoy Lands End and what they have to offer. However the unit we stayed in had issues. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sliding patio doors and screens were very difficult to slid. Refrigerator water dispenser, filter needs to be replaced. We had to buy bottled water. Lamp in family room is a shock hazard. Blinds in family room are in bad shape.

  It is nice to see units remodeled but you also need essentials. The bed in the master bedroom was very old. The springs squeaked with every move. My husband woke me up simply turning over and every morning I woke up with back pain. My husband unfortunately shared this experience. In 15 years if vacationing we hadn’t encountered this issue. There was also no real spoon to stir when cooking and no mop. The washing machine also needs to be cleaned. I tried wiping it out but it didn’t do any good. We have been vacationing in this same complex for 10 years and really love the location.

  We have stayed in this complex many times - second time in this unit. There is a perfect view of the Gulf with spectacular sunsets and just steps to the pool.
  The unit itself is a little “tired” and could use some TLC. Bedrooms are fine with king bed in the master and 2 double beds in second bedroom. Living room furniture is not comfortable and unit needs a paint job.
  There are many excellent restaurants nearby.

  We had great weather. The condo was nice. Close to the water. Terrific view. Marine life in this area is incredible. The rules at this property are taken very seriously. You can only have one visitor per day. The pool rules are very strict. We did not have any issues with this, but some of the other guests were complaining about it. Highlight of trip was Jet Ski guided tour at Blind Pass Jet Ski Rentals. Justin was a great guide.

  We had an excellent experience at Land's End. We always do. Only a few issues; we had one palmetto bug in the unit, the remote for the tv was bad, and one security guard was very rude.

  This was a very nice condo with some updates. Comfy and nicely equipped. It is nice having leather couches. We choose this condo for it's good location near the pool and spent tons of time on beach. Land's End is a perfect location for views and beauty. The double beds in the extra bedroom were great for the grandsons and we wish more condo's did double beds rather than twins for the non-master.

  Wonderful ! the only complaint we had was that some older residents were less than friendly. Our kids ages 14-8 were very respectful and well behaved. They and we received a few lovely compliments from staff and some residents about their presence. However, they were also met with unfair and harsh criticism and rude comments from some. One of the adults in our party was also yelled at by an older lady as he got into the hot tub. She said very angrily "Can't you read...there are only 5 people allowed in hot tub". He apologized and immediately stepped out when another man who was in the hot tub kindly gave up his spot. We didn't let any of this ruin our trip but were quite disappointed that we were treated as unwelcome renters by some.

  Stayed at this unit 4 nights after moving from another unit. This unit is very nice and mostly updated. Kitchen is well stocked and updated. Blinds in living area are missing several slats but other than that, would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. As always, Resort Rentals is the best to book through.

  We have rented for four years at Lands End and each was a pleasant experience. Our gulf front unit was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and an upgraded bathroom. It is comfortably furnished, quiet, and convenient to the pool and boardwalk.

  This was the second year in row, we stayed at Landsend, and it was great. This community has everything - access to beach, quiet, safe, clean, pool, sand pit for beach volleyball, tennis courts, and broad walk. Condo's are well maintained and have most amenities which would be expected in a home. We will highly recommend it anyone.

  We love it at Lands End and have stayed there many, many times. In fact, we just keep coming back. The condo was nice and clean.   The unit we stayed in certainly was updated and furnished very nice. Kitchen had all we needed. The only thing I notice that was not up to standards was the grout in the tile in the bathrooms. There was some mold there and was not appealing and did not feel clean. The view was beautiful and the pool was spacious and clean.

  Location met our needs - on the beach, away from the traffic, and safe. Unit was well appointed and relatively clean. (carpet needed cleaning which was done as requested). Dishwasher needs to be repositioned (it's unevenly installed), and TV remote control functions do not all work properly. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and plan to be back next year.

  This was our third year at Land's End and this was our favorite unit. They had everything you needed including beach chairs and extra books. I loved the coffee mugs! They are right next to the pool and beach access. Other times we would pack our lunch and take it to the beach, this was just as easy to run up to the condo. We got concerned with the road flooding during Tropical Storm Debby and spent one night in Tampa so we missed out on some beach days, but this unit is a gem.

  The location of the condo was great...close to the beach and the pool and parking. Groceries and restaurants were a short drive away. The condition of the condo was okay, clean but in need of some minor maintenance. The dishwater is loose and tended to tip forward when the door was opened making loading exciting. The separate DVD player and VCR had only one set of wires hooking it up to the TV which is not a big problem because not much use for a VCR anymore but it took a while to figure out why we couldn't get the DVD picture on the TV. I had to switch the wires. The electrical outlet in the second bedroom had a loose wall plate (no screw). When it fell off it could be a safety hazard especially for small children who normally would use that bedroom. But again, these items were minor and we enjoyed our stay and plan to be back! May try a little laTER NEXT TIME FOR WARMER WEATHER.

  The unit was decorated nicely, lots of space to put your things away, and had a TV in each bedroom and living room, which was nice. There were also beach items like chairs, towels, toys, and a cooler. The unit had a great view of the beach and was next to the pool. The only negative was the inside bifold doors were off the hinges, poor quality, but this is a tiny negative on what was otherwise a perfect unit! Very well-kept. Thank you!

  This condo is next to the pool and the path that takes you to the Gulf and even your parking spot is conveniently located so that when you return from a day to the beach you can drop your beach junk in your trunk on your way back to the unit.
  
  Living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom newly renovated and owner stayed away from the old Florida standard: whicker furniture. Other rooms are okay but would benefit from a little upgrade.
  
  All in all, a very nice unit. We will come again.

  We stayed at Lands End resort on Treasure Island, St Pete from 9/27-10/16 2010.
  We arrived late at night, tired after almost 24 hours of travel from Norway. Checking in late at night was no problem. We picked up the keys at Resort Rentals location on Blind Pass Rd and easily found our way to the appartment.
  The appartment was excactly as portrayed on the photos provided by Resort Rentals. We found the appartment clean, well equipped and spacious enough for our 3 weeks vacation. The location, right on Sunset Beach, is perfect! We enjoyed watching dolphins playing in the ocean in the morning. The beach is nice, and the sunsets are so beautiful! Our children (7 and 12) loved swimming and playing in the great pool! The spa was closed for almost our entire stay. That didn't bother us much though, since we found it too hot when we checked it out on our first day there.
  We drove a few times to Orlando to visit theme parks and outlet malls. Beeing about 1 1/2 hrs drive from Disney, we found the drive a bit tiresome.
  Tampa Bay Area is such a great spot for your vacation, and has so much to offer! The beaches are absolutely gorgeous, there's lots of shops everywhere, and even theme parks! You really don't need to leave the area to have a fun filled vacation (and that's coming from a huge Disney fan)!
  We would like to thank Resort Rentals for the wonderful service provided! Even from the start, our vacation was great! Our e-mails was responded to promptly, and we were given all the information we needed. Always kind and helpful! We would recommend Resort Rentals and Lands End Resort to anyone!

  We've stayed at Lands End for more than ten years, and by far, Bldg 9 Unit 204 was the nicest, most updated unit yet! The bldg is ideally located next to the pool and clubhouse. The owner updated the unit earlier this year, resulting in an all-new condo except for the bathrooms. Lovely master bdrm furniture, 2 double beds in 2nd bdrm, comfy leather sectional, gorgeous kitchen with all new everything. You can't go wrong!
