Comfortable, over-stuffed wicker furniture welcome you to this beach front condo. The view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the large screened in balcony is super! Plus, the master bedroom has a door to the balcony as well. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped. The small den can be used as a 3rd bedroom. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle and you are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. Flat screen televisions and Wireless Internet Included. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area.

Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of 50 units; all units face West so all will have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private, screened in balconies. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! Directly across the street from the Villa Madeira is the famous Candy Kitchen for those evenings you want to have a sweet treat! There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this location so really you have all that you need right here. Direct beach access, close proximity to major attractions and miles of beaches right at your fingertips; this is a true beach vacation!!

  Hi. I stayed at the Villa Madeira, unit 404 and it was an amazing unit. I cannot express enough how wonderfully clean it was. Hotels can take a few lessons with regards to their cleaning practices. :) Everything was amazing, the admin staff were so great with any questions, and the beach was just what I needed for a relaxing and fun vacation trip.

  Our stay at Villa Madera was excellent! The unit was very clean and well kept, and even newly remodeled. We met my sister and her husband, who stayed with us for two and a half days during our 9-day visit, and they also enjoyed themselves very much. The Villa is right on the beach, this is the shortest walk we've ever had to the water from any of our vacation stays in Florida! The outside of the unit was very well up kept, parking was completely private insecure, and the pool area and pull itself, we're very clean. We enjoyed our stay, and will consider it again next year when we're ready to return!

The only thing I didn't like was the having to use keys to get in and out of EVERY gate...I don't know why they don't use an electronic pad where everyone puts in a code for access.

  Although we have stayed at the Villa Madeira many times in the past 15 years, we had never been in condo #404. This place was beautiful...updated kitchen and baths, clean, comfortable furniture throughout, with everything you would need to have a great vacation. The lanai furniture was great, with 2 full-length lounge chairs, a good-sized table and 2 chairs for meals outside. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Without sounding too spoiled, my only suggestion would be some type of pillow-top mattress pad for the master suite. Although the bed was comfortable, a good mattress pad would have made it perfect

  Our stay at Villa Maderia #404 was everything one could want in a Florida Vacation! Perfect sunset views from an expansive lanai overlooking the gulf. The interior decorations were a great fit for a beach vacation, very soothing and complimentary decor. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to cook daily meals with ease! The location was great for morning walks on the beach and close to many delicious restaurants (awesome homemade ice cream right across the street at Candy Kitchen..Don't miss it!), and with this year being one of disappointments (Covid), the getaway was a welcome respite. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the relaxing environment that is Florida! Can't wait to visit again!

  Our stay was very nice however we were not aloud to grill anywhere! That was very upsetting to us because we grill at least 4 times a week at home. Also, one of the condo owners was a real drag! Watched what everyone was doing and it was just annoying! I would not rent there again! Also, you had to have a key to get into the elevators, on the beach and in the pool area. If you had company you had to go downstairs and let them in the door. That part of it was VERY inconvenient!

  This is the second year in a row that we rented this unit. Perfect location and always in top shape. Close enough to Johns Pass but far enough away to be peaceful. The beach in front of the condo was never crowded and neither was the pool. Awesome views of the sunset from the balcony.
  Furniture is in great shape, beds were comfortable.
  The only issue that we had was that there was not enough open cabinet space to put away groceries, and the shelves/draws in the fridge were not setup right.
  All in all we would rent this unit again.

  We have been to Villa Madeira before, but this unit was nicer than the last. It had all that we needed and was nicely updated. Very nice kitchen! The location is excellent- gorgeous beach view and beach front property. Easy walk or drive to John's Pass. Key pick up and drop off was easy, we even got in a little early. What impressed me most is that we lost a wallet, called and asked if the cleaning crew could keep and eye out for it, and they called later saying it had been found down in the sofa bed which was closed up. Clearly they were looking for it for us! Awesome!

  We had a glorious time. The apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and functional. The view over the sand and water very relaxing, we know the area, since we have spent many times in this area. So we knew many restaurants to enjoy. The only drawback for me was the lack of a jacuzzi and that the pool was not heated.

  This place was quite nice, decorated beautiful, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It’s less than a mile walking distance to John’s Passé so we walked there daily. The beach was really nice. The bed in the master bedroom was okay not the most comfortable. We had trouble with the the hot water. It would cut off and not come back on and less ran the water for awhile and then wait a while for it to get hot. The agency sent the general repair person down within in hour after I reported it but he couldn’t fix it. He tried a few things but they didn’t help. No followed up to see if the problem was resolved. I called them again and they were waiting on the owner to get a plumber so 4 put 7 nights we didn’t have hot water.

  My family stayed in unit 404 the last week of July. The unit was very clean and up to date with the exception of the master bedroom and bath. The mattress in the master needs to be replaced as it was very hard and uncomfortable. The master bath can also use some updating to match the decor and upgrades done in the rest of the condo. The condo, overall, was great for the week and I would stay there again in the future. The lounge chairs and pool area were always clean and you can't beat the proximity to the clean beach and the gulf waters. Sunsets were fabulous, from both the beach and the unit's balcony. Location was not too far from Johns Pass which allowed for a nice walk on the main road or on the beach to get there for shopping and dining. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

  The furnishings and decor were in good taste and excellent condition. We have been staying in the John's Pass area for over 20 years and this is our first time at Villa Madeira. We were not sure about the screened in porch but actually liked it very much. When it rained it kept much of the heavy rain out and really did not obstruct your view of the beach. My only problem with this unit was the goofy round tub in the Master bath. It was painted with some sort of water proof paint and looked like it was touched up in a different shade of paint. It needs to be replaced. That is the only reason I only gave the unit four stars in the property conditions section. Other than that everything was great.

  The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the "on the beach" location is a huge plus! The condo itself had 2 good sized bedrooms and a 3rd that was tiny. We used the tiny room for luggage....The kitchen was small but very well equipped and usable. The common living space was enough for my husband and myself but might be tight if 4 adults and/or children were staying.....We did have a few rainy days during our 3 week stay in February and some uncommonly cold temps so our inside time was more than normally would have been expected. We liked that the balcony was screened. Ou condo was on the 4th floor and we did hear the people over us which was annoying at times. If we visit again we would opt for the top floor.
  
  All things considered, our stay was very nice and the owner of the unit and his realtor reps were extremely helpful when we initially made the reservations and we staying in the unit.

  We had a great stay at Villa Madeira #404 in Madeira Beach! The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The location is in a quieter area, which we prefer, with a grocery nearby and many restaurants within driving distance. This unit was sold recently and the new owner had just replaced the mattress and furniture in the master bedroom and was planning other improvements and furniture updates. The kitchen was well stocked and had new dishes. The entire complex was well maintained daily and will be getting new exterior paint soon. We enjoyed eating at Sloppy Joe's in Treasure Island and Sea Hags in St. Pete Beach. Ice cream at the Candy Kitchen across the street was good, but Super Scoops in Treasure Island was even better! We also really enjoyed Gators Parasailing and Dolphin Quest at John's Pass, and the Shell Key boat shuttle from Pass-a-Grille. I would definitely recommend this property in Madeira Beach!

One note but nothing major is bring extra toilet paper...we didn't get very many roles at all and had to buy some. The beach was gorgeous & we were there in early September. The ocean was 88 the whole week. We saw dolphins everyday feeding early in the morning. It was a great vacation & I would definitely stay here again.

  Just spent two glorious weeks in sun in an excellent apartment in the Villa Maderia (404). Although many of the apts were occupied and had families with children it was very quiet and relaxing. There was direct access to a glorious beach with superb swimming. Facilities in apartment excellent. Publix Supermarket within 5 min drive was excellent and the Tyrone Mall had a wide variety of shops. Everyone we met was both helpful and friendly. The only downside to the visit was the lack of an any way half decent restaurant nearby. To say the food served in the restaurants we visited in both Johns Pass and on Gulf Blvd was bland in the extreme would be putting it mildly. A real let down particularly in an area which is famous for its wide variety of fish. If you want decent resturants with good food you have to go to St Petersberg (about 30 mins by car) which has a very European feel about it. There you will find a wide range of excellent resaurants (particularly the Indian Restaurant on Central Avenue) where they serve real food to a high standard. Also, there are a number of attractions such as the Dali Exhibition which are well worth a visit. All in all, an excellent vacation and will certainly consider the Villa Maderia again if we return to the area next year.

  Condo was beautiful, right on the beach and very clean. A great location to walk to John's Pass and restaurants. Will definately stay there again next year.

  With the water being cooler than normal We wished the pool would have been heated from the beginning of the week instead of the middle. And was only turned on after several had complained. Fitted sheets would be a nice touch but not sure if that's the owner or operators fault.

  Rented two units for a family get together to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Kids & grandkids (some from California) were able to spend a wonderful week of sun, fun and recalling past memories and creating new ones.

  This condo was on a fabulous beach & it's really is right on the beach with great views but there were a few small issues with the inside of the condo that although small on their own added up & if they were corrected it would make a big difference.
