The Manatee Home, recently remodeled, is a spacious waterfront home with a private pool located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island. Your family will fall in love with the recent updates including a fully remodeled kitchen as well as fresh paint, flooring and furnishings throughout the entire home. The pool and patio are located on the bank of the Intracoastal Waterway (Boca Ciega Bay), along with a fishing dock for your use. You have a great view of water activities and wild life as you relax by the pool - heating is optional. Plus, if you want to go to the beach, it is less than 1-block away. This home features an open floor plan. The open kitchen is fully equipped, washer/dryer, 2-car garage, free Internet access and 3 TV's will make your vacation even better. This is a perfect spot for a beach getaway.

We recommend you add pool heat between November and the end of April (optional $150/week).

Manatee Home is located on Treasure Island towards the end of a peninsula and is short distance to the Beach. This home is located on the Intracoastal Waterway and is approximately 3.4miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions within 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!!

  we had a lovely 3 weeks vacation in this home and have been coming here for many years. I feel that it is very expensive for what it is, the location is great but the house is just a little small and to have to pay for the whole month is just too expensive now as we only stay for 2-3 weeks. resort rentals were wonderful and had maintenance staff out asap. there was just lots of small thing ie the house was for 6 people and there are only 2 sunbeds which were damaged and could not be used they were replaced but not until a few days before we left to come home.

Dolphins swimming under the dock, cranes, ducks, all types of birds sitting on the dock and in the pool were a joy watch. My grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the openness of the floor plan.   We spent Feb. 2015 at the Manatee Home. We had a awesome time and found the accomadations were perfect for 4 adult ladies. We enjoyed sunning on the patio, exercising in the pool, watching pelicans & dolphins from our patio, and walking across the road to the ocean. Daily walks to the Caddy Shack was a highlight.

Its nice to see the new owners making some upgrades but there are a few things still needing addressed, none of which were a detriment to our stay. If you prefer the St. Pete Beach - Treasure Island area, I doubt you will find a better combination of location, amenities and management anywhere else. We are so disappointed that this home is going to monthly rental only and it looks like this was our last stay here. So many good memories of the Manatee Home, we will miss it dearly.

  It was a rough start to the week with Debby churning in the gulf and deciding to take her vacation there also. We have stayed in the Manatee Home before and we love the home. Unfortunately we did not get to use the pool due to the bay breaching the seawall,but even with the T.S. churning outside we did not regret staying in Manatee. It is such a great home (I am so happy the owner allows it to be rented for vacations)and we love the location on the bay and just a very small distance from the gulf (across a couple of streets). Even though we lost the ability to get in the water for a few days, we were not disappointed.We know when you choose to vacation at any coast the threat is always there that inclement waether can set in.
  I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the perfect property,location and staff to vacation with, Resort Rentals and Manatee Home is the perfect choice.

  This home felt like a peaceful cottage out on the dock overlooking the intercostal and just across the street we were on the beach. We saw dolphins 3 days off the dock. The home was very comfortable and spacious for 5 of us. The pool was small (about 2-1/2 hot tubs) but big enough for us. The fridge was a little old and the back right burner on the stove did not work. Having instructions on how to use the 3 remotes would have been appreciated. The overall feeling from the house is comfotable, peaceful and spacious. We loved the location and the house and hope to come back soon.

  The process was easy; from filling in the online form to picking up the keys. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. A Blue Heron landed by the pool four times and came within six feet of us. We saw White Egrets nearby, two dolphin in the bay, a school of fish near the boat dock and beautiful sunrises.   This is the second property we have rented in this area. We definitely enjoyed the heated pool, house was very nice and roomy. Location is great, you can walk to the beach and the local bar with good food. Very close to many stores, groceries. Only complaint we have is the kitchen amenities.   itself has everything you need to enjoy a week stay. I would suggest every couple months do a deep clean of the place for the dirt under beds and couches, but general areas were clean. Other then that, we really enjoy this house, setup and location. Please

  2nd time at this house...We will come back to this house or try another one of Resort Reality's houses or condos again 100%... A couple small problems popped up, but the staff handled them for us. When talking on the phone any time, you can tell staff
  cares. House extras provides anything you would need for a enjoyable week stay like: beach chairs, umbrellas, blender, deck furniture, grill, ect. Just a little better cleaning under beds and couches is needed, may I suggest a deep cleaning every few months.

  The home is equipped with everything that a family would need for their vacation. The private pool is a big plus, you don't have to worry about getting a chair or table.   The place gave a whole new experience for our many stays in this area by enjoying the waterway which we were SURPRISED how much we liked that, not just the beach. Basically, just cross the street and the beach was there, so not much different then staying right on the beach.
  
  There is more space inside then anyone would need and plenty of space outside deck/dock area. Pool is very small, so plan on it just as a quick dip to cool. Grill ran out of gas and with a call, they were there right away to replace it. Place needed a better job on gerenal cleaning, they said they will address AND I believe they will because they seem like a STRONG customer oriented operation. GLAD we made this choice for our stay.

  The day we moved in my husband found a dirty nappy in the yard and dog poo which was reported at the time the house in general was not very clean the bbq could do with a really good clean underneath. The pool was clean well on the 1st week but the second week was not very good at all. We love the house though and this will not put us off coming back.

  the property itself was good but the back garden needs some work around the seating area,the ground is very uneaven and the trees block out most if not all of the sun,and we came to florida just for the sun overall it was ok but the pictures make the garden look bigger.

  The home was GREAT!! The staff at Resort Rentals were very gracious and helpful at check in and gave us all of the information we needed about area restaurants, fishing information we needed and all other aspects of our visit,very professional and personable staff ( I'm disappointed I could only give 5 stars this is a 10 star company and Staff on a 5 star system!)Thanks to all of you for a great vacation week. I would also like to pass on to the owners that they have a beautiful home on the bay and we are very happy they have chosen to share it through vacation rental (when it came time for us to leave it was like leaving home). We miss it already and have only been back home in North Carolina 4 days.

  Very good vacation here. House was nice, very open, roomy and comfortable. Relaxed on the back patio and deck while watching the dolpins, birds, fish, etc in the waterway. Pool was a bit small but big enough to have a few people floating on rafts in it-just enough to be in the sunshine but enjoy the pool at the same time! Gulf was practically right across the road so didn't have to get in the car and drive. Nice location for the house-away from the 'touristy' commercial areas but close enough too when you wanted that. Only thing we didn't like about our trip there was that we went to Busch Gardens as a few of us had never been before. Unless you go on the rides it's definitely NOT worth the money! Just as soon go to a local zoo!
  Will plan on vacationing at the Manatee Home again!

  Our 14 day stay in the Manatee House was all we anticipated and more. A superb location with a splendid view of the bay, where our mornings included visits from pelicans, terns, and other birdlife, and our evenings with occasional visits by dolphins. The beautiful Gulf beaches of St Pete's Beach were a one minute walk from our front door. The Resort Realty staff were kind and responsive to our very few needs. The house was tastefully furnished and well equipped; the terrace a most pleasant place to relax at any hour of the day or night. We'd go back in a heartbeat!
