Villa Madeira 202 Beautiful updates, breathtaking view, walk to John's Pass!

Beautifully updated and remodeled beach front condo at Villa Madeira. The décor is tasteful and comfortable with beautiful Italian porcelain tile in the living area and both bathrooms. The living room features a 40 inch flat screen TV and hurricane rated sliding doors opening up to the huge, screened in beach front balcony. The view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sandy white beach is breathtaking!

The master bedroom has a door that opens up to the balcony too. The master and the 2nd bedroom offer BeautyRest mattresses, the den that is used as a 3rd bedroom features bunk beds with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.

If you feel like dining in, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large side by side refrigerator including an ice maker and water dispenser, a glass top stove, self-cleaning oven, over the stove microwave and a dishwasher. Washer and Dryer are also available in the condo.

The condo offers free WiFi and free assigned parking.

This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Villa Madeira offers sparkling, beach side, heated pool. Plus, you are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area.

Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of 50 units; all units face West so all will have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private, screened in balconies.

You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 1 mile to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in only 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! Directly across the street from the Villa Madeira is the famous Candy Kitchen for those evenings you want to have a sweet treat! There are restaurants, cafes and coffee shops that are all in walking distance from this location so really you have all that you need right here. Direct beach access, close proximity to major attractions and miles of beaches right at your fingertips; this is a true beach vacation!!

  We have stayed in this condo over 15 times. This unit is very convenient and doesn’t require the elevator. The spare bedroom Mrs need updating. The queen bed squealed each time my mother rolled over. The blinds are all missing slats. The bunk bed room has had the same throw rug that was there 7 years ago. Definitely needs some updating and repairs. The living room was comfortable, the beach supplies were great and the master bedroom and bath were great minus the light from the missing blinds. Perfect location for families. Candy kitchen never disappoints.

  The condo was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of five. It was nice for everyone to have a bed instead of one sleeping on the couch. The beds were amazing! Very comfortable. Location of the condo was great. Within walking distance to John’s Pass. The keys to get up to the room or in or out of the beach were a bit of a pain but the extra security was nice. Would highly recommend.

  We enjoyed our stay in Unit 202 and loved what it had to offer. The closet of beach toys and chairs was amazing! The in-unit washer/dryer was a nice perk too. We visited the Candy Kitchen and Sweet Brewnette daily because they were so close by. Picking up the keys at a different location was inconvenient since we didn't have a car. Also, using keys to get to the beach and into the pool/restrooms took some getting used to and was tricky with three young kids. Nonetheless, we loved Villa Madeira!

  We are 2 siblings and our spouses and this is our second year at Villa Madeira, extending our stay by a week this year for a total of 3 weeks. The weather was a little cool early during our stay, but warmed up nicely for the duration of our stay. The view sells this room all by itself,and recent updates are obvious throughout. We walked to John's Pass numerous times during our stay and made a couple day trips to Bradenton and The Villages to see what they were all about. One minor blip was a broken toilet handle that was quickly taken care of within 18 hours. The washer/dryer in-unit was a major plus as it got quit a workout throughout our stay. We ate out infrequently, but managed to find the Daiquari Shak, the Conch Republic (twice) and Caddy's (way too close!). We were bummed as the Mad Beach Fish House was closed. The pool was clean and warm and warm enough outside to use it often. The beach could not be any closer, as the water's edge is not 30 yards from the building. Looking to repeat to the Gulf Coast in 2023, but need a 3 bedroom as another sibling couple will be joining us, and the 3rd bedroom at most Villa Madeira's units are too small for an adult couple. Would recommend this unit to any group of 4 adults or a family of up to 6.

  We were very happy with this condo rental. We loved that it had beach chairs & a wagon in the closet. We left our Florida sand shovels to hunt sharks teeth in there also. It was a perfect location to Hubbards Marina where our grandson fished two separate times. We loved the candy/ice cream shop across the street. The clean and wonderful beaches great for walking. If I had to give anything negative it would be that we had to pick up and drop off keys at another location. We got in late and everything was left as promised outside their office and when I returned the keys the nicest lady was working so it wasn't all bad. Also that we needed keys to get in and out of the gate to the beach. But we got used to remembering our keys and realized it did keep us safer. I would rent here again. Had a wonderful time. Also loved that we could leave all our unopened food on floor 3 to deliver to the food bank on our departure. Made us feel much better about overbuying. ♥

  We have stayed at Villa Madeira in the past and have a new favorite unit! 202 is open, roomy, lots of storage, very clean, 2 great pantries in the kitchen, great kitchen appliances, fabulous master bath with seat in the shower, tons of dresser/closet space in the bedrooms and the balcony is roomy, screened & has seating for 6. Our twins loved the bunk room and we loved that it was the no-window bedroom. Despite that room being small it had a dresser, closet space, a nightstand with lamp and fan, and the stackable washer/dryer which worked great. There is a large closet loaded full of beach things so no need to bring your own! They had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, umbrella holders, snorkeling sets, tons of sand toys & mesh carry bags, outdoor games, frisbee, football, woven mat for the sand, coolers and even sunscreen! The building itself has assigned parking, guest spots too, fabulous tiki huts and loungers lining the beachside, and a great pool with more loungers. You can walk across the street to the candy kitchen and even take a beach walk down to John's Pass. Great area! We very much hope to make Villa Madeira 202 our summer spot from now on - highly recommend for families with kiddos!

  The view is breathtaking from the screened in balcony. The condo was clean and well kept. Check in was a breeze. The only "issue" we had with the condo was a lack of towels. There were only 6 towels provided. We had 4 adults and with beach activities sometimes would need to shower more than once per day. We felt like we were doing laundry constantly. There were also only a few kitchen towels. Overall though, this condo was great and we would love to return!

  We were very happy with our condo experience. It was nice to stay in a smaller building with less people. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and boogie board in the closet. It was great that there was a ceiling fan on the balcony so we could sit out there every morning. The rental company was quick to respond to our inquiries. We found some great shells on the beach and saw some dolphins. It was definitely a great condo to stay in and would recommend it to anyone!

  The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was incredible and the ocean was right out the door. We could sit on the balcony and watch our teenagers in the ocean. There was alot to do within driving distance. The public bus stops right down the street if you don't have a car. We were very satisfied with the property.

  The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We were happy to find some beach chairs in the closet. The master bathroom shower with its two shower heads and bench was to die for. Great place to stay. Beautiful beachfront location.
