Villa Madeira 208 Walk to John's Pass / Awesome Gulf views from balcony!!

If you can vacation for a minimum of 1-month, this beautiful condo is the perfect place. It has been tastefully renovated and features a beautiful new kitchen. The large screened in balcony is the perfect spot to watch the glorious Florida sunset while enjoying a good conversation and a cocktail. Additional den offers extra space and can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Villa Madeira offers a popular location, on one of our area’s nicest beaches and less than a mile from John’s Pass, a local attraction with restaurants, shops and water sports. Free WiFi internet service is available. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area. .

  Because the elevator broke in the Land's End bldg and would take a long time to be repaired, we shifted to Villa Madeira at the last moment. Not our first choice, but adequate.

  Everything very good. We had a great time and no problems with anything. New furniture is not condusive to having beach rentals. Had to keep the couch covered to protect it.

  I reserved a unit Jan 2016. Three days before our late April stay they moved us to a different unit due to construction. This unit was rundown. Needed paint & update everything-furniture, curtains, kitchen etc. The unit was clean & large. The bldg. was being updated which is good because it needs paint, new screens, door locks that open on the first try etc. The location & beach are great.I gave it 3 stars.Would have been 4 if unit & bldg were refurbished. Would not recommend this unit to a friend.

  The condo you rented me in 208 was okay. The air didnt work, but I was trying to follow your instructions about the air before I called, so it was jot for days. Then the elevator broke and I spent several hours out of apt cause I wasnt able to go up stairs. And I didn't know who to call. Some things are handled by one company and some by another.
  
  But I do like your location and screen . The master mattress really needs replacing.

  We stayed there for 2 months and it was wonderful. The location could not be better- right on the beach and walking distance to several places to eat and John's Pass.
  We have already reserved for next winter.
  I did not give the furniture a 5 because we thought it was very uncomfortable. It is leather and had no support-- we had to put pillows on top of the cushions to sit comfortably. Other than that we have no complaints.

  Our unit 208 had recently been renewed and renovated except for the guest bathroom which could stand a little upgrading, especially the tub surround,and except for the guest bedroom whose carpeting could stand a good cleaning; we were quite pleased with the unit on the whole and would definitely recommend it to friends, as well as Resort Rentals who looked after the arrangements for us to rent it. The only drawback about the condominium as a whole is the fact that some units are rented out weekly, with the result that there was a constant turnover of residents, some of whom were not as considerate as they should have been about respecting others privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the condominium's wonderful setting; but, I suppose, you'll find people like that anywhere. We look forward to retaining the services of Resort Rentals in the future to find us accommodations; their staff are very courteous, professional and helpful.
