This comfortable and cozy 2 bedroom condo carries a tasteful décor and is a great spot for a beach vacation! The comfortable living room furniture including a recliner chair plus a large flat screen TV are a great spot to relax after a day of beach, sun and fun. Well equipped kitchen that is ready for you to create your meals in, awesome views of the Intracoastal Waterway, private balcony with seating, free internet service and more. Just kick your feet up and watch the action go by on your balcony! Building #3 is next to the grilling area on grounds making your cookouts nice and convenient, it is also near the pool and a very easy walk to the beach access onsite!!

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.   Love Land’s End and Sunset Beach. Space was great. We had everything we needed. Great value. Great location. So nice watching sunrise from bed and having access to the balcony from the bedroom. Bathroom lighting is a bit harsh so we turned off some bulbs.

  It was easy to book the stay. Easy check in because Resort Rentals office was about 5 minutes from our property (Lands End Condominium) - instructions are clear with all the information needed for parking spot, keycode to get in, wifi, etc. 2 bed & 2 bath was all really clean. I loved the causway was on one side ( there was a staircase on edge of property to go in water) and the ocean on the other side.... Super convenient. Nice pool area with plenty of chairs (although we did the ocean most days.) There were 2 low beach chairs and plenty of boogie boards and sand toys for kids. Deck area was great with plenty chairs. Plenty of room to do workouts or yoga inside in living room area. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again.

  We enjoyed our stay at Land's End. The condo was spotless and the photos are accurate. There was wear at the bottom of tables and wallpaper which did not bother us. We loved spending time on the balcony. When we had air conditioner problems RR was quick to respond. Two items I must note is one of the restaurants across the water had live music each night. We enjoyed sitting out listening to the different genres. The master toilet/tub area was extremely tight. The hall bathroom was more comfortable. We recommend Salt Rock Grill and Middle Grounds Grill. Do not miss Imagine Museum. The best glass art museum. We did not use the other amenities.

  Totally enjoyable vacation. Property was immaculate. Unit itself was slightly dated, in the kitchens and baths, but clean. We loved sitting on the porch by the inlet, and watching the pelicans and even saw a few dolphins.   Nice , we loved watching the boats and dolphins! We had fun looking for shells! Please remember their is a dog beach on the east side of the condo's lots of barking and at 7:00 a.m.! That was the only bad thing!

  The location was great, the property was very well maintained and nice, very helpful staff, BUT the unit we were in needs updating desperately. The unit (#202 bldg. 3) did not have working cable when we got there and since it was a holiday weekend, no one could come out till Tuesday of our stay. And with two small kids, that was a big deal. The air was not working properly and that was taken care of on Sunday. The unit was VERY dated and while it was ok for what we needed, it didn't help that a relative of mine was 3 doors down in a totally renovated unit and paid the same amount as we did. I know there are pics when you select your unit, but even the pics did not show how dated this unit was. While I would recommend the property to others, I would tell them to not select this unit. One other thing with the bay front side they don't tell you, the bars (3) across from the condo can play music as loud as they want till what I could tell was 11:00, that did not sit well with us with our bedroom on that side. The property location is great. You have St. Pete Beach on one side and Treasure Island on the other and it is nice a secluded at the end of Sunset Beach.

We do have a category of condos in our program that carry a designation called "premier" condos and in those you will find updated kitchens, updated bathrooms, newer furnishings and flooring as well as updated appliances and TV's. We have several premier units at Land's End that are Bay front or Beach front facing units, perhaps one of those units could be a nice fit for your next visit. It is true that St Pete Beach lies just across the Intercoastal waterway from Land's End and there will be some entertainment that takes place. The city does have a noise ordinance in place that will have them stop at a certain time each evening but we do apologize this was a disruption to you during your time with us.

  Good News: Lands End Community, location on Treasure Island, and Resort Rental Realty staff. Beautiful beach, pool, and view of bay. Unit was ready upon arrival and clean. Kitchen adequately stocked. Easy access to numerous restaurants, shopping, and local sights.
  
  Bad News - condo in desperate need of update. Furniture in living area is old, dirty, and very uncomfortable. Inadequate seating for more than two people. Bedroom carpets are very dirty, bathroom wallpaper peeling off wall, shower door fell of track, patio chair broken, screen door difficult to open and close (Resort Realty attempted repairs-replacements needed). Live music from across the bay was OK until 10:00pm - annoying at 2:00am.
  
  Would definitely stay at Lands End again, but not in this unit, in its present condition. We were there the month of March.

  My experience with resort Rentals was excellent.
  My condo badly needed a new couch which I found old and smelly. More pots were needed to use to cook in there. The two small beds were vey hard and could use nicer sheets on both beds I found the king size bed was very comfortable and the outside furniture was nice to sit on.

  Positive: Very nice condos - clean and in good technical condition. Condo has what it needs for 2 weeks vacation. Short ways to pool and the beautyful

  Negative: Live music almost every night from the St. Pete Beach side of the condos out of 3 bars. But ok if you like rock music or Karaoke ;-)
  Pool rules not suiting for kids. No small balls or floaties etc. accepted. Kids get bored there very early

  I'm sure it's not the responsibility of Lands End but the small beach area on the bay side now seems to be a dog park. It's almost impossible for humans to enjoy this area with getting run over by dogs, or stepping in something.

  We had a great time during the month of Feb. It was for the most part sunny and cool but nice.
  We were able to play golf (par3) and checkout many restaurants near by. We certainly had our share of seafood and of course the K Lime pie. Middle Ground was one of our favorites.
  We enjoyed walking the boardwalk and the beach plus the many beautiful sunsets over the gulf.
  The grounds were well kept as well as the buildings and security was a plus.
  They have a beautiful pool, tennis courts and other activities as well.
  The condo was very nicely decorated and could watch the pelicans and herons on the bay side.
  It had a nice deck but a little chilly to set out for very long.
  A great place to get away for awhile and just relax. We are coming back again next year.

  We loved the location at the end of a dead end street. Beautiful Beach that you pretty much had to yourself and a great pool area. Our condo was dated but clean. The living room furniture could stand an update was not comfortable for sitting. Could add more dinner plates had to run dishwasher a lot to have clean plates. But we did have a great stay and would go back in a heart beat.

• Unit 202 building 3 was over mirrored and the plastic balcony furniture was a little disappointing. Unacceptable loud music and noise continued until 2:30 a.m. on Thursday night, April 7. Would prefer gulf front unit next year. .

  We brought our 13 year old and 11 year old granddaughters on a vacation with us. We all had a wonderful time. Loved the pool, the beach, the grounds and everything about Lands End. We are so glad we chose this place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.I'm sure our granddaughters will have good memories about their stay here.

  Wonderful place. Wish "Sea Critters", across the bay would "tone it down" some so one could Sleep before 2am ! Maintenance needs to move furniture and clean and sweep and dust. Found dirt and items under sleeper sofa. Overall, I was satisfied with location and well guarded place for families.
