If you are looking for a relaxing get-away, this condo at the Emerald Isle is the place! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo carries a bright and comfortable décor throughout, has a fully equipped kitchen that makes meal prep a breeze and has a private balcony that directly overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico so that you can catch sunset each night while kicking back and relaxing. This condo is centrally located in North Redington Beach not far from restaurants, shops and other activities. Free wireless internet service. Coin operated laundry conveniently located on floors 2, 4 and 6. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of 2 designated outside smoking areas.

The Emerald Isle is a direct beachfront building on North Redington Beach. This building has 2 or 3 bedroom option condos, all which will have direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from their own private balcony. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 4 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!!! North Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing and everything else you need right nearby makes the Emerald Isle a great vacation choice!

  My husband and I have rented at Emerald Isle previously and had a great experience so decided to return. The condo was a different one than previously rented and we were a little disappointed. We found the sliding glass doors were off track but he was able to fix them eventually. The ice maker did not work even after following the instructions on the refrigerator. The doors on the master bathroom tub were molded and so were the tiles . The doors also weren’t opening and closing properly. We were a little disappointed with this unit and it could use some updates. Emerald Isle facility is still a very clean and well kept facility. The grounds are well kept and the pool was clean . Still enjoyed our vacation.

  The view was worth it. The condo itself could be cleaned up better. There was a trail of ants coming in from the door, going to the kitchen. I had to buy some any traps to take care of that. Water never seemed to get hot for the shower.

  This is the 4th time we have stayed in this building but the first time in this unit. The floorplan is great, although the back bedroom is a little dark (similar to all the units in this building). The units ending in "4" are more westerly-facing so you get great sunshine in the living room / kitchen in the afternoon and can see the sunsets from the balcony. As always, book your cabanas on the beach with Cabana Kevin. Our only complaint on this unit was the condition of the windows, they are in dire need of repair and a lot of them won't stay up on their own.....

  We enjoyed our stay in #604. Wished we had our own washer/dryer in unit but for $1 to wash and $1 to dry right outside wasn’t bad. Love the end unit with windows all along the outside and the balcony make for nice breeze throughout. Wish the property had a swipe key system of code pad for locks, keys tend to be a pain but it’s for safety and can live with that! Thanks so much!

  All and all the property met all our expectations. As I previously indicated the property directly to the North has a open pool 7/24 it was not uncommon to have guests in the pool at 1:00 a.m., suffice it to say the noise level was very high. Who else would be up at 1:00 a.m. except for heavy party people. I totally recognize this is not your problem and not in your control. I stayed on the wrong side of the building, I would be surprised if this is the first complaint regarding the adjacent property. Perhaps a heads up should have been given to us that we should expect a high level of noise. With that being said we would like to return and rent a 3 bedroom condo near the south side of the building. I will be in touch for next years arrangements in the near future.

  A very good experience. The beach is kept in satisfactory conditions, so it is very pleasent to stay for many hours without problem.
  Regarding the property condition, the only things I would reccomend to change is the bed matrass, which are very soft. Compare to the same found in Hilton or Marriots hotels,which are not so hard, but very supporting for your spine. All others items were OK, and we had a good stay.

  We enjoyed Emerald Isle and North Redington Beach very much. Loved that it was right on the ocean! The elevator was very slow and usually busy so we took the 7 flights of stairs all but twice the week we stayed there - great exercise! Also loved to walk the beach every day. The condo was very comfortable and suited our family of 4 well, although the back bedroom got a little stuffy. The carpeting was vacuumed but hadn't been cleaned in a while and the corners/edges of the hard floors were grubby, but furniture and counters/surfaces were clean and everything was in good condition. Good location - enjoyed the Conch Republic (?) and Seabreeze restaurants, Busch Gardens, mini golf. Highly recommend Candy Kitchen for their homemade ice cream and old-fashioned candy! We also rented a boat for 4 hours - great to get out on the water and explore the bay/intercoastal as well as the open ocean. We had perfect weather: sunny, 85 degree days every day. Sun, sand, surf -- just what we needed for a great vacation!

  The unit was very nice providing all that we required for a weeks stay. The sixth floor northwest corner unit was perfect. Great of the gulf, southwest, west and north. Being on the sixth floor, northwest corner was also away from the public pathway. Although this six story condo was perfect if you desire smaller crowds, both within the condo and beach.

  The accommodations were wonderful: fully stocked kitchen w/ wares, beds really comfortable, clean, fairly new furniture, directly on the beach, had to force ourselves to use the pool (just to say we did) cause the beach and gulf were wonderful. Only issue was one (of the 2 we had) key was quirky to get it to unlock the gates and doors. The other thing was that it isn't really in walking range of restaurants and shops so you do need a car if you are going to do more than beachin' it.

  We typically stay at the Tradewinds on St. Pete Beach. We thought we would try a condo this time. This is the same one my brother stays at. We loved the spaciousness and privacy of the condo. It was a lot more peaceful and restful than the resort setting. It would have been nice if the pool was heated. We would have also liked to have a small family gathering at the condo but the rules prohibited it. Overall the condo was very nice and would recommend it for a quiet adult getaway.

  Condo was awesome. Very comfortable in many aspects....good mattresses (bring your own pillow tho). Liked having carpet (plush & in great shape) in the living room & bedrooms. Kitchen cooking utensils fully stocked to the max...lacked nothing. Great view. Beach was clean. Close to restaurants (Frog Pond-a must do for bkfast) was in walking distance. Conch Republic-great dinner & fun bar that comfortably accommodated 13 of us was a very short cab ride if u don't have a car or feel like driving. Cab service was quick. Only negative (for us) was the guest bedroom had 2 twin beds (& small ones at that). Would have been nice to have at least 2 full size beds...room is plenty large enough. Couch in living room is NOT a hide-a-bed, yet they claim unit will sleep 5 guests. Who wants to sleep on a couch for a week? Not us. We got a blow up mattress & that worked out great, but a bit of a pain to put up & take down each day. Need your key with you at all times, getting out of building, going to & from pool, getting out to beach & and back onto property...kind of a pain. All in all the place was great & we'd stay again.

  The hotel was clean and the location was quiet with superb sand. My husband and I stayed with 2 children (5&3) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was well stocked and quiet. We do wish grilling was an option/provided. We only had 2 small problems; our deadbolt on the door broke but the managers reacted quickly and professionally. Also the main keys for the hotel/gates/etc did not work optimally. They would stick or not turn well and could be cumbersome when carrying an arm load to the beach!

Normally it only takes 15 minutes or so to get to the Emerald Isle. It is actually less than 7 ½ miles away. Maybe the Holiday week added to the traffic. Regardless, I still apologize for the issue.   We had a wonderful visit. The property was very clean and comfortable. Just a couple of suggestions, we had 5 people in our condo and only 2 sets of keys. That was difficult as we were not always together and you need a key every place you went. Also, we were told that we would have a starter kit for the kitchen. We didn't have a dishcloth, soap for the dishes or any paper products to start with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

  First, this condo was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean, almost like brand new. The carpeting and upholstered furniture were not new, but they were comfortably broken in. The top floor location maximized the incredible view and minimized noise from the pool and neighboring condos. The beach was perfect. The pool is small, and was usually populated with young children, but we went for the beach anyway! We got pools in Virginia, but no Gulf of Mexico! We couldn't get over how warm and calm the Gulf is, nothing like the rough, cold water of the Atlantic Ocean. The property manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We decided Resort Rentals is big enough to be professional but small enough to have a personal touch. We loved our vacation!

  What a wonderful condo to stay in. Great location; central to Clearwater and St Pete's Beach. It sits right on the beach with just the pool in between. When you step out of the pool area you are in the sand.   Living room furniture needs to be updated. Gorgeous view of the beach, just wish there hadn't been so many lovebugs on the balcony and around the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

  The only minor complaint is that the carpet on the balcony needs to be replaced. We loved how clean and updated the unit was, as well as the facility, and will definitely be back!

  This particular unit was nicely decorated and must have been newly renovated. There were all the amenities you would have needed in the kitchen. The unit was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The building was quiet and relaxing and right on the beach. I would recommend it to anyone planning to vacation in the area.

  Everything was great. We loved the rental and the staff was wonderful. THe only thing my husband and I found a little strange was the highlighted tip envelope from the cleaning staff. We always tip but didn't think it was appropriate to have a highlighted envelope left on the counter when we arrived.

  It was a nice condo for its age but the guest bathroom had a plumbing issue in tub. The tub didn't drain so when anyone took a shower they might as well been taking a bath. I don't understand why the cleaning crew would not report this?!?!
  The view was nice, the kitchen pretty well stocked, but the furniture not very comfortable. The weather wasn't very nice so we ended up spending too much time indoors so maybe normally you wouldn't find the furniture uncomfortable.
